Maintenance staff efficient, friendly, professional, competent and trustworthy.

Overall it' a good community but I feel the price of the unit I paid was not deserving of the apartment due to its outdated interior.

So far everythin has been great. Definetly recomend it.

It's a great building with very nice people. Plus the area is quiet and peaceful.

PROS- Beautiful apartment, good maintenance staff, super safe neighborhood, easy access to river walk and lake. CONS-- Units became very dusty very fast, we had an issue with neighbors smoking weed and the smell wafting into multiple apartments, it took almost a year for this to get resolved. M

The community was great but my apartment was overpriced, while other buildings offered better incentives. I ended up transferring within the same building to another unit.

Staff is professional and friendly

The best feature is the neighborhood. The rent prices are on the higher side

The community and staff were great, but the overall "corporate" feel to any interaction with the office personnel made me feel a lot less appreciated as a resident. When we were looking to renew for a short amount of time, there were excessive premiums because "that's the policy." The amenities were great, and they were always kept tidy. Maintenance was responsive and usually solved any issues we had. However, the black mold was a real issue that because a continuous issue throughout our time there.

Fast maintenance response. I was very impressed by how fast maintenance personnel identified and explained the problem.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Trust me. For the past two years we have dealt with extremely disruptive noise and construction all around us with no remedy from the building. It is beyond insane how loud it is-- they are jackhammering every single day from morning to evening and they have now lowered prices for impacted units or done anything to remedy the situation. Do yourself a favor, do NOT live at The Tides.

The maintenance staff went above and beyond when addressing our issues and were extremely timely.

From start to finish Christa has been nothing but amazing to work with. The process was easy and all the information I requested was provided. I believe the building has all the features anyone would need.

I would recommend for the location and the door staff. As of now, the amenities are difficult to experience due to covid so the apartment has lost that value.

Neighborhood is great, location is fantastic & amenities will be great when restrictions are lifted.

The Tides is a great place to live and I called it my home for a year, It has many amenities that I used and felt like home.

The building is gorgeous and the amenities are amazing, but the apartment itself is the perfect fit for me and my dog. It checked all of my boxes and felt like a great match.

Everyone here is super friendly, yet professional. The complex is beautiful, my apartment is lovely, and the neighborhood is amazing. This is seriously one of the best complexes I've lived at!

The front desk employees are very welcoming. The building is always clean

I would recommend this apartment community because it is a great community overall. Nice personnel, amenities okay (they need some improvement), nice park and surrounding areas.

Justin, Rosemary, Michelle, Kevin Rudy and Mark are fantastic!!! They all went above and beyond anytime I had an issue or needed something. It was a fantastic experience living at The Tides. If there were units available for purchase I would given it strong consideration!

The Tides recently announced they are no longer offering cable service which is included in the lease. They do a nice job of letting you know they can change anything with giving you notice. Yes you will pay the same amount but no longer be offered what they orginally said. Lincoln Properties is cheap.

Location, staff, amenities and value. While this may not be as high-end as some of the newer buildings going up in the city, it is current, as amenities everyone loves and uses and for this reason is a good value. I am not looking for firepits, basketball courts or theater rooms - I love the pool, sauna, hot tubs, community rooms and having a reasonable rent for a good-looking apartment with a balcony. It is perfect!

Residents and workers at the Tides have been warning me that the mgt is inefficient and repairs needed for an individuals unit do not get done. I have needed two repairs in this first week and so far the warnings recieved have been incorrect. I hope the professionalism and prompt response i have recieved thus far are not due to my being a new tenant and will continue in the same quality manor for the duration of my stay.

The Tides was a great building - door staff was amazing and we were very sad to leave. The only problem is that we had multiple issues with neighbors' parties and smoking throughout our time living at Tides.

I would recommend this apt for its community amenities but also wouldn’t recommend if they get the north view as it blocks the light & feels depressing.

The biggest frustration is turnaround time ie. I have to at least make couple of calls to have someone come and attend the issue. But once someone comes its resolved pretty quickly.

They took 2 days to resolve the issue. Too much I think

Location is superb. Apartment layouts are great. As of late we are disenchanted with seeming short staffing, ugly lighting, dirty floors and hallways. Windows not washed.

I found the staff to be professional and friendly which is important to me. I felt listened to and they were very prompt in responding to me questions after the visit. I also found the community to be well looked after and offer all the amenities I was looking for.

Good location and views. Doormen are superb and deserve a shout out. Leasing office was pretty good but overall could be a lot better. Service requests have been a mixed bag.

Last night was my 1st night in my new apartment and as it pertains to my apartment, I am satisfied. Johnny was awesome in my initial consultation of the building. Now, my experience with moving in and finalizing things with the management team (I’m guessing since no one bothered to introduce themselves or their positions) was EXTREMELY disappointing. I got the impression as if I was a bother/inconvenience on a Friday night. There’s reflective glass windows in the management office allowing me to see reflections of one of the staff ladies rushing the one out front and signaling for her to hurry me up. This really bothered me & was very unprofessional. They even turned the lights off on me while I was sitting in the office and pretty much, well not pretty much THEY DID kick me out. This made me feel very uncomfortable as I could not believe they were treating a new tenant in this manner. I was told to finish everything in the lounge or lobby area and to let the doorman know when everything was solidified and he would give me my keys. When I took my documents down to the doorman and received a packet (that was not gone over) and 1 key, the young ladies were in the lobby socializing. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience throughout my occupancy being that my lease is for 16 months.

I feel like when the building updates the apartments to be more reflective of a luxury apartment I would be happier to recommend without reservations. Also change package receiving process

The location is great and the staff is friendly and efficient. My apartment is quiet and cozy, and the neighborhood is beautiful.

It is mostly good, but we stay due to the neighborhood/location more than anything.

I would recommend this apartment community, however, I think the package room could be greatly improved.
