Golden sits fifteen miles due east of downtown Denver on Interstate 70, where the urban landscape begins to give way to the rugged beauty of the Front Range. Surrounded by huge parks full of hiking trails (and, of course, fairly close to several ski areas), Golden apartments are excellent for folks who like to spend their time outdoors.
Golden is famous as the home of Coors Brewing Company, but like many other Colorado communities there are several breweries around town. Bus and light rail service connects Golden to the rest of the Denver metro area, making it easy to get to work or just explore without depending on a personal vehicle.

Property Ratings at The Summit At Red Rocks
DO NOT APPLY HERE. They will take your money and then never answer the phone. Me and my roommate submitted an application and then didn’t hear anything and I called them multiple times, leaving multiple voicemails for them to not get back with me. And when I finally did they said that there must have been an issue with the phones but they charged us a $400 “holding” fee for an apartment we didn’t even know we had. So if you need to contact management goodluck bc they either won’t answer or lie to you!
I cannot wait to move out of this complex!! This is the worst place I have ever lived hands down!! The management is TERRIBLE here. They do not have any pride for this complex otherwise it would not be as dirty and trashy as it is!! The dumpsters are constantly over flowing, and trash is strewn about the complex. The hallways are disgusting and run down. Not a single dog owner picks up after their dog. There is dog poop everywhere. No one puts their dogs on leashes either! So be prepared to get jumped on by strangers dogs! There is so much theft here that they have to send your packages to the office and even then they might get stolen. The pool is never open due to vandalism. The doors on the outside of the buildings require codes but most of the time they are broken so anyone can walk right in, if the doors worked properly there would be less theft and vandalism. Please reconsider moving in here. It is not worth the price or the headache! ****All of the 5 star reviews of this place are FAKE!!!! Do not believe them. Come check out the premises yourself and see how bad it is
DO NOT LIVE HERE Upon arrival to my new apartment, the elevator was broken, the glass on the front door of the building was shattered, a street light was fallen down, and our apartment was a disaster. (none of this ever got fixed) The pool and bowling alley seem great in theory, but they were only open for a few months out of the year that I was living here, so I never used them. (rent stayed the same) Food is smeared on the floors of the hallways, holes are punched in the walls of the apartment building, exit signs were on the floor, and there was random furniture EVERYWHERE. Our stove worked ONCE the whole time we lived there (even after miainence "fixed" it. We were charged for this during move out. It's pretty hard to live without a stove! Don't ever try and do laundry. Everyone I know in my building had to go to the local Laundromat. The fire fighters come at least 2 times a week because of a fire in the basement. Fun! I loved evacuating every week! One woman was doing laundry one day when the laundry machine caught fire and burned all of her clothes! more fun! The tenants in my building moved out because of black mold the first week I got there. Awesome! Don't ever try and have a package delivered here, because it won't reach you. I had multiple very expensive items get delivered to the leasing office and they told me they don't have them, without even searching. I always put my address down for shipping, but ups delivers to the leasing office automatically. I walked into the leasing office one afternoon and they told me "don't have time to talk to me". :) All in all, if you hate yourself, you should live here. Otherwise, stay awayyyyyyyy.
I would like to first point out that they have been buying reviews and it shows. You can see for yourself, profiles with only a single letter as the last name and no picture or other reviews. Other reviewers who have not even lived here have given it 5 stars for just the tour itself... That's not how that works. Like most of the tenants who live here, we did not get to enjoy the amenities because they were either non-functional, or closed. Our elevators have been broken for 2 years. We have been promised by new management that things would change...absolutely nothing has changed.
I lived here one year, always paid in full and on time. Property manager returned my securit deposit, then after I moved I check my credit to find that this apartment complex has found me deliquent of $160 and says I owe them! They NEVER tried to contact me even though I left my forwarding information and I never found out why they charged me this. This has ruined my credit and my life. Maintenance requests are slow and the work isn't well done. I advise against looking into living here. It is awful.
Where do I even begin? Upon move in there was a moldy sandwich in the fridge, the toilets were dirty and the floor was gross. There was dirt and dust hanging from the popcorn ceiling. After cleaning the place and getting settled I noticed myself and my pets were having breathing issues and I developed a skin reaction which was determined by a physician to be caused by mold. The AC unit was full of mold and dirt. The sliding glass door had no lock and was never fixed in the year that I lived in the apartment. My bicycle was stolen from my front patio and nothing was done. This place is a dump and looks nothing like the photos on the website. The last and final screw to the tenants, they kept $200 of my security deposit, why? I’ll never know. I left the place in better condition than it was when I got it. Don’t move here.
