The Summit at Cane Ridge

I’ve lived at the Summit for over a decade and love it here. Everyone in the office and maintenance is amazing and quick to help with any issues. Great place to live and a beautiful complex! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place in nice and upcoming neighborhood.

The folks in the office and the maintenance team are top notch. Whenever I had an issue, even during the height of covid, they'd go out of their way to help me. And I never had a problem with loud neighbors, which was really important to me. The only blemish on my experience here was an attempted break in (it's antioch), but when I expressed that I didn't feel safe in that particular apartment anymore, they moved me to a top floor location close to the office security, and waved any transfer fees that would have otherwise occurred.

The apartment layout is great! It has all the amenities you could want. A clubhouse, exercise room, pool and more.It’s so convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Just a few miles from the interstate too. My granddaughter lives here and she loves it!

The staff is great and attentive. Maintenance is also great. The property itself is clean and beautiful! The apartments are up to date and modern! would def recommend to friends!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at The Summit Apartments at Cane Ridge. The property is gorgeous and is great for taking walks. It is centrally located near restaurants, shopping, and has easy highway access. The apartments are very family friendly and are usually quiet. I felt safe there, even when walking my dog at night. On that note, they also have a really neat dog park on site! I always found the staff to be friendly, attentive, and easy to contact. The apartment itself had a functional layout with plenty of space. I never had any issues with my appliances or fixtures. My favorite part of the apartment was the balcony, as it had a beautiful view and was the perfect size to enjoy with company. I would highly recommend these apartments to any of my family or friends.

I lived here for 3 years and the community was absolutely amazing from the dog walkers to the employees. Most of the residents where so friendly. Had to move for work or would still live there.

Ive been a resident here for almost 3 years. the first 2.5 years were great. That said, these last few months here have been horrible. Weve had our building shot at, cars broken into, and a very unpleasant management staff. No matter how many times you complain about something, they never resolve the problem. They just want your money, stay away.

Red flags.......... shower head is spraying water to avoid drywall damage one would see it as an urgent request. Response may not get to it today it is already 4 o’clock. Maintenance did indeed change the shower head out the same afternoon which should have been the response of the leasing agent. My paid covered parking Spot was in use by others but I am suppose to police it and call courtesy officer and have it towed. Perhaps a note should be placed on the parking spot that says effective 1-24-2020 this spot is a reserved paid for spot anyone else using it other than the payee are subject to tow. This would be the things one would expect of a management or leasing office. Have contacted corporate to see if the team here can get some help as they immediately wanted to blame corporate for the dirty sidewalks breezeways etc

I have lived here since the beginning of the year, and I absolutely love it. The apartment is located on the top of a hill that makes it isolated from businesses and apartments nearby. This means that we don't get the foot traffic of people traveling through the complex to reach a gas station or other nearby destination (which means less crime and issues which is most often caused by non-residents at any apartment). The grounds are clean, and the apartments are lovely. Ours is a one-bedroom with an added study that I get to do my work in without distraction. There are the expected amenities such as pool, gym, and tennis courts. We haven't gotten much use out of the outdoor amenities because of the cold, but the clubhouse is beautiful and peaceful. The gym is a bit small, but we still get use out of it when we can't drive across town to our local gym. Anyone interested in moving into an apartment in the area should just come to the location and drive around the complex. I promise you will want to move here at first glance.

I have lived here since 2007. I LOVE it here. I have lived in three different apartments. First in a single, then in their room-mate set up two bedroom and am now in the more "family" two bedroom. They work very hard on making improvements to the property. Since I have lived there, they have repaved the parking, painted all the buildings and porches, redid the roofs, redid the pool area, redid the gym and built a wifi room, and most importantly, replaced all the windows and sliding glass doors which has improved my heating and cooling (and the bill) drastically. The office staff is always cheerful and extremely helpful. And the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The only down I have is depending on when you come home, parking may become a problem depending on what night it is and how late. But that is to be expected as the property has filled up. That being said I can not recommend this place enough. I try to move all my friends in because I know they will be taken care of. Anyone who is a problem has been quickly removed. This isn't your typical "Antioch" apartment. All of the convenience of living so close to the interstate without any of the usual "Antioch problems". I'll stay here until I can buy a house.

It was what I can get at the last minute. Maintenance is very slow, you literally have to harass them to get something fixed or it won't happen. I feel like I have been complaining about something every month since I moved in. Apartment flooded, and I had to harass them to fix the damages. Office staff are very nonchalant and act annoyed when you need something.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The management team here is disgraceful. They have some of the worst attitudes ever. They're not helpful at all and will treat you like scum. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

I have been in the complex for several years. It is close to the interstate, restaurants, but nestled in a quiet area. I have been happy with the office staff always will to help. All of my maintenance needs have been addressed right away even if not considered an emergency call. There is an onside courtesy office if there are any issues such as noise and they will be taken care of when reported. There are multiple floor plans to choose from whether you are single or have a family you will be able to find a home that fits your needs. The clubhouse includes racquetball courts, workout room, sauna, tennis courts,playground,and outdoor pool.

The summit Apartments In Cane Ridge/Antioch have been the best place me and my husband have ever lived. Its conveniently close to the interstate but without the noise. The living space is fairly big with lots of storage and closet space. The landscape is beautifully maintained and staff is really helpful and quick to fix any problems. There is a huge pool that's very clean and grilling stations to use. A huge plus for us is a Big garage that's surprisingly cheap to rent and place to wash your car. You will love living here and never want to find another apartment again.

Living here gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that I'm relatively safe. Sure, it's not the King's Palace, but it's clean, quiet, and their maintenance team has always been prompt with my requests. Absolutely love their leasing staff as well. Whitney was awesome at helping me find an apartment on short notice, answering all my questions, and gathering all the necessary documents for signing a lease.

The nashville area is becoming a very expensive place to live. Miami sacrifice quality because of price and that was an issue I faced when I first moved up here. The Summit in Antioch Tennessee provides very roomy apartments that for the price are unbeatable. The apartment complex is secluded and away from the busy city area and there is a very friendly community. That's right next to the interstate and right next to Old Hickory and Bell Road for quick access to the Nashville area and the Franklin area. This was my first apartment home and I'm very glad with my decision.
