The Thomas Lofts is a 2018 renovation and restoration project by Nequette Architecture & Design of the 1889 building once known as the W.S. Brown Mercantile Building and then Harold’s Furniture building on 2nd Avenue North. At The Thomas, residents enjoy secure entry access, garage parking, a shared rooftop terrace, and the convenience of shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment just steps from the front door. All lofts are 1 bedroom/1 bath ranging from 1,200-2,000 square feet, and include in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, and design features original to the building. Pets are welcome with a one-time fee. Our on-site management team provides top-level care of the building and each tenant's needs, making sure you always feel at home.