The management of the “summit at redrocks” is the most convoluted I have ever experienced. My experience here has been a mess of missing door notices, lost paperwork, and brutally inattentive managers. The game room amenities are closed except during office hours which change every so often but always close before 5. During my stay many promises were made to improve and fix the building I was in, including but not limited too an indoor bike storage area, fixing the doors to the building, and providing basic maintenance to the grounds and buildings but none of them were ever completed and no effort was made.
The property manager had great communication during the application process and the apartments were decent. definitely not the "luxury" they claim to be though. They require a $400 deposit just to apply, and good luck getting that back if you are not accepted. My roommate and I got notification right away after applying that we were not accepted, which was all fine and dandy until I asked for the deposit back. Then communication completely stopped. I have been trying for a month to get it back. When I eventually got someone to answer they told me it would be mailed. Waited a week and followed up only to be told they didn't have an address to send it to. Gave them the address and they said they would mail it that day. nothing for a week then when I followed up, they said it was mailed on the 17th. It is now the 29th and I still have not received it.
Poor management, terrible apartments, expensive and overpriced, the water was constantly out and bring "worked on" so they'd have to turn it off for the entire building. My neighbor went months without a working AC. Another friend begged for his dishwasher to be replaced and management wouldn't do it. Kept blaming it on him. They took my entire security deposit and claimed we caused damage to the apartment when everything was messed up before we moved in (and our move in date was delayed) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Do you value your credit score? Do you want to see your credit destroyed by an immoral company looking to take advantage of you for a few extra bucks? As the other reviewers have stated, this place will stab you right in the back after you move out. How will they do it? Well, after you’ve been gone for a few months, they'll create a bogus charge and place it directly with collections. They won't contact you about it. Even if you talk to them a month after you move out, which I personally did, they still won't say anything about it. Nothing. You won't receive any mail about it. You won't have any idea. But one day, a year or so later, you'll check your credit score and find out that they what they did to you. They did it because they are an immoral company and it's an easy way to get a few extra bucks. And it’s not like it was just a mistake. How can it be a mistake if it happens to everyone? Just read the REAL reviews, and you’ll get all the information you need. Think you’ll have a different experience? Think again. This will happen to you. I lived here for a year, and I have asthma. There’s something about those apartment buildings that made my symptoms so bad it was unbearable. And when I say something, I mean MOLD. One time I awoke in the middle of the night and I could not breath at all. It was so bad that my inhaler didn't work, which has never happened to me before and has never happened since. I ended up calling 911 at 2:30 in the morning. An ambulance picked me up, and I spent the night in the hospital. After I moved out, I've been 95% symptom-free, which is much different from when I lived there, when I literally had incapacitating symptoms at least 5 times a day. The locks on the outside of the buildings were broken for the entire year that I lived there, which, by the way, is a violation of Colorado’s Landlord-Tenant Act. One day the railing randomly fell down onto the stairs that run from the parking lot to the front door, and that railing sat there on its side for 6 months. When I left, it was still there on its side. Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still lying there. The common areas are disgusting. The ceiling has entire sections that are rotten out and falling down. The hallways were half-painted the entire year that I lived there. Living here was the biggest mistake of my life. Not even kidding.
Make sure you are certain that you want to live here before you pay the initial deposit. If you are approved they will not refund if you change your mind and decide to live somewhere else.
