Management is rude and vindictive. There's a bug problem. Spiders and roaches. The security you pay for doesn't secure anything. They are paid to walk our property but they barely do that. Huge homeless issue and Management states they cant do anything about that, but they are excellent at parking enforcement.

As a 3+ year resident, I have seen nothing but improvements each year. The community is gated, and there are nightly security patrols. The grounds are neat, and the pet owners seem to always pick up after their pets. Jack and the maintenance team are always on point. The office staff is courteous and efficient. The pool/spa area has a very relaxing vibe, and there is ample unassigned parking - covered and uncovered. This complex is very quiet at night. I highly recommend this property.

This place is disgusting, old and worn out and management is very disrespectful. They also have a bug problem and prepare to never see you deposit because they will come up with all types of crazy stuff so you won’t get it back.
Lived there for over 3 years, awful management, never complete work orders they always leave it half way done, it’s not quiet at all, cars get broken into , packages get stolen off front door, homeless are always here at night digging the trash can and making a mess, they don’t maintain the property, the rent is too high for this little 801 sq ft units. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
Incompetent! Management will lose your rent constantly and call to tell you they can't find it adding more stress to your life. The maintenance have affairs with the tenants, how messy is that. The apartments only have two swamp coolers in the living room and in the master bedroom that do you no Justice in the summer and the winter. Dog ?? everywhere kids can't even play in the grass. Please I lived there for five years I am not wasting my time typing this this of I actually didn't know.
When we first moved in the friendly people at the front office were what helped sell us on the place. Most of those friendly people were gone in a few months. Lets talk security deposit. Its not one. It should be called a rental fee because they don't intend to give it back to you and don't tell you they will automatically deduct most of it for professional cleanings. You can 'ask' to know that you shouldn't clean the apartment, but they don't tell you. I've rented across the country and this is the first place where I had to pay for their costs of upkeep. Also they like to not fix things. One of our window units didn't work the whole time we were there (17 months), and when we asked them to fix the closet door they didn't. We fixed it instead. They also changed the terms of our lease and didn't let us know until it had run out, no time to give a 30 day notice that they require. So we had to start paying 200 dollars more a month for the same shabby apartment. They are poorly insulated, its loud, the amenities aren't worth it, and things will break on you the whole time you live there.
I lived here for many years. The school is across the way and the apartment was wonderful. My family out grew the apartment and we had to move.
Aging building built in the early 80's. They won't put the fake hardwood floors in the upstairs units. Carpet is 12 years old. Still the same old original counter tops. No central air and they won't let you add a window a/c in the second bedroom. There is one tiny laundry room for 170 units. Their "Pool & Spa" area is laughable as it is a small wading pool and a hot tub. Since you are not allowed to grill on your patio, there are two run down gas grills for ver 170 units. Their management staff is aloof and non caring. Avoid this dump like the plague.....
I don't even know where to begin with this review. When we first moved into this complex, we were given the impression that this was a quiet facility with helpful management - unfortunately, we were VERY mistaken. The dozen children that were constantly running around would terrorize us. They would crawl in our porch, knock on and throw rocks at our windows, and even ripped the screens off of our windows while we were on vacation. Our next-door neighbor also had overflowed her bathtub and the water seeped through the walls into our bathroom, closet, and bedroom and no one could come help us for HOURS. The supposed "24-hour maintenance crew" did not answer their phones. We then were given a huge dryer to help dry out the carpet and a man got the dryer from our apartment after barging in without knocking a few days later. NO ONE checked for mold. NO ONE paid for the massive amount of electricity that was used to run that fan for a few days. And NO ONE approached us to cover any possible damages to our property. Not to mention that the pool is always dirty, the laundry facility has broken windows - and they charge a ridiculous amount for one very SMALL load of laundry, almost every tenant in their complex smokes weed - which the rental agreement says is not allowed, and the appliances are so old they might turn to dirt any day now. Oh, and good luck getting your deposit back!
This is the perfect building if you want to be near everything. There are stores, restaurants, and even entertainment all within a few miles, including the freeway for quick access to commuters. The neighborhood is quiet, there's a pool and BBQ area, covered parking, and the staff is so helpful.
