Love the community! I wish there were more options for recycling and better parking options but have so far loved my little slice of downtown! Great walkable restaurants and stores and love having the Tom Lee park next door. Amenities are nice as well.

Great location. Walking distance to so many places downtown. River front basically in your backyard. Amazing staff, Kayla was so great and made the experience of getting an apartment smooth and easy! Unit was very clean when we moved in. Very modern and up to date apartment. Wonderful gym. Absolutely love it here !

I love it here evryone is so nice . I have a great view from the water I workout out at the nice gym and then go workout at Tom lee park . The restaurants in the area is delicious!

Grounds are immaculately clean and organized. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. Atmosphere is calm and peaceful. My apartment is spacious with incredible balcony views of the Mighty Mississippi River including both the old bridge and the new bridge.

We love it so much here, the vibe is fantastic, and it seems like the community is tight which is great. And the apartment is very spacious. My only thing is I can’t turn the disposal and the dishwasher on at the same time, and the dishwasher isn’t really washing
