I moved in on a Saturday, the place was filthy. It looked like no one stepped foot in to clean. I was told it was cleaned but it didn’t look like it was one bit. I was then told it would get cleaned sometime the week coming up. The only room painted in the apt was my bedroom & bathroom which still has holes, not even the living room or kitchen was painted prior to my move in nor any of the beat up baseboards. When they did come to paint Tuesday, they left paint all over the floors and counters. Unplugged the fridge, didn’t plug it back in so all my stuff went bad in there. The main door to my apartment was NOT locked for anyone to walk in and take my stuff. If I could unsign my lease I probably would and it hasn’t even been a week.
I've been living here for 11 months in a two bedroom apartment. Having already known my roommate and being a young professional it's been a marvelous experience within the walls of my apartment. The staff is incredible friendly helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the occupancy being largely comprised of students, some more immature elements tend to display blatant disregard for cleanliness, decency, and display a staggering lack of personal accountability for not desecrating common areas like hallways and elevators. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and clean up after these individuals, however it is important to note as its the cost of doing business in a college-based setting.

This place is horrible. They are always switching management, losing our paperwork. The doors are always broken. When my friend first moved in they forgot to clean up the apartment from the first people the walls were dirty, old chairs, dishes, and trash were still in there. Since the doors are always broken, homeless people are always in the building sleeping the computer and tv room. When I went to the office letting them know that there were people sleeping in the rooms I was told and I quote, "Your safety is not our job." The parking is horrible, its always broken which lets anyone park in the parking lot and take all the good parking. Not to mention if it's broken and you cannot get in they again say it’s not their fault and then you now have to park on the street where you get tickets and sometimes this goes on for a week if they still do not get it fixed. The hallways smell horrible because of the trash shoot that they ALWAYS LET OVERFLOW. They overcharged me for parking for a mistake they made which was losing my paperwork stating that I had parking. I wish I could post pictures. The furniture is old and lumpy. MANAGEMENT is no help you go and talk to them about things and they act complety clueless. You ask to talk to the manger in the office they say he's busy whens he's litteraly sitting in his office not on the phone just staring at his computure. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

If you are still a resident with us I invite you to stop by the office or give me a call regarding any issues you have had or may still be having (if any). There was a management changeover around the time of this review and the property itself did have some challenges to overcome. Since the summer we have put systems in place to ensure the new move-in's do not have the same experience as your friend. We have also taken extra measures to secure the building, update the lighting, make repairs to the common areas as well as community rooms and the over-all appearance and operation of the building. I have not heard to much regarding parking issues but have lived both inner-city and near a college campus so I can relate that parking situations are not always ideal in these locations. Although these issues are valid, I'm sure they were amplified by feeling the staff wasn't listening or doing anything about them. I hope if you are still with us that your experience is much better than it was in June and again, I would be happy to talk with you anytime. Thank you

Nice building spacious apartment. Front office is not helpful. Maintenance Is quick and helpful. Come furnished with AC nd heat nice close to downtown and the university of akron
