She worked diligently at making sure my new abode was ready- and managed to have it ready a week before I was set to move in!! The new management of this apartment is horrible! They instituted new parking regulations that allow a towing company to come and prey on residents over the slightest technicality even if you have registered. I went to the front office and one of the managers told me that getting my car towed was an just inconvenience and when I asked for the corporate number, she told me that they were just going to tell me the same thing. When I had to go get my car, the towing company was rude and didn’t want to give me the towing company’s information. The back of my car was damaged from where the tow lifted it. I notified the front office, suggesting better practices, such as stickers that mark the residents of the apartment and notifying them of the damage done to my car so that other residents can avoid this same situation and they did not care at all and even tried to dictate how I went about trying to contact the towing company for a hearing and a way to request compensation to the damages of my car. This is my first time dealing with this new management and this can’t be a good sign. Avoid the absolute hell out of the apartments!

Do not sign a lease here. This place has a perpetual pest problem. They pump chemicals into the HVAC systems to cover up the smell of weed and mold coming from other apartments. When a maintenance request is submitted they don't repair or fix the problem and just mark it completed. When contacting management there is never anyone there to answer the phone and they never respond to messages. When I moved into the apartment it wasn't even cleaned from the previous tenants, all their kitchen and bathroom supplies were still in the apartment. While moving in I was asked several times if I was moving out like they didn't understand what was happening. The noise levels on this property are constant with cars sitting blasting music loud enough to make the windows rattle. You pay $20 per month added to your rent for the new workout equipment but can never get in to use it as the office area is constantly locked throughout the day when they should be open. Save yourself the headache and money, DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!
Definitely not where I want to live but could be worse. The 3 pools never opened this summer. Trash is everywhere despite seeing people every morning picking up trash on the ground, it’s honestly sad to see the ducks swimming around in trash. Gates are constantly broken. Some neighbors are nice, others can be rude or just nosey/creepy. Dog poop everywhere. Sometimes I don’t feel safe at night letting my dog out as i’ve had trucks stop me in my tracks to cat call me and usually there are people just wandering around in the roads. Tires have been stolen off cars. I could go on and on about the negatives but on a more positive side, maintenance is nice and usually comes in a timely manner. I haven’t had any issues with cockroaches or any other bugs or pests. Fairly good rent price for the size.
To describe this place with two words I would use, deceitful, and disgusting. The community looks decent from the outside and the demo apts they show are, of course, nice, but this is all a façade. There are problems with just about anything you can imagine with these apts. First, the gates have not worked for more than a cumulative month during the entire year I have lived there. The management and maintenance team are rude and very slow to respond. There are watermarks on the ceilings that they try to cover by painting, the carpets are gross and have not been changed in years I can assume. You pay monthly for pest control, but I NEVER SAW THEM ONCE. There are bugs, of all sorts, everywhere, inside and out. Once, there were termite tunnels on our celling and we called to have an exterminator come in, they took a week to respond and when they did send someone HE ASKED ME AND MY BF FOR HELP because he didn't know what he was doing, and ultimately just placed duct tape over the tunnels and claimed it to be a permanent fix. Their property is poorly maintained and the dog park is DISGUSTING. I had my pup there one morning 3 months after moving in and he was attacked by another residents dog. MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING, even though they have clauses in the lease about vicious dogs!! We were furious. What else? They are only worried about getting their money, if you email or call them it takes literally weeks to respond, but they religiously send several rent reminders a month. KEEP LOOKING, this company should be SHUT DOWN!

I am so pleased with my apartment at Watermarke. The Staff is wonderful, professional and very helpful. I had an issue with my refrigerator and they were out immediately to take care of it! These guys are professional and got the job done. Simply put, the maintenance men work hard and they get things done! Management is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. They let us spend ALLLL summer 2018 with an AC unit that kept flooding our bathroom into our bedroom. There is a really bad roach problem near building 5309. Its fine as a last resort but not if you have better options!

