I've been here for a few years and have enjoyed my home. The Managment is amazing and friendly. The Maintenance team is reliable and quick to respond. The beautiful and pristine landscaping provides a serene oasis. This is a great place to call home.
I am very pleased with the location and with the staff at royal oaks. The school my daughter goes to is just a block down the road and the also accommodate my disability with my service dog. There is reasonable parking and all the neighbors I have met have been friendly. We have a direct email with the staff and they always respond the next morning. I haven’t had any issues while me and my family have lived here. We are proud to call this place home.
Ive been here about three years and Ive loved this community! The office staff are all super nice, the maintenance crew included.
I would give a 100 star rating if I could. I had a few smudges on my criminal record from a few years ago and was really worried about even applying, but needed a place so I could get custody of my daughter. They were very friendly and professional during the application process and kept us informed every step of the way as tho where we were in the process. Once accepted they were quick to set up the move in and do the walk through and welcome us to our new Home. We have now lived here 6months and love it, quiet, peaceful and a safe affordable place to call home
The new management team has made this a lovely place to call home. No application fee is nice and the pool is beautiful. The neighbors are all quiet and friendly and any maintenance issues are addressed and corrected promptly. The ladies in the office are so nice and always eager to help. I highly recommend.
Very easy application process no application fee office staff were very understanding have had no outstanding issues the grounds are very well kept apartments are newly remodeled and beautiful to live in
I wouldn't live here ever again. I spent two months here and it was a struggle the whole time. After getting the keys to the unit the HVAC system wouldn't cool. I spent many nights in 80 to 90-degree heat. I was still struggling with the HVAC when I left. They had finished repairing the shower walls when got the apartment but they never finished it or cleaned it. I ended up installing a spout and and handle on the shower and I ended up cleaning it myself. I also, had packages stolen from my doorstep multiple times. The Management is understaffed, and unorganized, they don't honor their word, and they struggle to maintain the property. Now they are holding some security deposit for the repairs they never did in the bathroom. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to live.
Highly recommend. Staff is informative and polite, maintenance is quick to take care of any issues. They redid the pool and looks amazing!
Perhaps not 5 Star. Admin office has serious messaging difficulties. Renter Beware

Kicked me out in the middle of a pandemic. Refuse to give me a reason. I have never paid rent late, I have good credit and a stable job. I was going to sign a new lease but after they told me not to, I didn’t. Shortly after I was kicked out without reason in the middle of a pandemic. This is so evil.

The Springs of Royal Oaks are pretty average apartments. The grounds are well kept and the perks (pool, hot tub, fitness center, racquetball court, etc.) are up to par. The biggest issue with the apartments are the appliances. They are very old and work just well enough that they don't necessarily need replacement.