I moved to the Cliffs in early 2018. When I moved in, I thought the apartment was adequate but nothing like the model I was shown. But what soon got my attention was the lack of fire safety features. No fire extinguisher, sprinkler system, smoke alarm or external exits. The hallways are all internal. I did find a single small extinguisher in the far stairwell but, from my experience as a volunteer fireman, I felt it was entirely inadequate. I investigated and found that the building was old and therefore was grandfathered in to old fire regulations. When I saw that a large amount of money was being spent to renovate the complex, I hoped some would be spent on improving fire safety. Afraid not. This complex, in my opinion, remains a fire trap. A four apartment fire last year underscored the problem. Nevertheless, I attempted to move past the fire issue and tried to see the bright side of things. Some motivated employees did a good job of selling the place to me. Of course, they were fired and recently replaced by California-based management. So much for the good times. When my lease was up and JRK enterprises raised my rent sky high, I gave notice and moved out the 1st of April. I worked hard to get the apartment clean and took three dozen pictures to verify that it was. When I turned my keys in I asked for a walk-through. I was denied a walk-through with the comment that someone would do it "in a few days," which meant I would not be around to participate. Having been told the apartment was going to be renovated and the carpet torn out and replaced by faux wood floors, I did not feel it was necessary to shampoo the otherwise clean carpet. Otherwise, the apartment was left even cleaner than I found it. When a statement arrived in the mail a week or so later, I found my $300. security deposit had been docked $80. for "apartment cleaning" and "carpet cleaning." That left $140. which did not arrive in the statement envelope. I have been ignored since I pointed this out to the California manager. By law, I am now (after 30 days) entitled to three times my deposit. That is $900. dollars. Further, since I am over 70, and the amount scamed is over $500., I believe a case can be made for financial abuse. So, that's my story. Bottom line, stay away from the Cliffs. You might come into so much frustration that you will want to jump off of one!
To summarize briefly, my roommate and I moved to the Cliffs @ 6th Avenue West in Golden, December 2018 and it has been a terrible living situation. Move In Day - Apartment is Unlivable *Heat was out and apartment locks didn't work. *Built without cable ports *Shelving fell off walls & hit me & my roommates girlfriend on top of the head *AC Unit installed incorrectly Month of March: Heat was out the Entire month *Note, during one of the first cold fronts, March 12th. Heat left unfixed, office proceeded to send an email to the community saying they were closing early because of the weather and to "Stay Warm!!" *Dog Bags - The dog poop stations continually go weeks on end without being refilled with bags and not being cleaned out. Unsanitary & Unhealthy. *Complex Is Always Unsecured. One of the main doors on the first floor of our complex doesn't even have a lock on it, so any body off the street can walk in at any time. ****I found a HOMELESS MAN sleeping on the second floor stairway as I was taking my dog to go outside about a month ago. I have notified The Cliffs numerous occasions and the building to this day is left unsecured. On to April - Plumbing failure in master bedroom. April 11th - Woke up to apartment being 59 degrees, when unit was set to 72 degrees. My dog was shaking she was so cold. My roommate was also not able to take a Hot shower this morning because our Hot Water was not working, again - Completely Unacceptable. *This is a common issue when dealing with the management team of The Cliffs. Lack of care, communication, urgency, and understanding for their tenants basic needs. The typical response is they will "send it up". To this day, I have yet to receive a callback from the Corporate JRK office. *Note: Since we moved here in December, we have had 5 Different Managers! The lack of consistency makes it even more difficult to deal with the management team. *April 30 - Current: We are AGAIN without heat and hot water! *If The Cliffs and JRK have the ability to build a $8 million dollar community room, why are basic needs such as heat, hot water, and security so difficult for them to take care of? Necessities such as heat, hot water, and a habitable place to call home are not what you will find at The Cliffs. If I could leave a 0 star review I absolutely would, but hopefully this will give our situation a voice so someone looking for a place to call home won't make the same mistake we did.
We’ve had a water leak for 3 days. The maintenance guys popped in for 5 minutes 2 days ago and haven’t been back! There’s a pool of cold water in the carpet in the hallway and no hot water. This place sucks!
Very bad at: fixing issues; bathroom ceiling caved in 6 months ago and is not fixed completely. Bathtub was painted and is peeling. Water damage exposed without paint. Put in 3 requests for fixing, porch is falling apart. Rent is increasing 400 a month for.... a new bowling alley??

I have lived at these apartment the last 8 months, so far so good, I was worried at first because of some of the reviews, as I kno many apt shoppers will be! This place has bin awsome, it is also in a great location! nice view of the mountains and parks. I always see the maintenance crew working on landscaping and etc. They are also building a bowling alley, arcade, new gym.......I know how tough apartment searching can be, this one is a winner.....and fyi alexas is awsome!
This place is a crap hole. Never had my bathtub resurfaced and with having a back surgery not being able to take a bath on top of my elevator only working two out of the seven months I've lived here on the fourth floor is unacceptable. They're swindlers.