Worst apartment complex I ever lived in. When we picked up our keys, they told us our apartment had been inspected to make sure it was ready for move in. We go inside to learn right away that the ac was not working. We went a full week, our first week there, with no ac in the middle of may. They finally get the ac blowing cold and than the ac unit was leaking water all over the floor. It was another few weeks before that problem got fixed. Our ac went out at least once a month for the 6 months we lived there. We went out of town for a weekend and came home to a 95 degree apartment and our cat almost dead from being there for who knows how long. When we called the maintenance man he said he would fix it but he had to find a ride... We also had several leaks when it would rain and there was mold on one of our air conditoner vent. When we told maintenance about the mold, he took the vent down and took it outside and painted over the mold and told us it was a new vent.. The last straw was the ac going out AGAIN for probably the 6-7th time and there was a shootout in the parking lot that same week. That's when we decided to break our lease. It's clear they didn't care about our health or safety

This has been my first apartment that I've paid for myself after college. I'm coming to the end of my 9 month lease. It was a decent starter apartment, but for the price I pay, I feel like I've been let down a lot. The pools are beautiful, but they're always closed. (All of June and just closed again the second week in July), I never received a pass to get in the front gates because they were "out", on top of that - the gates are broken half the time, my apartment wasn't ready for me when I moved in - drawers are broken, paint was cracked, etc., there's no security, I've had multiple packages stolen, and people stay out at the pools having loud parties throughout all hours of the night, and there are A LOT of kids. Overall, the location is great, the price isn't terrible, it's relatively clean - no bugs, and their maintenance people are quick and friendly, but there are a ton of small inconveniences that add up. They also jacked the price up on me and didn't go by what was on their website and other apartment hunting sites, so if you're going to live here, make sure you ask them plenty of times. It's not the worst place you could live, but certainly not the best.

I have lived here for about 11 months now and I am unimpressed. I moved in here because I liked the idea of a gated complex and the area, I have certainly changed my mind since then and have never been more ready to move. Pot holes are across the roads here, which are not only annoying, but one of the pot holes here is so big it damaged the underside of my car. The hot water has been an issue, I have gone days without hot water. Ants have also been an issue here and the pool was closed for most of the summer. The gates are also constantly an issue and are either not working or open all of the time, for the first 6 months of living here, the gates were never closed. The complex is getting trashy and I have dealt with a slew of awful neighbors. For the amount of space that I have and for what I am paying, I am not happy and I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.
This was a great facility, I enjoy the gym located right on the property. The office staff is always great in helping me with any needs I have.

Moved in about a month ago, there was a leak in the ceiling that practically pours water out of it when you take a bath, 3 outlets don’t work, our garbage disposal doesn’t work our closet door is off the hinges and it’s a hassle to try and open the patio door. We’ve called continually and still nothing is fixed, the only thing they’ve come in to fix is the ceiling and every time all they do is paint over the hole which just opens up again every time I take a bath or shower. Not pleased with this place at all.

Unfortunately over the past two years I've seen an increase in price and a decrease in quality. Gated community? Technically there is a gate around it, the gates are never shut they're always broke. Hot water is nice when it works, it's the end of August and without any exaggeration I can tell you I have been without hot water at least 15 days this year. It's nice to have pools they have some of the nicest pools of any apartment complex I've ever seen unfortunately they've been shut down most of this summer due to code and compliance by the city of Fort Worth. It's getting pretty trashy there's currently a broke down car with rolled down Windows sitting on jack stands outside my apartment. I would look elsewhere they may promise you the world but as soon as they get your signature it seems like they don't care about you anymore. I regret renewing my lease.

I have lived here for about two years. If you get the apartment with the loft, what they don't tell you is the A/C doesn't cool your downstairs at all because of the large windows or the heat the downstairs on the winter. Summer A/C bill is around $200 unless you want to live upstairs for 6 months out of the year. The community has a boiler which seems to go out weekly. You typically go without water at least one day a week at random times. Sometimes they notify you, sometimes they wait for you to call and ask. The apartments are old and things break all the time. The repair them, but only enough the have them break again in a few months. If you have a water leak spot, they will paint over it instead of finding the leak. For the money you can find better apartments.

