RENTER BEWARE!! This place looks all great but when I went in to look at rentals the leasing lady was horrible. She had a bad attitude; she could care less about answering my questions. she said to me I am only the leasing person you have questions ask manger. DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. LEASING LADY is horrible. She was rude, interrupted her coworkers, I think she gets commissions for rentals and seems like she treats everyone bad. Because she was helping a couple and the other leasing rep was going to take me on a tour and she yelled at him that's my client even though he was free to help and she wasn't how rude. I warned you if your rent here your screwed. I got a bad feeling right out the gate she never listened to me just wanted to tell her stuff and make a sale. Horrible lady. Can only imagine what the manager is like.
Cons: 1. Cockroach issue upon moving in 2. Not enough parking spaces for everyone, your "extra permit" is a good luck if you find an open spot 3. Expect people to park in your designated carport and leave it there overnight, more than once. 4. Find various mailboxes broken into, including yours. As well as the outgoing mailbox. Just don't send anything important unless you're going to get your mail within the delivery time. 5. Management never answers their emails, best bet call or go in. Pros: 1. Water features 2. Ducks 3. Loft style apartments are more spacious 4. Near major hubs of downtown Fullerton, Brea, etc. 5. Street parking isn't great but isn't as bad as the area by the CSUF fraternities.
Filled out an application impulsively because I've been actively searching for an apartment that meets my criteria and budget. When this apartment had a one bedroom available, I quickly jumped on it. After reading the reviews I grew concerned about the streams and stagnant water so I gave a call to Angelica. She was super friendly and informed me that the streams are actively serviced and they have fish that eat mosquito eggs which is a concern for me because I have dogs. Unfortunately I cannot proceed with my application because I was informed that the apartment I applied for has an open patio and I need a closed patio for my dogs. Angelica was kind enough to inform me that I could transfer my application to the Greenhouse apartments and that worked out for me because they have private patios. This was a great experience. Thank you!
Do not come here to rent! Take your money and run! Service is terrible. I have been living her for about two years and called for service just now bcos the kitchen sink is clogged and they said I have to wait 48 hrs to get it fixed and only one person working today. Now we cannot cook bcos the sink is completely clogged and water is not draining. They have a machine broken also in the laundry mat for over a year and still not fixed. Management know about this and they simply DO NOT CARE. Run away from these place and don't let the pictures fool you. Terrible apartments.
Upon coming to look at the place, Adisher at the front office was very sweet and was more than happy to show us around the property. We loved the unit he showed us, and didn't mind at all that we would be near the freeway. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming, but that all immediately changed upon moving in. And when I say immediately, I mean immediately. When we came in to sign the lease, Andrew at the office gave us attitude because he was on his lunch and didn't want to help us. There was a sign on the door that said "be back at 1" and at 1:30 he still wasn't back, then he acted as if we didn't know how to read and said "that definitely says 2, but whatever." After this, just after one week of being moved in, Angelica called and was extremely rude to me regarding my rent check. Even though I told the office to discard the check I gave them before rent was even due, since it was for a closed account and I had already paid rent online, she still called me the next day and told me I needed to leave work early to come down there before they closed or they were going to charge me $100 more for rent. And with absolutely no hesitation. As soon as I answered the phone she had a rude tone with me. Then, After we asked Adisher for a parking permit for our vehicle, and he stated "you don't need one" (only because he had just clocked out and didn't want to go back into the office to get us one) both of our vehicles were towed!! We had to pay $900 to get both vehicles out, and The Streams is refusing to cover any portion of it, even though they denied giving us a parking permit and told us that we did not need one! I have only lived here 2 weeks and I am already afraid for what the next year has to offer. Not to mention, each unit only gets one assigned parking spot, and there are about 7 permit parking spots, and the rest is street parking. And when there are 3 apartment complexes totaling over 600 units of people looking for a parking spot, you end up having to park over a mile away from the complex every single night in order to park your car. You literally have to get an uber from where you parked your car just to get home, unless you are okay with walking over a mile at 9 PM after you get off of work. Do not do it! The units are nice, and the complex is pretty, but the service is awful! I work in the industry and would never in my life treat my residents the way they treat them!
My wife and I cleaned the apartment top to bottm before moving out and with the 3 other apartments we have lived in were returned the ENTIRE security deposit after doing this. Well I am going to tell you these crooks no matter how good you take care of their property you are going to loose your entire deposit due to normal wear and tear. Beware of these crooks. And also be careful of what they promise you upon move in ast they gave us a parking space clear across the complex after promising us that it would be the closest one and showing it to us!
Great place to call home as I have lived here for about a year now. Very peaceful and calm to hear the streams flowing at night. Target is within walking distance, and I have a lot of options for groceries and retail shopping like Marshall's and Ross. A lot of great places to eat and I'm less than 5 minutes from the 57 FWY, and about 10 minutes from the 91 FWY. I also love being 5 minutes away from the Brea Mall! Great neighborhood to be able to go for a run minutes after the sun sets. I enjoy using their fitness center and I am looking forward to their new gym and all the additional goodies it will come with. My gym isn't too close from home so I appreciate being able to just walk to their fitness center. Especially being able to use the dry sauna after a good workout! HEAVEN if you appreciate that kind of thing. I definitely enjoy it here and appreciate the staff. I look forward to many more years here!
I moved into the Streams in March. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I love it. The apartment is very spacious and open. I love the bedrooms, they are separate from one another and they each have there own bathrooms plus there is an attached garage. The office staff is great and they have always been very quick to help me with all of my questions since I have moved in. Maintenance has responded to my work orders in a timely matter as well. The location is great! Close to schools, grocery stores and freeway access and lots of restaurants as well. I hope to live her for a very long time :)
Pleasant place to call home! I moved here in Streams Apartments one year ago, the community is quiet, the office staff are always very helpful, and when I placed a work order maintenance attend immediately, I like the events that they do, I love the location! My family and I we really enjoyed living here!
First impression was great and staff is super friendly . Love it so far!
