Redevelopment is the defining feature of this town built from the ruins of an abandoned rail yard. Backdropped by the Millennium Bridge, Riverfront Park has been transformed into a trendy, thriving community along the South Platte River. The neighborhood is centered by Confluence Park, the host of community activities as well as a central location for restaurants, shops, and scenic views. Even more adventures are just a walk or bike ride away in the bustling street of Downtown Denver, which is located a few blocks from Riverfront Park. Those lucky enough to rent in this hip section of Denver have a variety of modern apartments to choose from.

Hi Jay, Thank you for your positive feedback! We are excited for the continued improvements around the community as the year continues. Please reach out if you need anything! Cheers!
The ceilings leak weird substances, the halls and stairways smell like trash. This is not a luxury apartment by any means. The staff is so rude and act like fixing basic things around the building is not their job.

We'd appreciate it if you would contact us at (720) 680-1578 so we can better understand how this occurred and how we can improve your experience living here.
I have lived in many apartments across many states and this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The leasing office made me feel appreciated as a resident and the maintenance staff keeps the property beautiful. I highly recommend the station at riverfront Park!

Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations! - The Station at Riverfront Park Team
Do not live here. I do not feel safe in this building. Several of the "security" doors do not shut properly and you can just push open without scanning in. We recently had an incident with unauthorized visitors smoking illegal substances and having indecent exposure on the 4th floor trash room. Management has taken no responsibility and continues to blame residents. This place is way too expensive to not feel safe, live somewhere else.

Too notch maintenance staff. Very fast! If I just think that something might break tomorrow, the chances are they already know that and it is fixed already.

I moved into The Station in September 2021 and so far have had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the location is awesome, close to LoHi and walkable to Whole Foods. The building is well maintained and maintenance requests for the most part are handled very quickly. Noise levels depend on the unit you're in but I've never been bothered by any noise of residents and the noise from 15th street can be easily drowned out with a small fan while you sleep. My only negative review would be the parking situation. The garage is insanely tight even for compact cars and it takes a couple of months to get off the waitlist for a dedicated/larger spot. Overall would definitely recommend living here!

Excellent community! The access to parks and local entertainment and Downtown Culture is fantastic! I couldn't possibly plan a better location or apartment complex. The office staff is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I give The Station At Riverfront all available stars and then tack on a few more! And my dog, Niles, gives it an enthusiastic 2 paws up! Kendall R.

I love the station. I love waking up at midnight to a fire alarm when I start work at 5 AM. The fire alarm went off dozens of times at all hours of the day for several weeks. And the smell! When I ask, management told me there was nothing in the contract that said our rent should be compensated. But that's ok, because they apologized with 10% off at a food truck.

Hi Anonymous, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Our fire panel is currently being worked on and we haven't had alarms sound since about March/April. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist with. - The Station at Riverfront Park
The location of the apartment is great, the building upkeep is also great, but the interaction with the staff has been extremely frustrating.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit.
I saw this property had over a four star review, but it's worth on two maybe two and a half. Management here is horrible garbage. They lock their office door so no one can come in during hours. That tells you something right away. They lie; I was told there was parking, but there wasn't. So you pay for parking but don't get it. Their rude sometimes, their only purpose is literally to help the people renting out the rooms, they can't even do that correctly. The bike room is over filled with bikes collecting dust that look like they've been there for years with no use. The room itself had a whole theme park of discrepancies upon move-in. I made a huge list of things that were wrong that should have been fixed before move-in. Clogged tub, my bedroom light doesn't even work, spray paint all over the fireplace; the list goes on and on. All the fireplaces have a white coating all over them, it looks cringe and horrible. I can hear the people above me moving around, double cringe. You pay good money for the place but it's a joke, fire your management, their your main problem right now.

