The Tides is a great place to live, although parking is a little more complicated. Everytime I come back to my place, I can never find parking close by- I wish they had more parking spots.
Great community style, fantastic maintenance staff, bug infestation is absolutely horrendous due to untreated lake that the community is dragging out having to treat.

Very Clean, Cute & Friendly Community. Has a very Townhome, Bungalow Feel which is very appealing! I feel right at home! They do fun events for residents, like food trucks, bingo, drive-thru breakfasts and more!

Tides is a beautiful place! From the apartment to the amenities. Feels like you’re on a vacation and at home at the same time. The apartments have great lighting and great storage! Our dogs get to sunbathe daily with our in home dog door. Love our new home!

Has been so amazing here! The units are amazing staff is helpful both maintenance and leasing. It’s quiet here compared to where I lived. People are friendly this has been one of my best places to live. A few minor set backs but something I got over and still give this place a 5 star

Walk to Waterside! Close to UTC and shopping! Super maintenance team, amenities and office staff! Pet friendly, well behaved and unfortunately a very small percentage not so well behaved or friendly!
Anytime that I asked for my front door to be cleaned it gets done so quickly. The entire staff really is great! I am greeted with smiles, waves, hello daily. Love living here.
The community is so helpful and nice. They make the amenities well worth the expense!! My favorite part is how friendly and kind the staff is. They’re very communicative and responsive.
I cannot say enough good things and how much I Love the tides! The whole staff is amazing. Everything is taken care of as soon as you put in a request . So happy living here !

The Tides has been a wonderful experience and continues to surprise me with constant perks for its residents. Between the food trucks to game days to pet of the month, the Tides is a fantastic place that constantly is bringing its residents closer together and making it feel incredibly welcoming.
Happy to say that I have lived here now for over four months and could not be happier! The complex, management and particularly the maintenance staff are top flight!!!

Excellent. Maintenance is very helpful and the office staff is great. All departments are very responsive and act quickly. The facilities are nice and the morning walks are perfect around the lake.

While the staff is beyond helpful, and really do care (shoutout to alex in the leasing office who is AMAZING) the bug problem is horrendous. There are ant hills and nests on almost every sidewalk, which led to an ant problem in my unit. There are a million huge spiders, and the front panel next to the front door is always coated with tiny bugs, I am talking hundreds. I understand it’s probably because of construction, but I wish I knew how bad it was before I moved here. Other than that the pool is gorgeous, the views are beautiful, and the amenities are incredible considering the rent

we love our new place! The natural lighting is everything. The views are stunning. on move-in we walked into our new home with a greeting card and a bottle of wine with two custom glasses from the Tides. Move-in was seamless and thanks to the vastness of the apartment. We were able to big furniture without issue.

We love it here! We had a bad experience at our last rental, but so far everything at The Tides has been perfect. The best part is that it is like having your own little house. No one is above or below you, so it is very quiet. The complex is close to shops and restaurants too. A no-brainer!

This community is by far the most organized I have ever seen. Kudos to Emily, without her help in the beginning and currently, I don't know what I would have done. Moving is stressful, and she is always so responsive, friendly and very professional.

So welcoming. The staff and residents as well are super friendly and respectful. Everyone’s very courteous and mindful of others. Everything is well kept and clean making coming home refreshing. The layout, floorplans and amenities are probably the things that would catch your eyes the quickest.

Very easy move in process, clear directions, beautiful area. Feels so homey already, very happy. There are a few dings and minor maintenance issues that was found but staff addressed immediately.

Absolutely a beautiful community with super nice amenities. Very quiet which is sooo nice and so far seems like a very safe community as well. My only dislike is the parking- would be nice to have an assigned space.
