the worst part is they won't help with any issues. They closed the pool for 3months saying they are low on the budget this year as they recently bought this property with a huge budget. they wont respond to any service request also.

I joined in APT-2387 , my apartment not at all good.. Mat is not clean/rough used , Dryer is not working, Oven is not working,Fan broken, etc.., i complained multiple times to leasing office, maintenance is worst. they dont even reply.
This place is not maintained well at all! The office does not follow up. They do not answer their phones. The property manager thinks she is the CEO of Microsoft. She responds and talks as if the tenants are crap! they are always goofing around. The landscapes are not taken care of and the property is a mess with all sorts of bugs and insects. We made a mistake renting here. we CANNOT wait for our lease to END!

There are roaches in the garage coming in from cracks in the stairwell. Gnats are flying on my face when I'm on the computer. There is a serious draft coming from the windows and doors, so it's freezing in the winter. When it rains hard, the first floor leaks. I feel alone, because maintenance does not fix the problem instead they close the ticket. Sometimes I will not have electricity or water with no prior notice. What takes the cake was no internet, because rats in the attic chewed up the cable. I give up.

If you are looking for a place to call home, skip this place. We have lived here for 2 years. Constant issues with the pools being closed, issues with ants and cockroaches even though you pay a monthly pest control fee. Had foundation issues since the moment we moved in. Multiple emails and visits to the office. Nothing was ever done. Pieces of sheet rock are little falling in our living room, and we have a 7 month old baby. This place has gone down hill drastically.
This place is terribly run, it’s the worst place I’ve lived at. What a terrible place to rent. Maintenance requests just get closed, management staff is rude and just ignores calls. Main reason for my review is because i rented an apartment here and right off the back at move in, just a huge list of things that were wrong. I had broken drawers, light switches thats didn’t Work, hvac not cooling enough, and the worst of the problems is a water leak that can be heard all night and has damaged the kitchen ceiling. I placed in a work order for the water leak and three months in they still haven’t addressed it, i call to ask about it and of course the work order has been “closed and fixed”.… yea I’ve had a hole in my kitchen ceiling for over 2 months… Be aware, there’s much better communities you can look for this price point…
Let me list out all the annoying things I've seen so far: -> my move-in date was moved from 30th Oct to Nov 5th. I was informed on 29th of Oct. A DAY before my move-in date. I had everything planned out to move from California, and they know it. I was very clear that I don't want any mishaps because I'm moving everything all the way from California. I'm really glad my movers took longer than expected. -> when I moved in, most of the stuff wasn't cleaned. All the windows were dirty, there were dirt balls piled up inside the side-rail of the stairs, closet hanger rods are dirty with paint stains on them. I asked them to get it cleaned 3 different times. "I will get them scheduled right away" nobody ever arrived to clean. -> the inside of my refrigerator started leaking. Submitted a "very high" priority work order in November, a week before thanksgiving. They sent someone to fix it in January. Mind you, that's after calling them multiple times over the course of 2 months. (oh by the way, the fridge is leaking again as of now, 02/19/2022) -> The garbage disposal stopped working, also in November 2nd week. They sent someone to fix it in December 1st week (also broken as of 02/19/2022) -> There is just so much dust INSIDE the apartment. I can't believe how much dust I clean off of my desk every morning. Pretty sure they never cleaned the AC ducts. I submitted a work order about a week ago. Nobody showed up yet, so lets see if that will ever be resolved before I move out. I'm really glad I signed only a 6-month. If you are still thinking of renting here, good luck.
Where do I begin… Although this property looks great from the exterior and has great amenities, there were some major flaws on our move-in day. We were able to pick up our keys to our unit the day before the movers were scheduled to arrive. As soon as we opened the unit door, we were greeted with a very pungent smell of ethnic food. Upon further inspection of the apartment we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen. When we opened up the kitchen cabinets above the stove, we discovered several cockroach droppings, carcasses and stains all on the cabinet shelves. The caulking on the tile backsplash in the kitchen still had roach gel from the previous tenant. At this point it became obvious that this was an ongoing problem prior to our arrival. This is very disappointing because 3 days before we picked up the keys, we received an email from the leasing agent that she walked through our unit and stated “it looks great”. As we inspected the apartment further we noticed there is dirt and crumbs on the kitchen floor, dust on the kitchen countertops and dust above the refrigerator. Also, we discovered more cockroaches in the living room and in the bathroom cabinets and on the bathroom tub. This apartment is not move-in ready and clearly had a cockroach infestation. We reported this to the management team within 10 minutes of us picking up the keys. We headed back to the leasing office, the leasing manager informed us that someone from the maintenance team would stop by within the next 30 minutes and put deodorizing filters in the air vents to get rid of the smell. We waited for 3 hours and no one showed up. The next morning we decided to cancel the movers and put our stuff in storage because we did not want to risk infesting our personal belongings with bugs. We went back into the unit and discovered even more cockroaches than what we saw the previous day. We returned to the leasing office and luckily the leasing team and manager was accommodating and we were able to terminate our lease and receive a full refund. I appreciate the customer service however it was very disappointing and a very stressful situation considering we were moving into town from out of state and now had to scramble to find a place to live.

