Awww, thanks friend! We really appreciate your kind words about Stockwell Apartments! Hope we can be of assistance in the future - just let us know, and take care!
I would not recommend this complex. It is low quality, dangerous, and attracts the worst of Nashville.

Hello there - thanks so much for the feedback. Your input matters!
The Club great place to live . Easy access to downtown Nashville. It’s a nice community.

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience!
The Club At Hickory Hollow is not worth it. The leasing office is rude especially the assistant manager. The leasing office never answers the phone. The maintenance half way do their jobs. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to rent an apartment here.

Renter, beware, do not move to this apartment complex. It takes forever to get things fixed. Emergency maintenance never picks up so hopefully you never have an emergency then. And when you do put a request in to get fixed, they don’t actually fix the problem.

I don't like this complex at all. My car was stolen right outside my apartment when supposedly there was security at the gate but I don't feel secure in this location at all with the front gate still not being locked. Anybody and everyone can just drive on in to do as they please. Such as stealing my vehicle.

Gracias por sus palabras. Por favor de avisarnos en que podemos ayudarle.
When I moved in here, they put me in a floor plan that was not the one I applied for. This was just the beginning of the issues. During my one year living here they mischarged me for valet trash services seven times on my bill and never fixed it, so I was over charged by $175. They said that they were unable to fix that for me. When I first moved in, my washing machine was broken for a month, and my bedroom door didn't have a door knob. The wood on the door was split too as if someone had kicked it in. Those issues weren't fixed for over a month despite me constantly reaching out to maintenance and the property management staff. Our trash compactor broke at one point, and instead of addressing it, the management let trash build up for over a month and just sit and rot. This was in the dead of summer. So much trash was there it started to blow around in the complex. The management in the leasing office treat the residents terribly too. I tried to address my multitude of issues, and one specific employee refused to speak to me, insisting I had been hostile, when all I had done speak assertively and say I wouldn't be walked all over. Overall, this complex is just horrible. Don't move here. It isn't worth it. I regret moving there and I was thrilled when my lease ended and I was able to leave.

DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. There are constant cockroaches flooding the apartment. I kept my apartment super clean, yet they would always get in. I left multiple cleaning requests for the exterminator team. They always left a note in my apartment saying they sprayed the place, but if you read the paperwork they only spray outside of your door it seems. Amenities were never usable. The pool was never cleaned the entire year I lived there. The place always had trash laying around on walkways. I saw a used condom on the side walk when entering my apartment building. Luckily my neighbors were very kind, but they all were trying to move out like I was. Rent is way too high for how unsavory this apartment complex is. I was fooled by the very nice pictures management has posted. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

Rent is too high for the quality of living here. I am paying the same price as my last place for half the bedrooms and no laundry. A downgrade for sure

Maintenance is crap they dont fix anything at all!! My toilet has been leaking since i moved in last year, maintenance said they fixed it and the stained floor from the leak which they did not!!! Oh and it took a year before they even acknowledged my request for repair. Office staff never answer the phone and when they do they never call you back. Save your money dont move here!!

This place is infested with roaches the roaches live behind the refrigerators and stoves I even seen roaches coming out my vents and my home is super clean that’s why I’m moving. The management is poor I understand they just got new management but these people work performance is poor. I talk to the manager today and she was just so nonchalant and I don’t care attitude. At least the manager before her was more concerned with what’s going on and trying to find ways to help you this new manager don’t care she’s blaming everything on Covid The only thing in the world that’s not open is the Club office so you can’t directly talk to someone. Everything is electronic. Like not everyone have access to a computer or a printer. And refuse to print anything for you because they claim due to the Covid they don’t have a printer. The gym is nasty. I don’t even think they check to see the condition of that. the whole facility is terrible it’s down the drain. I’ve seen at lease 10 ppls move in and out of the apartment next to me that’s how bad it is. Unfortunately I had to wait my lease out. Just go some where else. They place look decent at first but living there is a nightmare.

ROBBERIES, RATS, ROACHES, RUDE MANAGEMENT, and FLOODING. Below I will tell you about the worst living experience of my life. DO NOT move here. RENTER BEWARE. I can’t even begin to tell you how bad this complex is. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We have lived here for 7 months and have been broken into 3 times. Management hasn’t made any security improvements to help! We have been taking pandemic precautions very seriously and only leave the apartment for essential tasks such as grocery shopping and still someone managed to break in and steal from us 3 times. We are home all of the time so someone was clearly watching us and we notified the complex all 3 times and all they told us was to file a police report each time. They offered zero help or any type of assurance. We asked to see camera footage and we were told that there are no cameras in the back of the complex next to Zelida Rd where our unit is located. They haven’t made an effort to add more cameras or enhance their security measures. There is broken fencing off of Zelida RD that leave the apartment vulnerable to outsiders getting in. The fence has been broken throughout my entire time living here and the complex has failed to fix it. The property manager, pretty much told us it was our fault for living here and that we were not required to live here. She told me “NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO LIVE HERE, YOU CAN MOVE.” Who wants to hear this after they suffered a traumatic experience!? ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO UNDERSTANDING We have had the maintenance team come and check our windows for any malfunction and they assured us everything was okay but the cops realized that someone was getting in due to faulty windows. This most recent time someone broke in, they stole our security cameras. We have taken every safety precaution we could think of and still someone was able to break in and steal from us. Aside from this issue, we have had rats and roaches. We called pest control after we found a rat and they didn’t send anyone until a week later. There are also multiple bugs that get in so we have to constantly request insect pest control Water gets into the apartment when it floods. Our apartment currently stinks because of the water that got in due to a recent storm. We submitted an urgent request first thing Sunday morning after the storm and we had to keep calling the front office until they finally sent someone out Monday evening.

