Will be moving out soon for personal reasons but have lived at this location for 3yrs and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff is incredible and they all go above and beyond making you feel more than just a tenant. Leasing office members are kind, caring, and supportive. Maintenance staff are respectful of your unit, you, and your pets and requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The amenities as well as the property are clean and well-maintained. Communication is above average and available in multiple ways and the property is set little ways from busy roads and such so is quiet. Overall, a great place to call home. Will miss the place and staff!

Avoid this place. The parking here is terrible for residents and guests alike. The parking spot-to-occupancy ratio was obviously designed to maximize profit at the expense of resident convenience. To add insult to injury, they will have your vehicle towed over 20 miles to impound for a cost exceeding $300 dollars. The parking situation is beyond the control of the management staff, but the enforcement is a collaboration between management and the tow company. Apartment seekers…. Beware of this property
When I first moved in I was quoted one price for rent, after the first month 100 extra has been charged sneaky fees… on top of that they will tow your car ! My sister visited me for 5 days after my surgery to help me, your guest can only visit for 3 days after that they will TOW ! & there is barley any visitor parking … smh also its a lot of theft going on with no solutions!! this is a greedy greedy apartment complex they find anyway to get extra money out of you . I will be moving when my lease is up
Don’t let the appearance of these apartments fool you. It was all peaceful & nice until my vehicle got stolen next to building 2. Parking is terrible, theres not enough parking spots. Your helpless in supervising your own vehicle! Wrote & called apartments for further info on surveillance or other info and they have yet to return my call. Definitely will not be staying here any longer. Don’t recommend these apartments to keep your personal belongings safe! Outside gates to complex always stay cracked open. Same residents living in complex help these thefts!!!
My husband and I have been living here for two years and we absolutely love it! The entire staff is amazing and genuinely care about their residents. The property is beautiful and the maintenance team does an awesome job with the property and getting request done quickly. I highly recommend anyone looking for a apartment to rent to come here!
I would not recommend this location. There are some nice things about this appartment complex such as its a new construction, pool area is nice, and relatively pretty. However I feel the negatives widely exceed the positives: 1. Way too many cockroaches, I am not sure if the money we pay for pest management goes anywhere. 2. Parking. If I lived in the city this could be excusable. But I’m not sure why a appartment complex with so much land around would be limited to parking. - and why would they tow residents for making honest mistakes . There are better routes make parking available then to tow loyal customers. 3. Questionable practices on returning deposit. I had a couple hundred dollars taken for my deposit for no observed reason, when I called and asked questions about this, I left a message and they didn’t even return my call. 4. The pool. The pool constantly has people who don’t live there come and use it. Usually these are people who are louder and cause disturbances. In summary. It’s a okay place if it was if it was a budget appartment complex, but for a place that we pay a premium I would expect better loyalty to customers.
The property is beautiful and looks like a wonderful place to live. I question, however, strategies the management uses to calculate rent pricing and fees. I have been looking for an apartment for several weeks in the Baytown area, and I have yet to find a complex that changes rent rates on a daily basis as does Ravella at Eastpoint. In addition, the agents and company website provide partial, incorrect or conflicting information. I applied online and was accepted as a future tenant. I was quoted a price for rent, informed of an arbitrary 48 hour period of validity, and then told by different agents that my application had surpassed this period. I was then informed that I could still have the originally quoted rental price, only to be told that this was not the case after I had already paid my application and administrative fee. If misinformation is this prevalent before I have even moved in, I would rather not continue with a rental contract. I therefore have opted not to rent a property here. I have been told that I will not get a refund for my application and administrative fee, although this is currently in dispute through the BBB. The company website indicates that if a prospective renter decides not to rent within a 72 hour period of submitting an application, a portion of these fees would be refunded. I recommend to prospective tenants that any information concerning financial transactions is fully explained and written down. Check and double check. Get names. One last observation: When I explained to one agent that I was a reliable tenant, the response was "Well, we'll see after one year of you living here". Really?

I will be fair and give this place two stars just because it's quiet and so far nobody has broken into my apartment or car here yet. The facilities, such as the pool, gym, and pool / poker tables are very nice and you don't get that many places. I am very dissatisfied with a couple of things that I have experienced since I moved here in February. I've had vehicles towed from the property because of miscommunications and misunderstandings from the apartment management and charged late fees on my rent because of technical difficulties on their website pay portal. I have never been late on my rent. Management has never extended any compensations or courtesies due to the inconveniences. The rent here is moderately high for this area but I don't mind paying for comfort and security. But when a person has to deal with these petty inconveniences, the cost becomes more than what it's worth. I moved here to be closer to work and have a good quality of life. All I do is work, serve my time in the Texas Guard one weekend a month, come home and sleep. I pay my bills on time and try to be a good tenant. Hopefully, things here can improve. If not, I guess I'll be moving again or start my house searching a whole lot earlier than I planned.
IVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS! I HAVENT FOUND ANY CONS. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IN BAYTOWN.
