I LOVE the staff at the Sycamores Apartments. Always helpful and positive. I've never encountered a manager like Trina, smart, peaceful, personable and a great asset to have at the helm here. If you decide to live at the sycamores you will be so happy with these people they make you feel welcome and do all they can to assist you if there are ever any problems. Also the new pool deck is Super pretty. So are the Trees here especially the Redwoods !! And BTW this is a VERY convenient location , everything you need is nearby. Or at least it has been for me !!

Extremely noisy neighbors. Have to call police often. Management does nothing to correct the situation. And the 30 day guarantee is a joke. Look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this place.

If you love pups and friendly people, you should live here! The staff is so friendly, Trina is the most friendly, helpful & always reply’s to my emails within the day I sent them! The sycamores is quite, dog & kid friendly and they have a gym, a pool, a hot tub & washer and dryers on site. Thanks for always being so nice to our family, we will continue to live here until we outgrow this apartment!

Really good apartment to start in. On thing that i didn't like was that the apartment i lived in didn't have a washer/dryer unit in the apartment. Other that its pretty awesome.

I recently moved in to the Sycamores, and I feel I made a great choice! The unit is clean, cozy, and the perfect size! Also, the community amenities such as the pool, spa, and laundry room are clean. The ladies who work in the office are always bright, cheery, and ready to assist! One of my favorite perks at the Sycamore Apartments is the fact that it is gated, which sets it apart from many other apartment communities in the area.

Very nice and friendly people and staff! My family and I feel very safe here.

It's just ok very expensive. Pet friendly I guess better then being homeless.

Outstanding all aspects but one area is missing that being a common place activity room with kitchen and big screen TV and a pool table etc. having this would make everything complete.

This place is great and easy place to live in. It's the perfect size apartment with plenty of things to do so close around.

I am a young airman living with my husband in the Sycamore apartments. We absolutely love it here! The staff is very helpful and flexible. When I got my orders that I was moving to Travis AFB, CA. I immediately started looking for an apartment. I emailed probably 10-15 different places, and the only place I heard back from within a couple days was the Sycamore Apartments. We couldn't view the apartment before hand since I was stationed somewhere else at the time, so instead they sent us several accurate pictures of all of their lovely options that we could pick from. We desired just the single bed room since we aren't having kids anytime soon, but the two bedrooms are honestly just as nice. Our apartment has brand new carpet, fresh paint, and it's plenty spacious for the both of us. We plan on staying here for the rest of my enlistment. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anybody, but I think it's perfect for military members. The price is so adorable and the fact that it's a gated community, which most places aren't, really makes us feel safe all the time. It seems like we don't have any neighbors because they are so quiet, or the walls are very thick. Trust me and pick the Sycamore apartments and you won't be disappointed. Military standards are high standards and I am more than impressed with our living quarters! Thanks you.

I have lived in these apartments for about 18 years. The space works really well for a single person. It is located in a great neighborhood and is within walking distance to supermarkets, schools, banks and a few fast food restaurants. it is also close to Travis AFB. It's a great place to live.

I have been living at the sycamores apt for over 15 yrs love the staff always friendly and always on top of things . Maintance always there very quick to fix things and done right . Grounds are always kept nice and well maintained. I feel very safe with having the night service manager on the property in the office and he is always nice and on top of things . I feel this is home my children have grown up here learned how to swim in the pool here love this place !!!!!!

This community is amazing. The staff really take care of you and are super sweet.

This is our first apartment and they have made it an easy experience here. They have friendly staff and a way to contact them most of the day is really helpful, there are 2 nice pools and a small little gym, playground for children, and many other things. The biggest thing for me is that it is a gated apartment so I feel safer here too. Oh and they left us a birthday card.

Our apartment is located in a great place. We have access to all our needs within minutes.

