Nothing to complain about it’s quiet for the most part and whenever something goes wrong maintenance is fast. The apartments are kept up well

The Standard is a great option for student living! It is in a very convenient area and the amenities are great! I have lived here for 3 years and don't have many complaints!

It is very good so far. Everything is well managed and if I ever need help the staff is very useful. The facility is beautiful and very modern and clean

Living at The Standard at Tampa has been a great experience! One of the things I love most is the pool area. It's perfect for relaxing after classes or hanging out with friends on weekends. The atmosphere there is always amazing, and it's a great spot to relax. The gym is another highlight for me , so I can get in a workout in without needing to leave the property. Plus, the fact that there's a sauna is such a bonus! It's so nice to be able to relax and de-stress after a workout or a long day of studying. The location is super convenient, too, with everything I need close by. It really feels like a home away from home, with great amenities that make student life a little easier and more enjoyable.

Everything is perfect. I like the staff at the desk. Very helpful people. I stayed at standard for 2 years and I think the amount I pay for rent is justifiable.

Living here has been a unique experience. I live in a 5x5 and I definitely think it is worth having your own space. The amenities are nice, but if you think you will have vistors often it may not be the place for you.

Safe building and great amenities. The only building in the area that doesn't have recurring issues or problems. The apartments are very nice and the provided furniture is great.

The Standard is a great place to live but they should have more visitor parking. They have so many residents, so they should add more visitor parking.

The place is pretty nice but they weren't prepared for the hurricane. They did have enough gas for the generator and everything in our fridge went bad. The only thing that was useful during the power outage was the grills in the courtyard and the fact that we were on high ground so didn't get flooded. Overall the standard is great. It's in a great area and the apartment building itself is well built. It has great insulation and good bones. The only major problem I have before the hurricane was that the unit wasn't really cleaned before we moved in. My carpet was sticky and the bathtub was nasty. The other issue is that sound really travels throughout the apartment. If you say something in your room, then all of your roommates are likely to have heard.

Apartments are clean and there are a lot of amenities for students to use. Study rooms are quiet and well kept. Pool area is always clean and a great place to go to relax

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying in an apartment that fell far below my expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness was a major issue. The apartment was not properly cleaned before my arrival, with dust and grime visible in many areas. The kitchen appliances were outdated and barely functional, making it difficult to prepare meals. Additionally, the maintenance of the apartment was severely lacking. Several fixtures were broken, including a leaking faucet and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Despite multiple requests for repairs, the management was slow to respond and often unhelpful. The noise levels were also a significant problem, with thin walls that did little to block out the sounds from neighboring units and the street outside. Overall, my stay in this apartment was disappointing and frustrating. The combination of poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, and unresponsive management made it a place I would not recommend to others.

Overall, my experience has been good. It's a bit pricey but you get the amenities for it. I would say it is definitely worth the extra money.

It is super clean and organized! I have had such a good time living here and really appreciate the space that it has given me and amenities!!

It's cozy and nice. And my roomatea are really sweet people. It's a modern and clean space. It's just the parking is a struggle and one night the people were really loud and setting off car alarms. You can also hear everything very easily for some reason. Just a few issues. Very nice place other than that. I have yet to experience how the maintenance service is here.

The Standard Tampa is a wonderful apartment complex. They have the best amenities coupled with amazing events. The staff is superb. The only dissatisfaction I have is the parking. It's hard for guests to find parking at the complex with risk of getting towed.

Paying so much for nothing. The halls, elevators, and stairwells are gross. There’s spider webs and roaches. This place has never been cleaned. It takes forever for stuff to get done.

I love it here. It’s so nice and it stays clean. It’s easy to keep trash out with the trash chute being on every floor. I love my roommates they’re very nice and we all have fun here.

i love it here!! The pool is always so nice to be at and I love the gym here, everything’s just the way i’d like it and they keep the place nice and clean!

Very few disturbances throughout the community. There was a crazy alarm at around 2 A.M. one night, but that has never happened again. Occasionally smells of marijuana in certain places but is not overwhelming; mostly just a minor annoyance

Truly love this apartment. I couldn’t ask for more with my apartment, the amenities, etc. I genuinely think this is the best apartment out of the USF student apartments and this is my 2nd year living here. I just wish they didn’t put someone with a huge age gap in my unit because that’s the reason I will not be renewing. I didn’t have any say in it either so it’s really disappointing.

The Standard is an amazing place to live because of the amenities and especially the parking. I do wish there was more parking for guests, but thats about it.

I like living here because of how close everything is. You have Winn Dixie, Chipotle, and Dollar Tree at a walking distance. However, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors clearly.

I love the standard!! It has brought me my best friends and we all love spending time by the pool and take part in the events the standard hosts

This place is amazing it has every thing you would need. I am having a great stay so far and the rewards and benefits are also a great plus with this complex.

It’s super clean, rooms are a good size, good to get a parking spot too! The gym is nice and the pool is great! Close to colleges and the balcony is great! Maintained very well!!

Very clean rooms. Many amenities. Very helpful staff. Rooftop pool well taken care of. 24 hour gym is clean and had lots of equipment. Very nice apartments.

Love it love my room I transferred too so close to campus it’s perfect and so much around here to do. You will love living here all the amenities are amazing as well

This place is amazing. Has great amenities which can't compare to other places I've seen in the area. Staff are all very friendly and always willing to help. Great proximity to USF. Always hosting fun and engaging activities.

So far its pretty good. The room is big. Ammenities are working well. There is alot of storage. Room was clean. The view is nice. The set up of the apartment is nice

Very smooth and sufficient!! Better than expected to be! Everyone was very kind and willing to help when needed. I was able to get myself comfortable within the first day alongside my roommates with all of our rooms and our kitchen!

There is instant help and when I needed something it was finished within minutes. Great amenities. Amazing view and the rooms are absolutely stunning. Huge fan of the study areas!

Great apartment complex. The front desk workers are helpful and maintenance staff is quick to answer help requests. Certain parts such as elevator rooms could be kept cleaner.

It's been great living at the Standard so far! I love the apartment space and my room. The amenities are also superb here! I only have one complaint, I do not like that I can only retrieve packages during office hours. I believe residents and couriers should have access to the package room to allow for a more seamless package retrieval process.

Living at The Standard Tampa has been very easy and convenient for me. It is close to both my job and school and has great amenities to keep me busy in my free time. The employees at the desk are very nice and always there to help if needed.

Good but there is room for improvement. The expenses when you first sign the lease are not one hundred percent clear. For example, the simple bills fee at the beginning and end. However, the space is worth it and is one of the nicest place to live in around campus.

Overall pretty Clean apartment also maintenance responds quickly, nice amenities. They don’t really tolerate a lot of stuff so if you have an issue with roommates or neighbors it’ll be taken care of
