The apartments are great, management nice, friendly and maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The grounds are nice. Quiet, no loud music

So far, everything was clean, and there was no damage to the apartment when we moved in. The leasing staff were helpful and accommodating. Overall, this has been good so far!

I had a lovely move in experience and would recommend to a friend! Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean and neighbors are also very nice.

The back gate is breaks at LEAST once a month. The parking situation is absolutely atrocious and I’ve relayed this in every review but nothing is done. There are constantly guests parking in the non-guest area and nothing is done about it. The guest parking itself is pathetically tiny for a complex of this size. There are reserved spots that are constantly empty. There are times where i have had to park 2 buildings away from my apartment. With how expensive the rent is here and how it’s dubbed “luxury” apartments, this issue shouldn’t exist.

Holland was super friendly and very helpful I am soooo excited to be part of this community. All the paperwork was processed and done very quickly. The whole experience was amazing.

It has been a very easy and quiet move in experience. The community is very kind and the amenities have been appreciated off the bat! Really enjoy the space and cleanliness of the apartment, especially for the price point and distance to downtown Nashville.

very spacious and modern apartments, we moved from a one bedroom to now a two bedroom and decided to stay in the same complex because of how much we love it and the proximity to everything in Nashville

Nice neighborhood! They have a cute dog park, even one for little dogs! Not to much noise. Cute pool too! I like that it’s gated. Would recommend :).

We enjoy living here. The location, amenities, and maintenance staff are great. Guest parking is limited, and there is some minor neighborhood noise.

Great value for the location! There is a dog park located on the complex. A newly renovated gym and amazing in ground pool. Parking can be hard at times.

Great place to live. Maintained well and staff is always very prompt and helpful. Maintenance is on a whole other level from other places with often same day service for even the smallest of things.

Maintenance is fantastic, I’ve always felt safe in the complex, and the office staff is so helpful! I’ve been living here for four months now and wouldn’t live anywhere else.

My experience at Summit has been fantastic! The leasing staff went above and beyond to help me through the leasing process. My apartment is beautiful, functional, and safe.

They jumped through hoops to find a way for my family and me to move in early. I was in a bind living in an Airbnb and they re-prioritized maintenance’s time so we could move in five days early!! So incredibly grateful

Love it here ?? such a pretty apartment and fun complex. Such a good spot for seeing all the dogs around. Love being close to Walmart. The pool is cute too and maintenance comes quick

So far it was a smooth and great leasing experience. Apartment is nice. The amenities are great. The maintenance team was fast responding and efficiently did there job.

Clean, safe and comfortable vibe. Much larger apartments than many others we looked at and for less. We have an updated apartment, which has been nice. Not a single issue with neighbors and every request we’ve made with maintenance or with the leasing office was met quickly. We are first time apartment dwellers and so far the experience has been amazing. Glad we chose The Summit!

The location is great. The units are large and have a ton of storage (especially if you do not have a patio). Great amenities and affordable. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve loved my time at The Summit. Hannah, the assistant property manager, is always a big help. She made the application process simple, and helps me with anything every time I come into the office. The maintenance is top notch, any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been answered in about 20min! All around, a nice apartment community!

I’ve lived here almost two years and I love it. The apartments are modern with plenty of storage space and nice appliances. Maintenance is top notch. Less than 15 minutes from downtown and about one mile from a shopping center.

We lived here over a year ago then moved to NY then relocated back for work. We've been here a month and things certainly aren't what they used to be. Garbage gets left out in the walkways all weekend and management does nothing about it (despite a policy to warn then fine repeated offenders) and my key fob hasn't worked since the second week we moved in. After stopping by the office multiple times and a couple different "remedies" the solution is now that I have to wait until some new key fobs that are back ordered come in eventually. No estimate was able to be given of when that may be so any time I want to access my own apartment community, I have to go to the guest box and call my unit number. I wish management cared like they used to. Overall it's a good community to live in but it has declined significantly and is likely to continue. It is also very difficult to get in touch with anyone through email or phone.

Pros: -storage space -Kitchens are amazing compared to most rentals in this price range -over all square footage -energy efficient -pet friendly -great area, close to shopping and downtown -fitness center is really nice -pool area is clean and a nice place to relax -gated -trash service Cons: -Parking can be a nightmare. I asked the office staff multiple times before signing the lease if there was ever and issue with it and they assured me that there was not. They only allow parking passes behind the gate which is nice (if there isn't a pass they will boot it very fast) , but I feel that they give out more parking passes than there are spots. There are times that I have to park 2 buildings away. They need to look at adding more or sectioning it off by building.
