The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear the conversations of individuals next door. The carpet and flooring were old when we moved in. We are being overcharged for a spot on the floor and damage to a floor that was already damaged.

This apartment complex is placed between 2 bad neighborhoods. I just had two cars stolen! Their gate stays open and the cameras watching cars go in and out, are broken. The property manager is worthless. When I asked to be let out of my lease because we don't feel safe and the security that they advertise doesn't work, she told me I'd have to pay for 2 months rent to be let out! I stayed in spring lake for 10 years and had no problems. 3 months here, 2 cars stolen. Awful place to live.

This is not a gated community. The gate is always broken so it is left open just to be fixed then be back broke and open again and then if you ride to the back of the apartment complex the only thing that is separating it from the crime ridden neighborhood next door is a gate that can be climbed over. I don't feel safe here especially when cars are being broken into. The bugs are terrible especially the spiders that are everywhere. You cant avoid walking into spider webs at all. The buildings stairs and walkways in the building are filthy. Thanks to trash valet people leave trash and trash cans outside 24/7. One neighbor even has maggots living in their trash can. Called the office to report and nothing happened. I never personally had any problems with staff or maintenance but these other issues make me want to move.

I been living at Ardmore Pointe for 10 months and I hate it. The office staff and maintenance are pleasant my issues are not with them. I have never had an issue with them at all. My problem is the complex in general. The bugs are bad. Seeing that my aparment is located near water and trees walking up the stairs every night I constantly run into spider webs. Spiders are every where. Also recently the gate has been kept open. My guess is because someone is always breaking the exit gate. I moved here specifically because it was gated due to me coming home at 3 am from work. Well someone has been going around stealing things out of unlocked cars now. I cant fault them for someone always breaking the gate but i feel im not safe here now. As soon as my lease is up I will be looking elsewhere.

We're sorry to hear about your issues, and we'd love to take the chance to address them. For pests, we are deep cleaning the breezeways and around the buildings to try and help. We also have free pest control service if you ever feel like you are in need of additional attention, to utilize just reach out to the office and explain the problem areas and we will be happy to add you on our list. Unfortunately as you've said, the gate has been propped open. We have had a new vendor come out to inspect how to solve this going forward but it does become an issue when people run into the gate of that we cannot control. Though with the new vendor our hopes are that this time of the gates being down will not last long and to that we hope you'd reconsider staying with us once installed. We don't like negative reviews but it does allow us to find areas to improve on and we hope that once everything is addressed and fixed that you'll at least leaving us an updated review.
I recently moved here, I have not had any issues. My move in was easy and quick. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I've lived in many apartments in the area and this place is great for the price and location!

I will like to say to all that inquire. I have made my abode in this complex for the last five years and have no regrets to call it Home. After living in Germany the most Highest standard of living place you can live after going through 3 management changes. I have not found One like Marie that take any issue that I have big or small and handle it like it was Hers!!!! If you want access to the Greats that Fayetteville has to offer you can not find a better location as for jobs, schools, new shopping and smooth driving!!!!!

Apartment looked nice at first. Gym was broken entire time we lived there. Maintenance never comes to fix things in the apartments. definitely not dog friendly- charged me to replace my carpet upon move out even though our dog stayed in a kennel when we weren't home. Lived in many communities in Fayetteville, and find this one extremely unprofesional.

Ardmore Pointe IS NOT military or dog friendly. First of all, half of the amenities were never working from the time we moved in. It took them MONTHS to fix ALL the equipment in the gym. But most importantly, Ardmore Pointe WILL GIVE YOU OUTRAGEOUS move out charges if you live here. We left our apartment in amazing condition (we replaced all our blinds, had the apartment professionally cleaned, and made sure all equipment was in working condition--- we were warned they would try to charge us). They NEVER sent us a bill and instead sent us straight to collections hitting both my credit score and my husband's credit score. We were smart and took pictures of the condition before moving out and kept all of our paperwork. We will be filing a claim against Ardmore for discrimination against military/pet-owners as well as fraudulent charges. STEAR CLEAR if you respect your money and your credit score. This is a shady company that will not maintain the apartments even when you put in multiple requests, and will then try to CHARGE YOU. When asked why we were charged for a carpet replacement they had no invoice no proof that we actually needed one and instead simply said "well we knew you had a puppy." Our dog was potty trained and never had an accident on the carpet because we kept him on the hard wood floors. They essentially tried to get away with charging us for the carpets because they knew we had a dog. TRUST ME, NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

I have found a wonderful place at last. Quiet, clean, the office workers & maintenance all deal with issues in a timely manner. Although I've had no issues, friends also agree with me. I just renewed my lease for another year. We have a great pool here & I swim every morning. We also have a gym & a place to wash your car. There is a dog park & a park for kids, great! It's peaceful, no dogs barking,no banging on doors. Everyone I've encountered is friendly, from the office to the other residents. I hope to stay here indefinetly. Stores are so close, I especially love the Walmart grocery store, wen I can't sleep, that's where I go. I'd like to thank Amanda, Trish, & Amber,they have made me feel welcome. To Anthony & his assistant; you know how to keep a pool clean! Bravo ardemorep pointe!