If you are still not satisfied with their work, please give me a call and we can get something else scheduled. If there is anything we can do to make your living experience more enjoyable please give me a call at 303.825.2022. -Jazmin, Community Manager
Smooth move in, apartment was extremely clean and looked great when I moved in. I love how friendly and professional the staff is. Everything is walking distance (which is awesome). I love the pool.
Property Manager at The Station at Riverfront Park, Responded To This Review
Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive move-in experience at The Station at Riverfront Park.
There is absolutely nothing listed in the lease detailing specific move out instructions. Before moving out, I hired professional cleaners and a professional handyman to patch up holes in the wall. Paid over $350. Upon returning the keys we were told that the leasing agents were not allowing residents to do the final walk through with them because of Covid. That would be understandable except for they have been allowing residents to walk in and out of the leasing office, in and out of common areas, and I have interacted with leasing agents more than a dozen times even during the peak times of covid. 6 days after returning the keys i was contacted by a leasing agent asking us if we had moved out of the unit. So I’m confused, you did an entire walk-through of our unit, but they asked the question if we were out of the unit and had returned the keys??? According to the leasing staff we owed close to $600 because we didn’t repaint the unit and there was a “scuff” on the door. The majority of the pictures I had to ask for clarification on because I couldn’t even see any damages in the photos. According to leasing agents, our walls had to be fully repainted, and they consider that damage by the tenants. Yet between every tenant you’re responsible for cleaning the carpet and painting the walls as the property management company?? They were unable to tell me where that was in the lease because it didn’t exist. When i tried to get clarification Monica and Jasmine were rude, condescending, disrespectful, arrogant, and inconsiderate. There were tenants that lived in the complex for an entire year not paying rent. I was a stand up resident and my bills were paid on time. The lack of empathy and concern for the amount of money that they are requiring us to pay is astronomical during these times. And what’s even more sad, is none of them took the time to ask why we were breaking our lease to move back across the country. If you really cared about your residents, you would consider things like death in the family, a loss of someone’s job as why the lease was broken in the first place ... but I’ll spare you those details because clearly this place is incapable of being empathetic. They use their tenants money to fix things in the complex. I lived in that unit for 2 years with broken cabinets, flooring pulling up, broken blinds, broken shelving, poor water pressure yet you say that you’re ultimate goal between tenants is to restore the apt to “move in ready”??

Hello Anonymous, Per your lease agreement Estimated Standard Cleaning and Repair Charges, ?I have reviewed the Estimated Charge Rate Sheet and understand the potential costs associated with the turnover of the Leased Premises if cleaning, repairs or replacements are necessary at the time of move-out. The above price lit will be used in determining the standard costs to bring the Leased Premises back to its original condition, with the exception of wear and tear.? Your apartment needed additional work and we?ve provided pictures and the invoice to you and your roommate. We did not charge for an apartment clean or carpet clean because they were in great condition. Both myself (Jazmin) and Monica, the assistant manager, have spoken with you and your roommate in detail regarding your charges. I understand things are tough, financially wise for a lot of people right now, but that doesn?t mean we are going to waive turnover costs that you are responsible for per the lease agreement you and your roommate signed at move-in. You are responsible to read through the lease and know the landlord expectations. Our move out procedure is to compare the charges to your move-in inspection checklists, the walls were not listed on your move in form, meaning they were in great condition at move-in. I am happy to have another phone call with you and your roommate and explain the charges in detail again. We charged less than what was originally charged to us to return your apartment to move-in condition. Please let me know if you have any other questions. -Jazmin Garcia, Community Manager. thestationmrgco@greystar.com

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about The Station at Riverfront Park!
The building was taken over by a new management company this year. Since then, everything has fallen apart. Constant fire alarms, poor maintenance, and a management team that can only be described as irresponsible and hostile.

I would say this property is a fixer-upper and has plenty of room for improvement. Doesn't really carry a sense of community but a great location if you intend to be out and about more often than not. Using Webpass internet services was the main reason I came to this property so I can have affordable, insanely fast gigabit while I work from home.

One recent issue is the parking situation. Part of the reason I signed my lease was because I anticipated having a guaranteed spot in the garage.

I've been living at this location for about a year now. Avoid like the plague. Terribly leasing department that is unorganized. Everything is done half way. Also, it you do decide to rent here (which I don't recommend), be prepared to have the fire alarm go off every other week. Just a terribly run place that nickles and dimes you for their mistakes.

At first my review was solely about a dog park not being attended to. Then it about the hot tub not functioning for a majority of our lease term and now I am updating my review to display the straight up dishonesty that comes from the property management team. On your tour, please ask them what they do for their residents and see what they say. We were told by a staff member that our property has a $150 budget for resident events - that itself should show you how much they are going to care about you when you get here. I have worked in the property management agency and can firmly say I have never seen worse professionalism and communication from a property.

