The Sylvan

I just moved here not to long ago and it’s perfect size. The pool in the summer is great and the area for packaged. I love it here and especially the dog park.

Everyone has been wonderful! We've met great neighbors. And the team here at Sylvan has been wonderful! Marcia DEB And Teddy been very helpful. I'm thankful for all they have done.

The Sylvan overall is really great, but the rent is insane. The staff are awesome, especially the maintenance staff. Always prompt and really nice. The buildings are clean with some minor complaints about trash sometimes being left in the stairwells but nothing major. It’s a quiet property overall, walls bleed slightly especially with higher-pitched noises. The door to the hall is the worst, you can hear every word said by people walking by. Parking is adequate, the grounds are clean (of course there’s always issues with people not picking up after their dogs but Sylvan does try to stay on top of it). Trash is good but they need to get a bigger recycling bin, it always fills up fast. Overall a great place to live, but the rent is far too high!

Have been leaving here for a couple years now and have no complaints! Friendly community that offers events to engage the residents and the staff is always quick to respond

We love our neighbors and friendly, caring staff. We enjoy the various activities and programs that have been offered by the office staff. The pool has been great this summer.

Just moved here and love the place! The neighbors are great and it’s not noisy at all. The dog park is the best and the dog owners are too. Have not been to the pool yet but it looks very nice.

New here and thus far all interactions have been positive. The residents are friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Too many pitbulls, trash and drugs on premises. The bus stop area is a hangout for the migrants and drug smokers. Truly has gone down hill with landscaping, trees all overgrown, etc.

This is my second year here and I still love it. It’s a nice quiet community and everyone is friendly although you don’t see your neighbors too much. Also the pool is never crowded and always clean.

We moved from IL to MA and it has been very easy to deal with Sylvan. Communication was quick and efficient. Move in day went smoothly! Everyone was easy to work with!

Deb in the office is amazing. Made me feel right at home from the minute I stepped in the door. Complex seems quiet, residents are friendly.

I truly love linving here! Marsha and staff are the best. Its fun and I love the friends Ive made here such a great place. Its beautifully maintained and ammenities are beautiful!

I love it here, the playground and the pool are great for my children to keep busy during the summer. Also the get togethers for tenants and the movie theater. Oh and I can’t forget the gym looks amazing hopefully one day I actually go inside and use the equipment .

Been a resident since The Sylvan opened. Great staff, maintenance and apartments. Nice landscaping and grounds. Residents are friendly and get to meet new ones at events.

I love The Sylvan at Foxborough! I need the elevator due to medical conditions. Also the pool outside has helped me tremendously gain strength in my legs and feet. The pool also is where I have met several great people. I am friends with them all!!! The people in this community are very friendly, caring, and helpful. The maintenance dept. is great, friendly, and very helpful. The management is always there to talk to and very helpful!!!!

Moving in was super easy and everyone you run into is very nice. The walls are thick so you cant hear your neighbors. It's very early on but I am impressed. Ceilings are very high as well.

We have had a great experience since moving into the Sylvan. It is a clean, safe community with a lot of space. Staff has been very helpful and amenities are great.

Unrelenting unusual noises from above. Smell of pot in hallways Not enough handicap parking spots (ONLY ONE) Mail room for living up packaged a complete nightmare Trash area often overflowing and disgusting Maintenance always very responsive

Great apartments and facilities. They are very prompt to address issues and take care of the common facilities. Great staff as well. I do recommend this place to my friends.

On my 6th lease. Need I say more? All the benefits one would want without the hassle of home ownership. Staying at the Sylvan gives you a sense of community. Great staff and maintenance team.

I'm still enjoying living here after more than five years. The apartments are well-appointed and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable living environment.

Just moved in, neighbors inside the building are very nice and welcoming. My building is quite which is nice. The property is nice and well kept, will update as my stay progresses.

I’ve been here a couple months and it’s been great so far. The tenants are friendly and the place is well kept. I haven’t had any issues since I’ve been here. My family loves it here.

Love life at the Sylvan with the courteous staff and pleasant atmosphere and access to the Foxborough community. My apartment absolutely makes me feel at home.

I think I would be considered an older stateswoman here. Moved in when they opened 6 years ago and still think it was a great move. The apartments are great, the grounds lovely, the office personnel accommodating and maintenance very responsive. Made some great friendships here and hope to continue making new acquaintances.

I still love my apartment after living here for more than five years. My home is my haven. I'm very comfortable here and enjoy all the modern appliances.

Beautiful landscape,pool has been so clean. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Nick and Alex are very prompt and helpful with work orders

I’m so happy here!! Everything is amazing, couldn't ask for anything else truly. It’s been almost a month since my move in. Staff and amenities are top tier!

