It’s the roaches!! They have roaches here. People walk in the street all times of the day. So many kids, even in my building and I live in a one bedroom! Hope nothing messes up outside of normal hours because there is no emergency maintenance. I can literally go on and on why I hate living here but the most recent is not having a/c for the last few days

Hello User, We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers but we didn't measure up. We would appreciate another chance to earn your business. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible. Respectfully, Office Manager
Previous management showed me their nice renovated unit and then stuck me with a dingy un-renovated unit which was simply not worth the money. The new management is investing a lot in this complex to finish renovations/updates. The community is nice, there's always lots of walkers and loud kids running around, so be careful driving through the complex. Fairly walkable to a bunch of different restaurants and stores. For the money they're charging now, you should absolutely look elsewhere.

Most of my plugins don’t work, lights take forever to even come on. Dishwasher backs up into sink leaving crap in the kitchen sink. Kitchen sink backs up and fills with water after every 3-4 dishwasher load. Then takes weeks for them to come out and just run a wet/dry vac in my sink. No fixing it. Kitchen drawers are so cheap that they have fallen apart. Front door doesn’t even match up with the invading. You can see outside through the difference. It even snowed into the apartment through the door. The bedroom windows are so bad that they froze over during snow storm. Oh and let’s not forget that the building is infested with roaches! Now the property has gotten bought out they are raising the rent on everyone by a minimum of $300. Even if your lease is not up for renewal.
Rent is extremely high for what you're getting. Appliances are out dated, only 2 burners on my stove worked worth anything. Dishwasher is old and doesn't actually wash dishes. When I moved in the apartment was dirty, trash was left, shaved hair was left in the bathroom drawers, just no attention to detail. Cable is included in rent price but somehow no one was ever able to answer how I would be able to turn it on. Wifi is included in rent but it's a pain to connect to (a lot of times have to manually input a MAC address) and doesn't work well. valet trash is 25 a month but they'll leave your trash, and you can only put it out between the hrs of 5pm-9am or you'll be fined (good luck if you work nights. In certain lights, you can see the paint streaks in the bedroom, hair in the paint. My car got broken into 3 times. You can't put lights up outside for Christmas or just plain ambiance. Nothing can be on your patio but outside furniture. There's just better options out there for this price. **No fault of the apartment themselves, but they're right next to a school that tests their tornado siren around noon on the first or second Tuesday of every month so again, if you work nights, it's quite jarring.
I would find somewhere else to live. The building on the outside looks nice but they don’t keep up with their landscaping. The management is awful. They have gone through 2 managers since I started leasing in September. The apartments inside are completely outdated and falling apart. The managements response was “well it is 30 years old”. They don’t renovate and they let you move into apartments that are dirty, has fleas, mold (what ever it was) in the cabinets. The amount they charge for rent for the state of the apts is RIDICULOUS. I will be moving. I do not recommend anyone to live here.
Don’t rent here unless you give a 60 day notice. You will expected to pay over $1000, if you don’t. They will find anything wrong they can to charge you with, and most of the appliances are way outdated.
I love my home at Meadows!!! The property looks so beautiful durning during season change!! Staff from Maintenance to office are amazing!!
They have charged my balance credit in the account and even after doing cleaning honestly and ensure no issues they have charged around 225$ which is not accepted because I have requested to change my carpet every time but management never listen - so many leasing managers been moved out but still those mindset of creating issue to foreign nationals is always exists. Very worst services on maintenance when you face issues on Maintenance no proper customer management, building it is very old I feel they need to change washing machines inside every home. Their cable charges was high we need to spend always internet separate and top we pay 45 USD to their cable - STILL NOW no one knows how or when this cable will be activated to leasing residents - every one is moving out now.
I would like to start by saying i love this community . Its a beautiful area and minutes from all of my favorite places to shop and eat . The new office and maintenance staff are amazing , very welcoming and respectful . I love my new home.
I've lived at the Meadows for approximately 9 months. I signed a 13 month lease and boy do am I excited for my lease to be over. First off, whoever lived in the apartment before me did not clean whatsoever and management did nothing to make sure the awful smell of smoke was removed. This could have easily been fixed by painting, but they wouldn't paint. Possibly the worst part of living here is the maintenance staff. I chose to ignore the negative reviews of maintenance because I figured it didn't happen all the time. WOW was I wrong. It took them 19 days to remove sitting water from my dishwasher (which hasn't cleaned a single dish when it runs anyways). For 19 days I had mold growing in my dishwasher. Management would assure me it was being taken care of (3 times to be exact) before anyone ever stopped by. If having reliable maintenance and management, this isn't the place for you. The apartment is outdated and the appliances are probably older than I am. Someone attempted to break into my apartment in the middle of the night and management didn't bat an eye. People in the building next to me have young children and constantly go in and out at 1 AM (with their young children) and both the adults and children yell as if its the middle of the afternoon. There is little contact from management except when there is the monthly water main break or power outage. Giant, unavoidable pot holes everywhere. Basically, don't live here if you want to feel safe or have working appliances or basically just a pleasant daily living experience.
This community is a great place for small families. Near, but not too near major interstates and highways so you can get to work fast, but is also in a quiet safe neighborhood. The community life organization is great, hosting fun family get togethers, and even a craft beer nights for adults. Meadows also offers an excellent pool with grill area, and any spaces between the buildings are full of well maintained lawns and trees. This is a great spot to come home to relax after a long day at work.
It has the great feeling of peace and quiet.that you normally can't find in a place so conveniently located to everything. We have wonderful restaurants and plenty of shopping areas within a 2 mile radius. Management is great and responses quickly to your calls. I can't imagine living anywhere else. Carolyn R.