This year we will be celebrating our 20 year anniversary with Lewis and the Sycamore Apartments. The property is beautiful, wonderfully maintained, and clearly a cut above any other community in our area. But, what truly sets the Sycamores apart is management. Over the past 20 years we have seen plenty of fresh faces in the rental office and on the maintenance team, and every single one of them have exhibited the friendly and professional demeanor that has made our lives here truly wonderful. Heater needs fixing at midnight in January? Check! Need the office to sign for a package? Check! Property manager handing out free breakfast before work? Check! There has been one problem with Lewis and the Sycamores however...WE NEVER WANT TO LEAVE! Scott and Krystal, Vacaville CA

We've lived in this complex for over 5 years now and haven't had a lot of issues, although some of our close neighbors have been a problem over the years (loud, disruptive, inconsiderate of other residents, and dirty). But, the place is decent and the rent is affordable. The maintenance staff are responsive. It is gated community and has good, clean recreation areas (pools, playground, and work out room). It is located in a nice neighbourhood close to shopping and public transportation. We have 2 full bathrooms and a washer dryer combo in the unit, which is very convenient.

Everyone that works here are very friendly and courteous. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. A very nice place to live.

I feel we're paying too much for a 1 bedroom but the people there are super friendly and when you need someone to come fix something they send someone very quickly.

Also there is problem with parking. Im on the other side of where the managment office is and i have 2 cars. Parking is a pain becuase one of us has to save a spot for the other just so we both can park by our apartment and dont have to walk far. And they dont check on people who have been there for more then 3 days without passes. Our free slots are constantly being taking up by people visiting for a couple days and we arent paying that much to have to park far away from our apartment or outside the gate.

My fiancé and I were new to the area and clueless on where to live. We saw The Sycamores Apartments online, made an appointment and were signing our lease within the week. The women in the office made us feel welcome, explained everything to us with ease, and guaranteed our safety and comfort in choosing a Lewis Operated apartment to make our home. They even helped make the process of bringing our rescue puppy home easy and worry free!

This is the second time I have lived at the Sycamore Apartments. The location is convenient for my daily activities. The staff is super friendly and professional and they know their residents. I feel safe and enjoy living here. The cost of rent is a little pricy but other than that, living at the Sycamores has been a delightful experience.

The Sycamores are a very nice, quiet, gated community. Offers many amenities for those looking to stay long or short and the apartment layouts provide a lot of flexibility to customize your living space. The staff are always friendly and there to lend a hand whenever necessary. If your looking to get something safe and quiet, but also seemingly tucked away in the urban landscape then the Sycamores is an excellent first choice.

Ive now been here for 4 years and have never felt the need to leave nor look elsewhere. The staff is nice for the most part, very helpful and always excited to see you and they remember your name. I haven't needed much maintenance but when i have they had it handled in under 48 hours. Never anything that would affect the daily life. For the area the price is competitive with others around but I feel where this complex excels is the interiors. Its an older built apartment but the interiors are fairly upgraded. Most you find a good price but the interiors are still original, this is not the case here. While the counters aren't granite they're not bright orange from the 70s either. The neighbors are quiet for the most part, any problematic neighbors had been handled very quickly. I enjoy living here and would recommend this complex to anyone. The only "con" i can say to this place is the very limited parking. It can be a problem on the weekends and after 7pm in to the night to find a parking spot that isnt miles away.

This is a perfect little island of comfort, well maintained facilities and friendly staff among a city with far to many less than attractive places. All the common areas are clean and well taken care of, exuding an inviting atmosphere. The grounds show a dedication to neatness and perfection. The staff are always willing to help when needed and treat you with respect and professionalism that is often lacking at other places. Security of the complex is comforting in this day and age. They always promote a cense of family and a caring nature for the resident. Anyone wanting to move here would not be disappointed with having their own oasis in a sea of too many other complexes to choose from.

First things first Location: This Apartment is located by grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and very close to the freeway entrance. Staff: The staff is very nice! The office ladies make sure you are taken care of and accommodated. The maintenance guys are pleasant and are sent out usually same day is the work order is put in early and if not, the next day. Outside environment: Outside contractors come to clean out leaves and such, so the place doesn't look shabby. The things that I hate though are the SPIDERS. There is a bit of a spider problem here. They are mostly small house spiders, but I have seen some big vicious ones too! I'll take harmless spiders over roaches though. Apartment: This is what I would call a mid-level in quality apartment. It isn't a cheap terrible place, but it isn't luxury. The oven drives me insane. When I first moved in it wouldn't maintain the proper temperature. Also the fridge leaked, but the office eventually replaced it for us. We have a long mirrored closet, which is a plus. Misc: Most of our current neighbors are quiet and haven't really had any problems. There are two pools here and mini gym. I haven't been to either so I can't really rate them. The laundry facilities are adequate. This is a pleasant place to live especially if you can't afford the high end luxury apartments.