We are so happy living in the Sylvan. Many friendly neighbors and numerous activities to participate in. We are so happy that the pool is opening this weekend and that the heat is working again in the pool. The grounds are looking lovely with beautiful flowers and mulch. We especially love the dog park where Milo can play with his many dog friends.

Very nice. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is extremely fast and good at their work. Entire complex is very quiet and polite. Really an exceptional place to live.

It has now been five years living here and I just love it! I truly do not see myself being anywhere else as I have everything here that I need. The office staff is fabulous and will help in any way possible! Same with the maintenance staff- just the best!! The facility is like home to me. I love my friends and wouldn’t trade them for anything which is what makes my community so awesome! To Foxborough Sylvan, keep up the great work!??

I still love my apartment after all these years. I normally don't stay in one place very long and am considered quite a gypsy, but I'm very comfortable here and have decided to stay put.

My experience has been great. The community is clean and beautiful. I am looking forward to the warmer months to utilize my balcony and the outdoor amenity spaces. I have used the indoor spaces, which are clean and easily accessible. The gym is accessible and usually has 0-3 other residents there which makes it convenient to accomplish a workout with access to the equipment and machines I need. Maintenance staff is quick, responsive and friendly. The theater room needs a technology update. The package room is organized, however, there is a delay in notifications of package arrival.

I love living here at The Sylvan! The location is beautiful, convenient, and the community is tight knit. Also, everyone at the office is very helpful and accommodating. Such a great place to live!

I just moved in but I love it so far…. the atmosphere is amazing everyone has been very welcoming. The nice in was really easy and I feel like it’s a great place for all ages.

Going on my 5 year lease so that says something in itself. Management very responsive and accommodating. Maintenance responds quickly and knows their stuff. The grounds are great and tenants generally friendly.

I love living here. Wonderful community . I have made many new friends . It is a beautiful property run by wonderful staff cant say enough great things. So happy I chose to live here last 3 years.

The Sylvan is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived at. It reminds you of Colorado cottage experience feel, for some reason. It is quiet, well-maintained and great overall.

Excellent amenities. Has a resort feel. Dog park is a bonus. Maintenance Dept is very responsive and efficient. Management is pro-active, personable, and genuinely cares. Location of property is VERY convenient. Excellent town, and love the area.

The Sylvan Apartments are well-maintained, and the landscaping is very pretty. The apartments are well-equipped and offer a comfortable living environment.

Truly feel at home. It is quiet, and homey. It is clean and all the residents are very friendly. My dogs love the dog park and my kids love the playground.

We love it here so far! We love how nice and friendly the staff members are. We enjoy all the events they have set up for the holidays. The mail situation is a bit chaotic but it is most places. Most importantly, it's pretty quiet. I rarely hear the neighbors and the community does a nice job sending emails out to remind people to be respectful

The Sylvan is a great place to live - amenities are nice, buildings are well maintained, and the grounds are kept clean. All of the residents I've met are welcoming.

Been here since the Sylvan opened and have consistently found the staff very accommodating, maintenance knowledgeable and prompt in addressing any requests. Units quite nice and having an elevator is a life saver. Also nice mailboxes are within each building so you don’t have to go outside in inclement weather.

I set up a tour via the online assistant. Upon arriving I was told that we were there for the incorrect time. I apologized for this (even though the email confirmation said the time we were there). She also did not know what we were looking for or our budget, both of which were also input to the online assistant. She then berated us for our budget and said that nothing was available. We decided not to tour and upon trying to leave she chastised us for not leasing right away without touring. I’ve turned two other possible tenants away from having the Sylvan as a possibility. I’m sure it’s a lovely place, but I wouldn’t know.

The Sylvan is the first property I have ever even visited that was better than it looked online. The office staff? Incredible. The grounds? Gorgeous, it genuinely feels like you're at a resort. The quality of the rooms? Fantastic. I have been in my fair share of units that felt CHEAP, creaky floors and plastic cabinets and all that - the Sylvan is not one of them. Quite frankly, I am surprised that I am able to afford a luxury apartment like this with two kids. We looked at something like 40 properties before getting to the Sylvan and this really feels like we bought a Lexus for Kia prices, if that makes sense. They didn't pay me or anything, I am just a very preferential person and I didn't expect to like it here as much as I do.

Great community, very convenient to everything. The grounds are kept up beautifully as well as the interior of each building. The staff ta very helpful when needed.

Just moved in two days ago but so far eerthing has been really nice except I can't figure out why furiture and belongings from a 670 SF one bedroom apartment will not fit in this 1146 SF unit. :)