I currently live here and I regret the moment I decided to sign up a contract at this place. I still have 6 more months to go and can't wait for the contract to end to move out. At start the leasing agent lie to us Elizabeth by renting us a place with neighbors on the first floor. I ask not to have anyone on the bottom and she said they had a units available with this option and gave us one with downstairs neighbors. The apartment wasn't ready until a week after, they didn't return the week paid, they had office furniture in the garage so imagine I couldn't even put our stuff in the garage, the paint wasn't ready, the electrical outlets were not working and to tap it off the bathtub was cracked so we couldn't shower. And now 7 months after my downstairs neighbor is always ringing our bell or calling the patrol on us due to our kids . I can't hold the kids all the time and they are very impatience this is so stressful and we knew this would happen with neighbors downstairs. This place for the price you pay is not worth it, they changed management and it is still the same. I put in a service request and it has been a month and no one has come, I even went to the office to remind them but so far the wall would respond faster. Their system always charges you dues after you have paid your balance and they said they are working on it. If I could give a zero review I would.

We've been here for 8 months and they gave not responded to a single issue we've asked for help with. Our dishwasher doesn't work, smoke alarm is in a place that we can't reach and they won't help, and the A/C and heating is dreadful. They can't even seem to get the front gate to work, as it's perpetually open, defeating the purpose of a gated community. If it were better managed I would say it's a fair price for a good area, but I think they're overcharging for how little they do.

I'm the current resident and trust me if you have any issue it wont be resolved until you walk in to leasing office. Even after walking to the office they will see you as they doing great favor instead of helping. Too much arrogance and no knowledge at all. If you're looking for help leasing office then you're expecting too much. I've too many incidents where I literally felt I did biggest mistake of moving to community because of The Great Management.
I love it here. I plain on being here until I become a homeowner. The rent here is very affordable and the amenities are great. Clean community love the school district close to major freeways and shopping

I'm loving my new home. Everyone is friendly and respectful. I absolutely love the workout room which has everything you need to achieve your goals. The property is quiet and always clean which is very important to me which let me know the staff take pride in their property. Love it here

My biggest disappointment is that I can't invite friends over because there are no parking spots. I didn't check this out when I moved in. I just tell my friends how it is.

I love this place! The office staff is just awesome!! Especially, Tonya!!! All of the team members treat you like family. Any requests, responses, questions are all followed up like Jimmy Jonhs Freaky Fast! I love this place!!!

This community at the Station @ MacArthur makes me smile. I'm always so happy when I come home from work. The community is quiet and peaceful, well-cared for and the neighbors are friendly. They have thought of every amenity and the inside of the units are impeccably designed.This is the best apartment I've ever lived in--happy, happy, happy!