I've lived in apartments all my life and I've always had bad luck. Thankfully The Sycamores were able to undo that streak and I have been lucky to find such a quiet spot in the world. My little apartment is just what I need with the amenities this single girl could ask for. I wouldn't change much about my studio, it's close to perfect the way it is.

Moved in in March. No problems so far. Quick maintenance responses and reasonable rent. Only downside is the spider population. We have them spray outside and inside our apartment (free of charge) but we still get many eight legged visitors. The staff is awesome and very kind.

I moved here from the other side of the country and have thouroughly enjoyed my new community. It is more than just an apartment...it is a home. The office and maintenance staff is ALWAYS very friendly and out-and-about on site. The property is well maintained and beautiful all year round. I love having access to two pools, two hot tubs, a playground for the little ones, and the 24 hour fitness center. The entire apartment community is quiet, yet friendly. The apartment complex is set within a quite neighborhood. And within walking distance from shopping, a variety of restaurants, hair and nail salons, medical facilities, and much more! I have everything I need within two blocks of my comfortable, new home.

My wife and I love this place. Although the 1 bedroom is very small we are comfortable. No problems with the staff and ground are kept clean with exception to the dumpster which has just recently become an issue (new tenants) the dumpster is being filled with furnature and is over flowing by midweek and we cannot take out our trash without adding to the mess. I called management and they ensured me they will take care of it.

Honestly I love the Sycamores. The staff is nice and able to work with you, the pools are nice, and the living areas are excellent. The only problem with them is with the location and cost of living the rent could be a bit on the steep side of things. It works well for me though because of its distance to the Air Force Base and its in the middle of San Fransisco and Sacramento.

Great little community with a jungle gym, swimming pool, gym, and spa. Landscaping is occurring almost constantly, but with the drought, that might change. Typically, the apartments are quiet. There's a small shopping center within walking distance, and another one down the road in the opposite direction [maybe a 3 minute drive]. The swimming pool area has tables and chairs under some shade, which is nice. There is plenty of grassy areas for your dog to play in and do its "business", and complimentary plastic bags are provided to clean up after your pet. There are only a couple of downsides. There are plenty of spiders everywhere. In your porch, around your parking spot, on your car..etc. BUT the apartment can provide complimentary pest control if you ask for it. Another thing is there are many stray cats that freely roam the community.

I'm pretty sure this complex is ran by ninjas. It's always so quiet. Whenever something is broken, it's fixed almost immediately without ever seeing anyone. And there's no crime (probably because no one wants to mess with a ninja). So needless to say, it's safe and nice.

I love my apartment! Is spacious, cozy and I am close to everything! We love how close the school is and the grocery store are walking distance. And various drive thru fast food places. Everything seems great! Except.. The spiders! Dear Lord! Good thing is they love living in the bushes, so as long as I don't want to go hang out on the bushes. It's all good! :)

I've lived here for about a month, and this is the best move in process I've ever had. The staff is the nicest I've encountered in my adult life. The office is friendly, quick to act, and professional. The apartments are laid out in a way that makes sense. If you are lucky enough to get a downstairs unit, they have large patio spaces, and are insanely quiet. It's a little piece of the woods (right in the middle of town) with all the trees and clean, well kept landscaping. The pools are kept clean, and the other tenants all seem just as happy as the office staff. I know several families who've lived here and all of them have said the same nice things about this place. The location is great, and you have two grocery stores within a block or less. They are priced very competitively, and for what you get, could be priced higher. I was honestly shocked to know that they were cheaper than the neighboring complex, which didn't offer some of the more important amenities we wanted (like a washer/dryer inside, and a large patio space). If you are considering a move, this should be on the top of your list. Just don't ask for my unit. I plan to live there a very long time.

The Sycammores in Vacaville CA is my home for 2 years plus now with my little daughter and reason why we cherish the apartment was that they have a very good family team of workers that are really awesome and family oriented. I like this complex mostly because of the security system that they have and the facts that it's only 3 mins away from my job. I will recommend the sycamores to any one that I know needed a place to be call HOMe????