If you are a vendor, do not work for these owners. I have a bill that is six months past due, been approved three times, service was received and they were ecstatic.... yet they have clean windows and the owners are still "discussing" payment. Stay away!!! Office staff and managers will be polite but continue to offer promises of payment and then you never hear from them again. It's unfortunate will be seeing them in small claims court. Some of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Lived here for less than 6 months and went through 3 property managers which were all terribly organized. Took numerous emails and a physical visit to the office to get an answer from anyone. Their reply when you asked if they received your email: "Sorry I was on facebook". One of the buildings had recently flooded (no fault to the management office). There were no updates on the repairs and on several occasions, there would be notices from county inspectors saying that the construction site had failed its inspection. The construction workers also used the limited parking spots in the garage on a regular basis. Took me 15 minutes to find a parking spot in my own garage. Elevator would go in and out of service with no notice and the locks on the door were faulty. The garage door never closed so anyone could walk right up to your individual unit. Not safe. Maintenance staff was good and friendly but with all the construction that the building is going through (and seems to be ongoing), there were delays with getting our requests completed. Yes, the finished units are nice and they are the most cost-effective building in that area but the money you will spend living somewhere else is TOTALLY worth it. Just don't move in. K?
I lived there for barely two months, and it was the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life when it comes to renting. After constant complaints about leaky fire sprinklers, they got a cheap contractor to fix the problem...which caused the pipes to explode and flood an entire building. During the entire weekend of the flood, management was unresponsive. They said they'd know more on monday, but never bothered informing the residents ONCE all the stuff that would be happening during the weekend (ie people coming in to your apartment to pack up your personal belongings, contractors tearing everything apart, etc). The staff didn't even notify management until the next morning - all of these residents were forced to get hotel rooms or stay with friends, and the staff didn't want to "bother" management at night. An entire floor flooded, and you don't want to *bother* management? After the flood, the 'accidentally' charged me rent twice for the same month, and changed the locks on my apartment without telling me, again, by 'accident.' The property manager works very hard to avoid your emails. Only after threatening to come in to the office does she respond. They have refused to reimburse residents for their hotel stays, due to "waiting on the insurance." Nevermind that they've already started reconstruction, so obviously the insurance paid out already. People who had lived there for more than a year who were affected by the flood said that it was the worst company they had ever dealt with, and problems like this were typical.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! This is a terrible place to live, we have had nothing but issues since we moved in. Recently there was a flood and we came home to our apartment completely packed up and the walls demolished without a single phone call or email. Coming home to all your belonging touched by strangers with your apartment unlocked is awful. 48 hours later we finally were able to talk to a leasing agent since the property manager was no where to be found. There is no respect with tenants and management. They do not care about residents at all! They can't keep a steady staff because the current property manager is worthless. It is such a waste of money to live here, the construction across the street is SO LOUD! It will drive you crazy and it will not be complete for at least a year. They work 7am to 9pm, even on weekends and they often close the street. The garage door is broken majority of the time so there is no security. It took over a month for the building to fix problems we found when we moved into our unit. One of these issues being two of our kitchen cabinets had fallen off since they were not properly installed. This is a very old building that they put new fixtures into with the absolutely cheapest materials that are poorly installed. The cost of rent here is not worth the quality. There are many other apartments downtown with similar prices that are 100x better than here. I have never written a review but I think hearing from someone who actually lived in an apartment you are considering is the most helpful in making your decision. Please live some place else.
When I moved in November 2014, I thought the place was great, in a few short months this was not the case at all. Shortly before I moved in we were bought out by the "Alliance" company and they don't fix anything. They actually make it worse. The hot tub has been drained for 6 months, needs to be replaced but they don't do it. The fire pit is broken EVERY few days without fail. It's just a gas pipe and an electric igniter.... The grills are falling apart, security is a JOKE. They just installed a handicapped door opener that no longer requires your key FOB to enter the building. There literally is no security. The elevators are broken every now and again, and most of the doors around the complex don't even shut behind you. The company says all of these things are a "courtesy" to our living and they don't need to do anything about it. One of the office employees just quit because "he was tired of lying to people". It's a very young crowd here so be prepared for an 11AM wake up of wasted 28 year olds flooding the courtyard with cases of beer and bottles of vodka, which is not allowed by the pool BUT there is nobody to enforce it. For $1500 a month, you can absolutely find a much better apartment complex in LoDo.
