Located above "The Hops Spot", the property contains 16 one-bedroom/one-bath apartments completed in 2018. All units have window views and share a large outdoor roof top court yard. Four units have private roof top terraces. All units have granite countertops with bar seating and stainless steel appliances in their kitchens, walk-in bedroom closets, and large bathrooms with custom tiled showers. The property is served with high-speed internet over a secured mesh-network which is included in the rents. Secured key-fab access for tenants is available both from the building’s new West Fayette Street elevator lobby and from Walton Street; with secured phone access for guest available at West Fayette Street entrance only. All public areas are monitored by security cameras and there is a laundry room on each building level. Parking is available in the Atrium garage directly across from the buildings main entrance at $110 per month (parking fee subject to change by garage owner). The Tallman Block is pet friendly with one dog or cat (30 lb. max) allowed per unit provided a $250 pet security deposit and a $25 per month pet fee.