Must consider aparments to live; very cozy, quite neighbourhood. I really like this place, because elementary school is located in few minutes away. As a family guy, I find this place, not only cozy and quite, it is really safe. Moreover, it has amazing pool, and in the close future there will be a reacreational center with bowling and several fitness rooms which is under construction right now.
I've been coming to the cliffs for 10 years representing Fedex Express and I believe this is most professional front office personal the apartments have had there. Even though I do not reside at the cliffs, I have the pleasure visiting the cliffs each day and doing business with the front office. Thanks for your hard work (Gus Rosales; Alexis Wristen; Angela Michael) Big J.
I’m looking to sue them for forging my e-signature and increasing my rent. And since the fire, there are asbestos danger signs posted in all the hallways, but the leasing manager told me there isn’t any asbestos. Intentionally deceitful at every angle.
I am a current resident at the Cliffs since January 2018. My experience has been nice, except one persistent issue. The neighborhood is good. The view of the foothills is amazing. There were some small maintenance issues, they were promptly fixed. I am at the top floor. The annoying part is that I am living with a leak on my roof for the past 2 months. Water leaks in my living room whenever it rains or snows (pictures attached). During this time I have visited the leasing office 5 times and also notified them via their online maintenance request system. Several times the maintenance people closed the request, without taking any action. They attempted a temporary fix once, which somewhat reduced the leak; then it's back to the same. I am having to live with 2 water buckets in the middle of my living room for the past 2 months (picture attached). I signed a 1 year lease, which was probably a dumb thing to do, and I regret my decision. I cannot really recommend this place.
Been a resident since December and this is the worst ever. Terrible service from the office, the corporate office does not care, the place is falling apart, there are water leaks everywhere, the office does not care, and you are left with a big mess that you have to keep begging to get fixed. Not worth the problems or the trouble to live here!
Save your money, and lease anywhere else. We have lived here for over 8 months now, and have had nothing but problems. They had a week to get the apartment ready and it wasn't even close to done on our move in day. We did not have a working bathroom OR kitchen sink for three weeks! One worker in the office promised we wouldn't have to pay rent until that was fixed, and a week later they told us he quit and was not authorized to do that. The leasing office employees are unresponsive and rude. They have lost packages, and close our maintenance requests before a maintenance worker ever looks at them. We had a massive roof leak that took them three weeks to repair, only for it to come back a month later. Our buildings fire alarm system was defective to the point that Jefferson County gave the office a violation due to numerous warnings to fix it. The firefighters also explained that the laundry room was not up to code and a fire hazard. There is now black mold on the first floor of our building and they are not going through proper channels to take care of it. The elevator goes out on a weekly basis. A big reason we liked this place was that they advertised an all season pool. The pool was nasty, and stopped working a couple months after we moved in. It has been empty ever since. We have tried to go to corporate countless times and they are just as unresponsive. We were very excited to move in here because the location is great and the buildings look nice on the outside. We were planning on living here for two years, but are now counting down the days until our lease is up.
I have lived here for 2 years. While I came in with low expectations due to reading other reviews, it has been far worse than imagined. I get an email at least once a week about the water being off in the building, I went many months without heat, one of the buildings can't get mail delivered to it, nothing gets fixed, laundry prices went up, rent keeps going up, and the staff is rude. They made exterior updates but the interior is falling apart. Potential to be amazing due to its location but not worth the headache with constant issues with the property and its staff. I have had 4 different friends that have lived in The Cliffs, we have all had similar experiences. Everyone was screwed over in one way or another. STAY AWAY.
The Cliffs has had some horrible management that made me want to leave, however in the recent months I have reconsidered and signed a renewal. The current team is really open to suggestions for improvement and seem to be doing everything they can to make The Cliffs a great place to live. I can't tell you how many maintenance issues I have had, HOWEVER, Abraham is the new maintenance supervisor and he is honest, polite, and gets things taken care of quickly. If I would have done this review 6 months ago, it would have been 1 star. I am very impressed with what the manager and team here has been able to turn around. I spoke with Alexis recently regarding my unhappiness and she listened and helped me get the outstanding issues I had taken care of. This place used to be awful, but I must say it is turning around.
