Property Ratings at The Summit
A very good place, comfortable apartments, responsive and kind administration. I would recommend this place to stay.
I just moved in last month and I love it here. The staff is amazing and they are very quick to respond to emergency maintenance requests. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love my apartment with the granite countertops. The kitchen faucet is amazing! And the HUGE closets!

I have lived here for 3 years and haven't had any issues since the last review. Stacy the property manager has been very helpful and communicative with the property text messages and the community is quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking to move here.

We are so grateful for your kind words. Thank you for sharing your review with us and the community. We have enjoyed having you here as a resident. It's a wonderful feeling knowing that we have long term tenants that feel comfortable at our community in which they call home.
The community was very clean and neat. The office staff was absolutely helpful in me price shopping around.I would definitely recommend this place it’s very peaceful and feels like home. I can not express enough on this location it’s convenient for anyones needs.
Moved in and couldn’t use kitchen cabinets fully because they were warped for over a month before replaced. Never had leaking faucets fixed. Front door leaked when rains and was told I could come get a fan to dry carpet, although they tried to fix problem, but didn’t work. Toilet that fills very slowly wasn’t ever fixed. Why? “Sorry, we haven’t been able to hire a maintenance man.” Mgr. “Anything we can do to keep you as a resident?” Sure, not raise my rent, or give me a little shorter lease at new rate because I want to buy a house soon. “ Sorry, can’t do that, corporate sets rates, I have no control. I was thinking clean your carpets or new blinds”. Uhm… no thanks! How about not raising rent when you can’t fix things? Just saying!

I've lived here for about a year and am upgrading to a bigger apartment soon to accommodate our growing family. I've never met a more friendly and understanding group of staff than here. They've been amazing and have gone above and beyond for us! Some residents have a problem with trash but the staff works hard to keep it clean. Overall this is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone!
It could use some updating and modernizing. I think we pay for the area not the amenities. The office staff is very nice but the complex itself could use some brushing up. the paint is typical, cabinets, bathroom amenities and wooden floors. the appliances in the kitchen are okay.
Our 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for our growing little family! My husband and I just recently welcomed our baby girl into the world, so the smallest out of the three rooms provides for a cozy, comfortable nursery with just enough closet space to accommodate her ever growing wardrobe. As she gets older and as we expand our family, our second bedroom will make an excellent toddler room, with ample space for mats and toys! Right now, it is perfect for family members and guests who come to visit. Our master bedroom is a good size for just the two of us and our walk-in closet has always been a dream of mine! We get the luxury of our own private full bathroom, but out guests visiting and staying also get that bonus with a full bathroom right down the hall. Our living and dining area can get a tad cramped at times, but for the three of us now it is just right! The kitchen is so small, but hey! Less to clean! I still have plenty of room! Closet storage space is something we have extra of and love! Our apartment suits us so well right now, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
I have mixed feelings about Summit Groves. The apartments are very new, but cheaply made. Everything from the blinds to the carpet to the paint on the wall fell apart, BUT they do come to fix it right away. The apartment staff is so clueless and they all lack common sense so keep track of everything. Once I got a call that my rent was being paid by a church, but I paid it weeks before... Turns out they called the wrong person. Another time they tried to charge me a late fee but I was able to prove that check cleared before the grace period was up. The apartment itself wasn't bad. Very quiet neighborhood, especially with a school being so close. Prices were a little extreme - I pay $804 for about 800 sq ft and one bathroom. Not to mention the $25 pet rent. Just glad to be out at the end of this month!
