The city features several large lakes on its west side, along with creeks and the Sauk River passing through Coldwater. Local landmarks include the Wing House Museum, a historical museum contained in a house built in 1875; the Tibbits Opera House, the second-oldest theater in Michigan dating to 1882; and the Little River Railroad, a steam locomotive from 1911.
Surrounded by parks and campgrounds, the lakes are ideal for boating and fishing. Fed by the Cold Water River, these lakes include Craig Lake, Morrison Lake, Randall Lake, North Lake, and South Lake. Coldwater's Rotary Park offers lake views, a fishing dock, and a picnic area. Coldwater Little League Park includes the Heritage Park Splash Pad, picnic pavilions, and a skateboard park.

Muy buen lugar muy atentos pero por las personas que tienen mascotas, muchas veces solo sacan a sus mascotas afuera del departamento para que hagan sus necesidades y NO LOS RECOGEN. Debería haber consecuencias para este tipo de personas que solo dañan la imagen de la comunidad.

We already had a mouse in the house and other insects. The living room is too small. The apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. The inside of the refrigerator is a terrible design. No room for leftovers.

As always, the staff here is great, but 80% of the tenants in C building just party all night. Their family and friends park in front of the apartments idling and blasting music with plenty of base. They ring our doorbell and knock on our door at all hours looking for the right party. Our apartment fills with cigarette and pot smoke. Saturday nights are the worst, but as we speak (0552am Mon 11/11/24) doors are slamming, tenants are running up and down the stairs shaking the building, their rides are honking outside our bedroom. It seems as if the people upstairs forget something every day on the way to work, because after the car door slams, it opens, slams again, runs back upstairs, slams, slams again, runs down, car door slam, and speeds away through the Summit at 40 mph over the “toy” speed bumps. I will now attempt to quietly get back into bed knowing that my wife couldn’t possibly have slept through this, until about an hour from now when we get “speakerphone guy”.

Management is great and some neighbors are great company. But there are some people in the building who let their dogs pee in the hall way and it is not pleasant to walk up to go to work and smell that through out the halls. Along with who ever is smoking pot in the building. People are also dropping trash and food in the hallways making the hallways stink
