Maintenance The maintenance staff are absolutely amazing. They are very professional, quick to respond and their work is great.
Above and beyond Tyler was amazingly prompt and efficient. He not only fixed my washer issue but also fixed the refrigerator door handle and took a look under the kitchen sink and fixed the loose PVC piping. All while being polite, friendly and professional.
Great Quick Service I have amazing quick response to service needs with resolve. Thank you to The Terraces' maintenance team who work tirelessly.
We toured this apartment earlier this year and are so glad we did so we could avoid this place. We toured a “recently renovated” unit and it was abysmally outdated and just slapped with new paint. We were appalled these were listed as luxury apartments and are way over priced.

Today, March 13, our water was shut off without notice...possibly for most of the day. I called the office..they claim an email was sent over a week ago notifying us of the shut down. I checked all my email folders including junk and deleted folders and received no such email. Another example of poor communication by management.
At move in the apartment was not clean at all, seemed like the previous tenant smoked a lot so everything was cover with leftovers of that, had multiple leakages (5+ in less than a year) where water came out of the walls or roof. At the end they charged me painting fee because they needed to paint the walls that suffer damages from the leaks…
If I could give it less, I would. The infrastructure of the buildings are literally crumbling away. Extremely difficult to schedule maintenance to fix anything, and it just breaks again in a week. Drips coming from ceiling in three different areas of my apartment through my two and a half years here. Pool has never opened even for one day since my time being here-Ducks had made it their home, so it was basically just a filthy, green pond for two years. Staff always writing unprofessional emails to tenets, and constantly giving us contradicting or inaccurate information. Excited for my lease to end.

I have lived at this property for four years. They charged me for almost every single scratch after moving out. When asked for move in checklist they declined by saying- did not get it from previous management company. They didn’t even bother to ask why these expenses are outrageous. Raised their voice and said these expenses will stand and no negotiation. Please live somewhere else and save yourself from this crap. Would never ever recommend this property to anyone.

The property management company that runs the facility is garbage. The worst one yet from all the turnovers that I have seen over the years. I recently moved out after living in this specific unit after 2 years and the charges were outrageous. You expect cleaning fees, carpet clean/care, and such but the other $260 in charges were ridiculous. Called the office and spoke to them and they would not work to waive or remove any of these extra costs. Save your money, go somewhere else and save yourself money for when you finally move they will charge for every piece they can get.

management doesn’t know how to communicate with the tenants and are completely under kept, especially the “renovated” units, no cleaning looks like its been done at all

Price is steep for what you get here honestly. Staff lacks ability to communicate with the community. Even if they don’t pickup trash you’re charged full price. People smoke cigarettes when it’s non-smoking. They dictate what you have on your porch. I don’t recommend this place.
Its a nice place to live close to everything when you don't have a car great no matter what

My apartment is great. It's a spacious 2bdr 2ba with many great features. We have a fireplace, 2 outdoor patios and laundry in the unit. For being in the suburbs, it's remarkably walkable for several grocery stores and restaurants, while being less than 20 minutes from downtown Portland. I think its great... Though I lived in NYC for 3 years. So I might just have low standards for apartments in the affordable price range.
This apartment is located in the heart of the trendy Tanasbourne/Hillsboro area. I love the 24 hr fitness center, and close access to the two pools on site! Both bedrooms have private balcony's (bonus!) The best part about living here is definitely location to the Tanasbourne mall and the movie theater as well as restaurants which are literally across the street! I don't know how many times I've taken a walk to the movies, dinner, or to get ice cream. My apartment is conveniently located near the highway for a quick drive to Portland, or east, to the wonderful Oregon coast. The staff is helpful and maintenance is always there when I need them. Wonderful community and location for a young student!
