Great quiet community. That’s kept clean and taken care of, good parking, useful guidelines for traversal of the community. A wonderful pool.

We love living here! The pool area is nice and spacious. The maintenance crew also goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! We recommend this place to everyone!

The área is always clean and corrective maintenance attended in a fast mode. The cars are safe and no issues on parking lot. Community members are good people.

Rent increases year over year and not reciprocal of actual rates and should be adjusted accordingly, especially for us already established residents.

I love that it’s a quiet community and beautiful community. The units are great size for a small family. If you have a furry baby this a great community for you as well.

Been here over 10 years and have no complaints. Quiet, clean, great staff and convenient to everything. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders too.

Not a bad place! Definitely not the most luxurious but the rent is a great price, safe environment, and the staff are helpful. I do wish they would do some remodeling but cannot complain too much.

This is an ok place. It is quiet and I’ve never had a safety issue or concern. The dog park is not Well maintained. The patios and balconies are painted over when you move in, so the paint chips and it looks terrible. Same for front door area.

It's a pleasure living here at the Terraces. The apartment is nice and the complex is quiet and well lit at night. I appreciate that maintenance is quick to respond to service requests made.

So far my experience in the community is good. I live on the first floor so there is a lot of traffic and not a lot of privacy. I do have to do my own pest control since you have to sign up for it through the community but it didn't really help. The office is very responsive, it is easy to pay the rent online, and overall the neighbors are friendly.

I love it here! It's a very nice peaceful community to live. I never experienced any issues and the leasing agents are spectacular! I would highly recommend!

Not what I expected from the viewing. Appliances need to be updated. Master bedroom bathroom same size as guest. Cabinets can be updated. Peaceful area other than dogs barking. Sometimes the dumpster is locked and its trash spreader all around it, which is disgusting. Rent too high to move

Things are not done promptly when asked. I am still waiting for a few things to be done. There is a lot to be desired for the rent we are paying.

Apartment is a good layout and nice size. I like the split bedroom floor plan. I like the wood floors. Having a larger size washer and dryer is really good. The location is good. Everything is right around here. Easy access to turnpike and University Drive. Downside not enough amenities. I wish they didn’t have so many dogs living here especially since tenants don’t always follow animal rules. I would like to see more outside exterminating. Mosquitoes carry diseases so it’s hard to go walking outside. I wish staff and maintenance didn’t change so often. Been living here 10 years so I see and notice a lot. There is always good and bad anywhere you live. That’s life!

So far so very good. Apartment was very clean upon moving in. Some new appliances. Very impressed. I love how clean and quiet the neighborhood is as well.

Its okay the complex has changed over the years and things dont seem to be the same which can be great or not so great! But overall everything is ok

The community is good & clean. Maintenance is quick. At the first glance, the huge patio feels awesome to have, but since it is closed, it is hot most of the times & the wind also doesn't flow.

Living in this apartment complex has been a great experience. The facilities are modern, the staff is friendly, and the community is welcoming. The location is convenient, with shops and parks nearby. Highly recommend!

Rent keeps going up but hardly any improvements are being made to make it worth it. The landscaping is not great, many of the sidewalks are cracked and paint chipped. Maintenance takes shortcuts on repairs. It’s way overpriced for what you get by living here.

If you are not big on amenities this is the place. Apartment is beautiful. Some of the parking rules are stupid and staff is nonresponsive at times but thats almost every where

moving here was kind of rough at first but it got better. HAd to move to another unit due to issues with another unit, the office staff was very professional and helpful about it towards the ending. Maintenance is very fast and gets everything done and they also very helpful.

Fast on service request , great place to live. Yards can use some work. But over all friendly staff, lovely pool, and they have gas grill where they provide the propane at the pool

Pleasant experience, as the rent is cheap. Relatively safe, no real issues. Place could be updated. Living lake front is super nice but the yard isn’t the cleanest. But like I said- rent is cheap!

My apartment is outdated. Interior doors are not sized properly, could use some replacement of cabinets, some floor vinyls need to be replaced and bathrooms redone. BUT, the office personnel are super nice, helpful and friendly. The community so far is nice and quiet. I hope the environment stays clean and friendly.

I have had a wonderful experience living here. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing environment to come home to. The pool is amazing and a great place to unwind, especially on warm days. Additionally, the gym is well-equipped and makes it easy to stay active without leaving the community. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to live here!

We do feel a good and safe environment in The Terraces Luxury Apartments at Plantation. The administration carefully communicate all maintenance activities with sufficient information and time ahead the events. The parking lot is always clean and under vigilance. The access to main roads and nearby commercial offices for many services is ideal. This is my first year here and more than welcome the second year contract. My single recommendation is to all neighbors to do our best and maintain the right discipline related to trash and recycling area. On many instances instructions are not followed mixing trash items with recycling items. Keep the right administration and caring on each corrective and preventive maintenances.

I’ve lived here for the past 8 years and I love my apartment, I love the loft model, the openness. I love the comfort of everything, they are in close proximity. The staff and maintenance department are both great.

Today's tour with the Terraces team was fantastic! The property looked amazing, and we've decided that the Terraces will be our new home starting in June.

So far, it’s ok. We love our apt and the community is peaceful for the most part but the community is not very well maintained in terms of leaf and debris removal and trash disposal which is gross, concerning, and extremely disappointing. In addition, upon move-in several things were broken/not working properly, all the walls hadn’t been prepped, sanded or repainted adequately, all the finishes were done very poorly, and there were rat droppings in the home. Overall it was so unprofessional, shocking, and again, extremely disappointing. Definitely gave us a bad taste and lots of stress and negative emotions upon move in which no new tenant wants. While maintenance staff was kind, professional, and fast to check out and fix most of the items on the list, we feel management could’ve done more to resolve our concerns and change the experience. So far, we’re not sure if we will renew unless things improve over the course of our 15 month lease.

I love this community, they are very quick and responsive to needs and the community is well-maintained I would recommend to any of my friends and family

You don’t get to see the unit before moving in, which means there’s no actual way you know what you’re putting your money down on prior to your move in date. Leasing office customer service could be better, but not the worst. You are charged for absolutely everything, and sometimes have to question if living under a rock would be better lol. All in all quiet neighborhood, tow trucks are enforced, packages are opened before you get home and the sun shines everyday!

Easy move in process, great staff, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I love the location of my apartment, I got exactly what I wanted.

The community is good but there is no gate and it is not cleanly maintained. The emergency stairs look like they have never been cleaned. Lots of dust everywhere. Even the front have not been pressure cleaned. There are stains all over.

We love living at the terraces, the location is great,right near good restaurants and shopping. The staff is excellent,always friendly and helpful.

Big apartments, And decently nice. however amenities need improvement. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a great beginner apartment. There is a lot of land here.
