I would say move elsewhere. For the price point, there’s too many communities offering better options than what I’ve noticed at the Sterling thus far. This is extremely disappointing because Windsor seems to have a great reputation and the area itself is optimal for living, the Sterling feels neglected almost like an afterthought for Windsors portfolio.

Excellent cleanliness of facilities, prompt responses to work orders, would like the water fountains in the dog park to work, great social events, friendly staff, great people, and great location.

Amenities are great but, in your apartment, you can hear everything from the hallway and all the stomping on the floor above.
I put my work order in around 9am. The work order was completed at 9:44am. I loved that they left a note in my apartment of what was completed, and what time it was completed.

The building is new with great amenities and a great staff. And the apartments are very nice as well. However, some residents do not know how to train their dog to not constantly bark and this is a recurring problem. The other residents I have talked with on my floor have the same issue with the frequent barking at all hours. Management has been notified, but just seems there’s not much that can be done to enforce the house rules other than waiting until the tenant’s lease is up and they move out. Management talks with the tenants, but it’s obvious that is not getting anywhere. So although the tenant is enjoying their quality time with their barking dog and having fun in their unit and barking all the way down the hallways, the rest of us are not enjoying the barking.

Landscaping needs a major overhaul. The property and interior is not kept up. Carpets are in bad shape. No smoking rules need to be enforced.

Sterling apartments and amenities are nice. However the layout should have been better planned or investments should have been made for sound proofing. The fact that we are paying luxury prices to hear the base and whoops from a bar cheapens and detracts from the living experience.

This was BY FAR one of the best apartments I've rented. The friendly and helpful concierge and leasing staff(Gregory & Mr. Willie), fast responding maintenance, nice and close proximity to downtown, midtown, and all other areas makes this an awesome place to stay.

Great community! Maintenance is effective while the leasing office tries their best to get things done while organizing fun events. The amenities are also great but issues (such as fireplace, hot tub, or an elevator not working) should be addressed quicker.
Fire alarms go off more than any other building I’ve ever lived in. Elevator by the dog park always smells and needs to be cleaned more often.
I have nothing but things to say about this place! The management and apartment are top notch. I am very grateful I ended up here.

I love this complex!! Other than the ridiculously nice amenities, the amazing events and free active classes they offer, I feel like the management staff really care about their residents. Ever since we stepped into the leasing office with Lisa, we felt welcomed. The staff is amazing and is unlike any other complex we have rented from before. I would recommend this place 100x over to anyone I know.
The property and amenities are top notch. To add further, the staff is professional and very accommodating. Everything up to and including move in day was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place.
The music from flight club makes me loving my apartment difficult. The community is amazing and the aesthetics in my apartment are beautiful but all of it is tarnished when I heard the bass from the music from flight club for eight hours daily. I haven’t been able to enjoy my apartment because once the music starts, I go anywhere else to avoid the noise in my apartment. It just sounds like a hammer hitting would over and over and for no reason. I went Flight Club recently and noticed that they could really do without the bass. It doesn’t do anything for them. All it does is ruin my sleep, my ability to read or enjoy peace and quiet in my own my apartment.
I have loved living at the Sterling, I was very against apartment living at first but it’s been so great and convenient. The location is amazing and it’s a very nice building inside and out.

Love the Sterling! Staff is amazing and friendly, complex is beautiful and well kept. If complaints/comments are made, I do feel like the staff takes it into account makes sure the issues get fixed quickly.
Great apartment and atmosphere. Unfortunately very poorly built and relatively poorly maintained for all of the fees that are paid.
The community is beautiful with amazing amenities. It is also kept very clean and the leasing team, concierge and maintenance are awesome!
