Current Tenant.

Very convenient to be as close to wincoas it is, also very good janitorial services for elevator, hallways, entrance, etc. Security patrol is good as they can be. Security badge key needed for access to building. Fair rent rates. Nice view depending where you are located.The only thing is new apartments being built in vicinity.
