I like the location the space is big and the price is reasonable. Maintenance is slow and has been wanting help with the TV. Small things are broken, but I know people's washer and dryer have been breaking

Living here is great! Rent is a little steep for what’s being offered, but otherwise I’ve had no issues living here. It’s so nice having a washer and dryer in house, and I love being so close to so many restaurants and stores.

Everything has been great except for the fact that there has been a lot of homeless people rummaging through our dumpsters at night. Everyone in the office is so nice!

Apartment is nice and updated, appliances are older though. Maintenance is okay, response time or action can be hit or miss. Pool is nice and staff is helpful.

Very nice apartments, some things still need updating but they are definitely working on it. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested in living off campus.

Very nice so far staff is super friendly and helpful we had small maintenance issues that got fixed super quick! Mail room can be a little tricky sometimes but not necessarily the complexes fault.

The amenities are all great, no WiFi/connection issues. All the maintenance has come in a timely manner and the apartment was in great move in condition for the price we paid!

Love everything Abt the apartment the floor plans are amazing and the view can be very breathtaking at times whew. But I love and enjoy waking up to see the Tate on howard and the beauties it holds. The staff and office are very respectful and very understanding individuals. If anyone were to ask me is this a great fit I would 100 percent recommend the Tate on howard once again lovely place

We just moved in a few days ago & so far, our experience has been pretty good. My only complaint is the lack of lights throughout the unit which makes it very difficult to see after daytime is over. Otherwise, the apartment was pretty clean upon arrival and things are seeming to work correctly for the most part.

The complex is very nice and the recent upgrades are nice and needed for the residents. Please note that there are no overhead lighting nor fans. The one benefit to being on the fourth floor is the amount of cross breeze that we get. That makes up for the lack of ceiling fans or overhead lighting

i enjoyed my time at soho because of the staff and location! staff was also kind to us and was quick to help whenever we had problems. the location was important to us since we didn’t all have cars, so the fact that we could walk to campus right across the street was great!

I love the pool in the summers but the hot tub has never worked. There is always a lot of noise from the road, parking lot, and upstairs neighbors.

Where do I even begin, management itself is very rude, you can’t voice your opinion without being demanded something. It takes forever for them to come and fix something and on top of that your rent just increases every month you will get double charged for utilities and they will make up an excuse on why they have charged you if I were you don’t waste your time

The office staff is super nice and helps with everything they can. Great for having a pet and nice and close to campus. Neighbors can be loud sometimes.
Price gouge like crazy. Took over a month to fix out bathroom like that went out the day after move in. No lights in living room or bedroom. Dirty upon arrival. Terrible communication and very rude management.

I am a WMU student so living this close to class was a plus since I never had to pay for a parking pass on campus. Second, the renovations look amazing. 700 Soho is the nicest college apartment for a reasonable cost given they are so recent! Third, the office staff is really accommodative and friendly. For example, given COVID and online classes, they increased Wifi speed thanks to new routers!

I have my daughter living there due to the proximity to Campus. We have had nothing but trouble with Parking and other basic issues. Every time my daughter goes to the office to voice a complaint or a request for help she is met with rude, derogatory and demeaning comments. They are unorganized and give no prior notice to residents regarding changes. They act as if they are doing us a favor when in reality we pay their salaries. Do not waste your time with this complex.
Every year or so, there is a new management company. The current one, Alpha Residential, is horrible. They are making changes with less than 24 hour notice before fines occur. They implement unwanted extra door keys with $100 replacement fees, locking out current residents in the process. They say they’ll be repaving the parking lot tomorrow, so you should move your car so it doesn’t get towed within 24 hours. The lack of long-term planning is terrible. I only stayed because of the proximity to campus. Don’t live here!
700 soho management is trash. They will screw you out of a security deposit do not sign here. The parking lot is very unsafe especially at night walking alone in the dark as there is not any lighting.
I lived here and it is so close to campus which I love since I hate walking far. The staff is really friendly and free snack in the leasing office which is cool
