Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. It is in the shadow of the state's tallest mountain -- Humphreys Peak, and it is home to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. It is also near the Wupatki National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Meteor Crater, and Grand Canyon National Park. But while the outdoor adventures in Flagstaff range from hiking and mountain biking to snow skiing and snowboarding, this isn't just a resort city -- Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University, a top-ranked, public research university established in 1899.
Being home to one of the world's best universities is just the beginning. Flagstaff is also the location of the Lowell Observatory, one of the oldest observatories in the country, dating back to 1894. Considered one of the world's most important places, the observatory was where Pluto was discovered in 1930.

Property Ratings at The Summit at Flagstaff
They've ignored my notification of this issue for much longer than a week, and despite having messaged them about it three times, so I figured I'd drop a 1: The roof leaks during monsoons, and they're more interested in penny pinching than doing their jobs and merely addressing the issue. This can cause the roof to cave in. Do avoid.
Property Manager at The Summit at Flagstaff, Responded To This Review

Please be assured that we are at work to fully resolve the water issues you have observed, and we do wish to connect and update you on our efforts. Please contact us at thesummit@assetliving.com or 602-474-3555, and we will be happy to have a conversation. We appreciate your time.
There's really not anything to complain about. The best part, in my opinion, would be the architecture, interior design, and of course pine trees. If you can afford it, go for it.

We are pleased to hear that our community's natural beauty and modern design have met your expectations. Thank you so much for your recommendation and terrific review!
YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. The leasing consultant lied to me and my roommate multiple times about what paper work was official and unofficial for a future lease. We were lied to into signing official papers and the consultant was told multiple times that we did not wish to sign any official papers. We were charged $390 for just trying to try and apply, and were not given a full refund. Also after receiving our tour past our scheduled time do to the consultants negligence. We were shown a one bedroom that look nothing like the pictures online. The property looked like there had been no maintenance or landscaping done in months and was cramped and did not look anything like the pictures. DO NOT LEASE WITH SUMMIT. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET IT. MANAGEMENT IS A SCAM