If you want to live in a run down slum of an apartment with management and maintenance that doesn't care to fix anything even health concerns then my friend this is the apartment for you! The units are run down and over priced, I have opened multiple maintenance orders for the same three issues since I moved in 6 months ago. The maintenance department just keeps closing out work orders without ever actually coming into my apartment to fix them. I scheduled the repairs with the office manager and come time for my appointment no one comes. When I call the office to inquire they tell me that there is nothing scheduled in the system. I could go on but all I can say is stay away!!!
I am a current resident at the cliffs and this has been one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. I have never been more eager for my lease to be over at any other place than here. It all started when I moved in and I noticed everything was falling apart the closet doors keep falling off the rail, the garbage disposal did not work when I moved in, there were cigarette burns on the carpet, the paint on the walls looks like they were done by a drunk person who could not paint a straight line. I am on the fourth floor and since I moved in the elevator has not worked I have bad knees and I have to avoid getting milk or anything that I can not carry four stories up. I also have a newborn and a toddler so it is absolutely impossible to walk up with everything in hand. In the car I have to think of what I can afford to leave back and what I have to take. When I moved in the air conditioning did not work I called maintenance and they took a month to come out to look at it. Even when they came they did not fix the issue and postponed it until someone could come out to see it. I am an had technician and new what the problem was right away but thought that it was unnecessary for me to come home and fix the a.c. that was advertised when I moved in. Long story made longer I ended up fixing the a.c. because of the heat. DO NOT MOVE IN. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Also when the maintenance people came in to do some work they damaged a ps4 that I had purchased and I am still trying to have them cover the damages.
This is what I'll give to the Cliffs: 1/3 of a star for parking; 1/3 of a star for location; and 1/3 of a star for views. We moved to the Cliffs in March 2017. We noticed some leaks in the hallway which we brought up to the office staff and they said "we'll take care of it". It never got taken care of and next thing you know, we get that massive hail storm and it tears up the roof of the building. Over 300 holes and gallons of water pouring into the building. We were on the third floor and we had gallons of water coming in from all the light fixtures and the ceiling was sagging from the water damage. We were sleeping in the living room because it was the one place that the water wasn't dripping all over and we had all our furniture covered in plastic. The apartment above us had their ceiling fall down in the middle of the night and that was the scariest sound to wake up to. Yet, they kept us in that building without options to relocate us or break the lease for over 20 days. Visible black mold started to grow. The office communicated NOTHING about repairs and next steps. The office management is terrible. You email them, they don't respond. You call them and the front desk person says they'll have someone call you back, no call backs. Not until there was an electrical fire in the building and then they decided it's time to evacuate us and give us the option to move to another unit or break the lease. So when they decided that they were closing the building, they said "you have 2 days to evacuate the building" this included moving all our stuff and this was in the middle of the week when people are working. So my neighbors and I spent Thursday and Friday moving our stuff down the stairs because they shut the elevator down because the water saturated the electrical lines may cause another electrical fire. Luckily, the unit we were moving into was available, so we just moved our stuff from one apartment to the other. We had another hailstorm the other day and GUESS WHAT our ceilings are leaking again. Not as bad but there is still water pooling in light fixtures. I called the office and they said that they'll remind the maintenance guys. Still no one has come by. The longer they wait, the more mold will grow within the walls. Don't even get me started on the mold. The walls smell like mold. So if you have asthma like myself, you'll be miserable. Also, adding that it takes over a month for them to address maintenance issues.
Would rate negative stars if possible. This is the first review I have ever written online but I feel my experience is worth sharing to save others'. I ended up terminating my lease the day before move-in. The move-in was pushed back once due to maintenance. Upon calling to confirm the new move-in earlier in the week, I was told the unit would not be ready for move-in until a week after and not fully done until a month later. The substitute apartment shown was not done yet at 4PM the day before I would move-in. Additionally, leasing and welcome letter details were wrong repeatedly and required multiple iterations to get basics like my name spelling and dollar amounts correct.
I recently moved from the Cliffs, but had lived there for two years. If you enjoy hiking, this is a wonderful location as it sits right on Green Mountain. The nearest trail head is about a quarter of a mile away and is the perfect quick getaway. I sincerely enjoyed my time at the Cliffs. Yes, the buildings are a little old, but the exteriors were recently remodeled and the interiors were updated with new appliances and countertops. Personally, I hardly ran into any maintenance issues, but when I did, my requests were met within a few hours. All of the staff members were very friendly with me and it seemed like they genuinely cared about me-I felt very well taken care of. The key to a great relationship with the staff, in my experience, is just following the golden rule: treating them how you would like to be treated. I promise that it will take you VERY far with them. Kill 'em with kindness. I unfortunately had to move due to a setback, but I can see myself moving back there in the future.