As we run into the repairs we are adding cut off valves so that in the future the issues can be more isolated to a specific building. Our property was built in the 80’s and this change will take some time. So that our Watermarke community is in the loop well try to offer and explanation of repairs once they’ve been complete. I'm actually a resident here, and I love it. Anytime I place a work order its done the same day, I have never had any issues with the office staff. The whole Watermarke team is awesome and, they always keep there word when it comes to getting things done. I've lived here since 2013 and every year it keeps getting worse. For starters, if you like to shower this is not the place for you. It seems that water is off more times than not. Many tenants have moved for this reason. There is always a "water leak" and the entire complex gets shut off. Also, if you like to shop online, the apartment complex will not except any packages no matter how important it is. 80% of the time packages get sent back to the post office for holding or back to the shipper. I don't know about you but the whole thing is a inconvenience. Why would you want to live in a place where your landlord makes it difficult to live comfortably? And good luck getting anything fixed. I'm still waiting for them to replace the dishwasher, the leak under the sink, the leak on the ceiling, etc. the list goes on and on. Fortunately, my lease is up and I am making a dash any chance I get. Live here at your own risk. If you don't believe me drive around the complex and ask anyone you see walking around.

I have lived in the Watermarke Complex for about 9 months. During that time, new Mangement/owners took over the complex. I sadly must say that there has been a plethora of issues, and until everything is hopefully resolved by the new management, I would highly recommend staying away from this complex. Below are issues that I have experienced (and other neighbors have sadly experienced the same)... -I live in a loft apartment, and the upstairs is always hotter than is bearable, as the AC does not work properly. -The AC also constantly leaks all over the bathroom, causing puddles of water that need to be cleaned up daily. -There is an infestation of rats at the complex... They live in the ceiling and have often scurried up and down the stairs and across the counters. -I have gone without hot water for days at a time going on 7 different times now. Having no hot water has proven to be incredibly inconvenient. -They have been completing renovations to the complex and to each building, but they start at 7:00am every morning and cause an incredible amount of disturbance and noise. -Appliances break constantly in the units, so calling in maintenance to fix things is a continuous hassle.
The apartment is gorgeous. However it seems ever since I moved in 4 months ago the problems never end. I've dealt with leaks and things constantly breaking down. Also their gates are never closed and there isn't enough lighting over parking areas. Thanks to that my vehicle was broken into. The sad part is when I called to let them know about the incident they told me someone had contacted them earlier that morning to let them know a vehicle was broken into. They have your vehicle and plate number on file yet they fail to inform you when things go wrong or even show any sympathy. The people that work in the front office are very rude. I love my apartment but I'm disappointed in the way they run their property.

love the location but hate the traffic, also the feels like after you rent here they stop caring so much about making sure everything in your home is running smoothly. took two weeks to fix the dish washer. other then that I can't complain

Set around beautiful trinity river of historical fort worth. This apartment is nice all the way around! Minuets from downtown fort worth and tons of places for entertainment and shopping, even if you wanted an exotic supercar, there's a masarrati dealership and Mercedes dealership right around the corner!!! Super nice place!! make Marina club your next place to live!!!!!
This apartment has been my home for 6 years. This has been a home where it is quiet, clean, and maintained with a weigh room, pool and even excess to computer in the office. Main excess to a mall, restaurants, clothing stores. highways. The inside of apartment is maintained quickly. It also has a area for your dogs with benches, and a man made lake if you want to enjoy the outside, and a bridge that divide the apartments. It also is a gated community where you feel safe and comfortable.

My husband and I have lived coming up on 10 months there is one yes just maitance man for the entire complex and we have had a tiolet that has not worked the intire time living here along with no running water on a reguler basis alont with both pool being open a tatol of 4 times threw the entire summer. If you are desperate for a place to live by all means rent here. To be honest you would be better off living in a tent.

The office management are all rude. They lie to you, they told me I would get the whole house with upgrade everything but when I moved it it wasn't. Took them a month to get my oven upgraded as well as they wouldn't upgrade anything else because they said only certain housed come with everything. That's not what they told me. Plus they won't do anything about the ant problem. Ants are everywhere. Last thing they give special treatment to certain households. They wouldn't let me keep my dog but my next door neighbor didn't pay a pet deposit and won't say anything to them about their dog.

Staff is unprofessional and I feel I was cheated out of my money before while trying to rent from Marina Club Apartments. I swear to God that I really needed my $200.00 dollars and was not trying to through it away to charity!
