Property Ratings at The Superior 40
My husband and I have been tenants for several years, and I would say this is an excellent place to live! The staff is super attentive and they are there for you any time of day or night! The premises are kept clean every day by the friendly maintenance team, and they also clean inside the hallways/entrance way. I love the convenience of having nearby stores and restaurants all within walking distance! I feel safe here, and love the neighborhood. I have loved my time here and would recommend!
The property is safe, clean , very spacious and affordable. Also pet friendly. I have lived here for three years and I do not plan to move anytime soon.
I’ve been staying at the apartment for the last year and the amount of increased attention to maintenance and cleaning has greatly improved. They have 7 days a week, someone who answers the phone and also have an emergency line. It’s a decent place.
