Property Ratings at The Starling
We were told we were going to be approved several times, even shown the apartment we were supposed to move into, and given a move-in date. After waiting for about a month and a half for the okay to move in, they tell us that we are not approved because our income is just over their limit. It was a complete waste of time, and their service is terrible.

Well they don’t say this on their website or here but these are affordable housing apartments so they’re income capped. They don’t even tell you that when you set up a tour appointment. Just make sure you’re under the cap before you even waste your time coming out.