I must say with all the buzz feed going on around the apartment complex about the office, is not true. The people that are complaining are the ones that cause a problem. They don't want to follow the rules and they don't want to respect the ladies in the office. If you don't want to follow the rules buy a house. The ladies in the office are very kind and very nice. I have been in there to witness the things that people do and the yelling that goes on from other residents. The ladies in the office do a wonderful job of keeping their cool and making sure that nothing ever Gets out of hand. Amazing staff. Admore pointe resident.

After living at three other places in the Fayetteville area, we found Ardmore Pointe and took a tour. We've lived here for about 4 months now and it's been great. We've met lot of neighbors and made some new friends and just really enjoy living here. The facilities are nice, everything is well maintained and the apartments themselves are very nice and have a lot of usable space. Parking can be tight on weekends but there's still spaces for us, just not right in from of our building. The pool is nice and well maintained. They do a good job of making sure it's used well. The fitness center is an added bonus. Overall, this is a great place to live. JM

Moved in in 2015 and after Ardmore point inc took over everything went down hill. The workers never came to fix issues in the apartment. I had multiple issues with the apartment above us being super loud and getting drunk and puking all over our balcony. People speed through the complex and don't watch for children playing, cars backing up or adults walking. Defiantly make sure you check your carpet has padding underneath. When we moved in ours did not and the carpet spikes were coming up and we would step on the nails. The windows and patio doors did not seal and would allow the breeze to blow in. It was an OK place for a start.

The staff is amazing, Trishia, Amber and Rachel are very kind of move swiftly when something needs to be done. They take the time to listen and do and definitely meet your needs. By far the best staff out of the apartment complex's in fayetteville. I got a chance to meet the maintenance, and go on a tour of everything. Nothing I didn't like.

The mall is around the corner, Base is 10 minutes away with the main roads to it 5 minutes away. This place is super clean. There's a playground for kids, gym, laundry room, computer access for everyone else. Its a good mix in ages and people as far as tenants go. Its ACTUALLY gated, not just some fence. The pool is clean. The apartments are great. The 3 bedrooms the best, and its the biggest in the are for the best $$. And there's guys who get your trash for you! The staff is great. The front desk girl is mostly helpful. There's 2 Property Managers. Amanda and Trisha. I haven't spoken to Amanda much, but Trisha is definitely the best I've had the pleasure of renting from. Overall this place is dope!

Perfect location to the grocery stores, schools and not far from the Mall and most important not far from our Military base where the majority of the residence work. The new apartment Manager is wonderful and very friendly. The complex is area is kept very well maintained. The pool area is kept clean. There is plenty of lighting so if you want to go walking early and it is still dark you feel safe enough to do it alone if you are a female.

I am a resident at Raeford Crossing.I have to say it was my first pick.I remember driving up and seeing these beautiful Apartments behind a security fence.I felt safe and secure right away.After seeing the showcase Apartment I was hooked.It was spacious and had all of the right appliances.In a 2 bedroom all rooms had enough space to fit full size beds and othere furniture,fresh paint and carpet.I remember thinking where do me and my family sign.I was sold at the first walk through.It was not enough when we agreed to the year lease we almost felt as if we will were taking advantage of the staff because the payment was so reasonable and did not match all you were getting.Wait I have not even mention the amenities they chose to spoil us with and keep us renters of them for life.Big beautiful swimming pool with palm trees surrounding it to as well as seats for all and unbrellas and tables.We were pleased at that until seeing there fully equip gym that's air conditioned and up to date with work out equipment and a really clean work it room.Not to stop there they spared no expenses at provid us with a car wash and a free vacuum self service.This Apartment definitely has won my heart and I will always tell others about it.Radford Crossing is Home to us make it home to you and your family.

I have been living here since October of 2014 and it has been a Beautiful experience.The best that I have ever experienced in a Apartment complex.The staff is nice and professional and seem to look after us.The amenities are real nice.Swimming pool and laundry area,car wash with vacumm.Trash service and so forth.I could not ask for a better place to live.Free rent here for one year will truly be a blessing.