I have enjoyed my stay since I have moved in. I have been a tenant since 2018 and i am still a current tenant.Maintenance is fast and place is kept clean. I have never had any pest issues in my apartment and everything works. Staff is nice at leasing office and really helped me get approved when I really needed a place to stay.

We work hard to provide excellent service to all our guests, so we're thrilled to read about your experience with us! We hope you have a great day!
When it rains hard during thunderstorms water leaks into the apartment and we pay entirely too much money for this to happen on a regular basis. This is the 4th time in a little more than a year. The amenities are nice here, when you can actually use them... The gym, pools, and racket ball court all close promptly at 6pm, so if you work during the day good luck using them much! Lastly the outdoor kitchen has not been usable at all in 2020 considering none of the propane tanks have been replaced nor do they have a working charcoal grill on property. If you enjoy grilling out, good luck living here!! All of these issues have been brought to the staff's attention and nothing has been done in more than 3 months or more than a year for the issue with water coming into your apartment to ruin your furniture or electronics!
Property Manager at The Stockwell Apartments, Responded To This Review
We're sorry to hear that your experience has not been completely up to standards. Thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. If you will, please reach out to us at ResidentServices@ARIUMLiving.com so we may work to improve your stay moving forward and resolve the issues you've described here. We look forward to hearing from you.
Terrible leasing office. Will find anyway to tack on extra fees for no reason. Have a overwhelming insect problem. I am a very clean person and I know my neighbors are as well we are good friends. There are still spiders and roaches that constantly get into the apartment. The maintenance men are lazy and you have to ask them multiple times to come to your apartment to get things done. You’re better off spending and extra 50-75 dollars a month living somewhere else. This Is coming from someone who stayed there 2.5 years
When I first moved in a while back, things seemed okay, but they have gotten progressively worse. I really do not recommend living here. This is not a gated community, as they imply - the gates remain open at all times. It's a loud environment, and it has not been a good experience for me. It's not in the safest part of town, as some of the other reviews here mention. I also found that management was nice before I signed a lease, but since living here, it was impossible to get ahold of anyone or deal with any issues at the office. I'm relieved to have moved out.
Absolutely DO NOT move here. The gate is constantly broken. There are 3 massive dumpsters in the grass that have been here for 4 months while they "fix" the trash compactor. The people in the office are just as incompetent as they are rude. Living here has been a huge mistake. There are armed car robberies in the parking lot weekly. A constant flurry of gunshots will lull you off to sleep here. Good luck with this place.

While we appreciate all feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your stay at our community. We are working hard to make this a place residents are proud to call home while providing them with a Hassle Free Living experience. Our team is working hard to create an even safer environment for our residents after the robbery. We are taking these comments and concerns to heart and will take these into consideration as we move forward with making this community the best that it can be. -Kathy, Bell Reputation Team
They charge you for a gated community when intact it isn't. They had a guest drive through the gate and they never bothered to fix it. I've had random people who've made their way of to me and beg for money as a result. Maintenance will just walk into your apartment as they want. If you bring it up, they'll never come again. The office closes randomly. You can hear gunshots nearby on an almost regular basis. Their online payment system is a complete joke and none of the employees are competent enough to know how to use it. They never answer the phone or care about the people renting from them. Rather than fixing the trash compactor in a timely manner as they should, they've added two constantly overflowing trash bins. Maintenance came around to change out filters and left them sitting on the ground for a week rather than disposing of them right away.
I moved in a few months ago. I feel like it's a pretty good value for what you get (I pay about 800ish per month). There is always enough parking around my apartment. The parking lot is semi lit (could do with a bit brighter lights in the parking lot). The management is pretty good and I haven't had any issues. They've been pretty quick in any repairs needed (longest wait was a week and that was because they had to order a piece to complete the repair). There haven't been any issues with loud noises or parties with the neighbors. The apartment itself is small but big enough for what I needed. The Antioch area isn't the best/safest area, but it's close to where I work so I decided it was worth it. I've been satisfied with the apartment this far.
I just moved in in June and everyone here is really nice and knows your name. Maintenance is super fast at fixing your problems and it's just a great community to live in.
