The Station at Willow Grove

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The positive reviews only exist because they had gift card incentives. Where should I begin? Legitimate concerns raised go ignored by the leasing office. There have been numerous safety issues including trespassing, firearms, aggressive dog breeds, and disruptive residents that they did not take action on. They are really disorganized and would randomly enter your suite without any notice. The walls are paper thin, the entire room shakes from the smallest movement, and somehow there are always hidden fees that they try to add into your bill. I regret moving here and will definitely be moving out, as have a lot of residents did.

I do not recommend living in these apartments. Insulation is non-existent and you will hear your neighbors having sex, coughing, talking, dogs barking, and train whistles all day long including in the middle of the night. There’s been numerous security issues that management hasn’t been transparent about which doesn’t make you feel safe to live here. Elevators break often and the one attached to the garage was broken for 2 months. Currently they’re building a medical office on the first floor and management has blocked off the entire first level in the garage for future patients, which makes it difficult for our guests to park. In the spring and summer the pool has limited hours and it’s not accessible everyday which sucks Bc we pay to use amenities. Dog owners don’t clean up after their pets and allow them to urinate and defecate in the hallways and stairwells. I can’t wait to move out of this dump.

The truth of the matter about these apartments are the masters of band aid repairs, cheap appliances, paper thin walls (you can easily hear neighbors' music at night). When moving out, they said everything is fine during the personal walk through. But when I received the deposit check (after 2 months) , I was charged to replace the whole stove top, because the stove top is not completely clean.

Love the amenities and the appearance of the community; both interior and exterior. Wish there were signs to tell people that the main entrance and parking is not the actual address of the apartment. Also, the pricing is a little overpriced for the square footage you are getting. Seems like a lot of the rent is going towards the upkeep on the lounge areas and courtyards. Would I recommend: sure.

The Station at Willow appearance from the outside is beautiful which attracted me to it. Once I became a resident it was clear that I was deceived. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors conversation, new appliances broke at first use, dogs poop in hallway. There is no consequences for other people parking in your spot. The office is monitoring every piece of mail but slacking on cleaning the trash room. I was there one year and couldn’t take it anymore. You pay too much to not enjoy your home!!

Tonight when I arrived home I had a few large packages waiting for me . I had enlisted the services of my 11 year old cousin . Well we were struggling to lift the packages and we had no idea how we were going to get the sofa and various items up to our apt . As we were going back and forth about what direction we would take ,help arrived . Two of the maintenance men saw that we were struggling . The two of them loaded all of my packages along with my new sofa onto a cart. They told me and my cousin to go up to the apt they had it all under control . I would of normally paid some movers to assist me with this task. I gotta admit they were a blessing in disguise. They respected my packages , they were professional and they gave me service with a smile . I love management and it’s great supporting team !

I have been living here a few months now and I am so happy with my apartment! The amenities have been great too. I have rented the theater room a few times now and it has been such an easy and great experience. The amenity areas are always clean and the staff has been a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend these apartments to any of my friends/family members.

I have lived here since January and have not had a good experience. All my appliances have broken at least once and the apartment is very loud- windows are not thick enough to block out any street noise, and the train horn wakes you up at night. Also, management makes you pay to use some amenities like the tasting room and movie theater which is not stated on the lease or on tours.

Train is incredibly loud and wakes me up 3-4 times per night. Walls and windows are very thin and not well designed. I’ve had my kitchen sink flood twice after a couple months of living here and two door handles break off.