I've lived in 6 locations across Golden now, and this was the worst. Management will say anything to get you in, and then you're a second class citizen. Don't be fooled by the shiny new exteriors, the insides are still constructed from shabby, crumbling 1970's cinder blocks. The air conditioning barely works, the balconies are not private whatsoever, and several toddlers enjoy having a good scream in the courtyard 5 mornings a week. It may sound like I'm particularly disgruntled and biased because I was wronged in some way by these apartments, but that is not the case. They are just overall terrible. I'm honestly telling you now, you will be much better off if you just continue your search.
I have been living here since last May and will definitely be renewing. I have 2 big dogs and love the view i have from my balcony. Pros: My dogs love it here, there is a ton of parking, and my neighbors and Staff are very nice. Cons: its a little windy and the buildings are a little older. However, wind is just mother nature, so that's outside of anyone's control. And the good part about the building being older is that they don't have paper thin walls! My neighbor apologized once for her dog barking when she is not home, but I have never even heard a peep :) They are going to be refacing the building this spring, and i am excited to see the sleek new buildings when its all said and done. After speaking with my husband, we have decided to stay here until we have enough saved to buy a house. I know a lot of people thinking about moving are using this, and let me tell you that if you are trying to stay in Golden, you will find no better. They have views that can take your breath away. The market is skyrocketing these days and when we were looking we had a budget set and wouldn't go about that, but after looking, it is extremely hard to find anything that would fit in that budget. So we sat down and looked at what really mattered to us. With the way the world is nowadays we needed somewhere safe, that our dogs would e welcome, our neighbors to be respectful, and a staff that is willing to go above and beyond to help you feel at home. We were VERY nervous to come here because of some of the reviews, but I must say most of those people must have a chip on their shoulder. We have had times when the boiler went out, so no heat, and hot water, but if treat the people who work there like they are actual human beings, you won't have to worry, because they are amazing and I have had the maintenance guys come to my apartment at 1AM on a Saturday night (when they aren't on the clock) and help us get our water back on. They are amazing people who will go above and beyond, and I personally have never had a bad experience with them. And i have personally witnessed them being personally attacked over some extremely small things, such as a blind not opening properly, which in my experience is just operator error. It's important for someone to find value in their home, and feel comfortable living there. After reading some of these reviews, I felt it necessary to give you a true review from someone who plans to stay here for years to come.
Pros: Absolutely beautiful views looking west over the foothills or east out towards Lakewood/Denver. Right on Green Mountain, quiet neighborhood. Close to the foothills, but still close enough to downtown to commute. Cons: The buildings are old and the rooms are overdue for renovation, but you're paying for the location and the view. A bit pricey for the condition of the buildings and units. Overall, would definitely stay for the location but the rent increase this year places it just about out of my budget as a single guy. If you move in, get something on the top floor and do it for the view.
The apartments themselves have been around for a while, and they're on the tail end of renovation, so that's a nice thing. We moved in and our apartment had a few kinks in it, but after reporting them to management they had maintainence up right away to fix all of our problems. The parking is adequate. There's lots of room out front, but the parking by the buildings isn't that spacious. Not a big deal though. My only complaint is that the water temperature fluctuates randomly from warm to scalding hot.
We moved in a few months ago and so far I've really enjoyed my place. My building is quiet and they have been upgrading some things like the hallway carpets and painting. The staff has always been great and friendly. I've never had a problem with parking. My neighbors are all friendly. My old place, no one would even smile when you passed. People here will hold the door for you and say hi. My only problem is the scary elevator. It's old and sometimes has it's days, but other than that I'm glad I moved here.
The best possible location for mountain runners, mountain bikers, and a nice neighborhood. Green Mountain is stunning for morning hikes, runs and the like. However, management and/or maintenance crews are incredibly slow with taking care of work orders. I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed since moving in over a month ago. The grill area is very nice although only one and in general, the grounds are well taken care of.
