I truly enjoy living here at The Timbers. Beautiful complex with an amazing view of the lake and Riverstone. Amazing place to live, high end apartment with amazing places to walk, dog friendly parks all around. Walk to restaurants, live music,Farmers Market. Walk to Spokane River.Des and Chaz do a great job!!

The Timbers is a beautiful community with a wonderful amenities and an outstanding maintenance technician who treats you as if you were entering a Luxury 5 Star Resort. Brad makes you feel valued and important. He goes above expectations! I highly recommend The Timbers!

I was one of the first people to move into the building, and I actually secured my unit sight-unseen. When I took a hard hat tour about a month prior to move-in, I was extremely impressed with the building and my soon-to-be finished unit. Aesthetically, this is the best place to rent in Coeur D'Alene, by far. As the occupancy in the building has grown, I have met quite a few neighbors. Having moved from another state, I can honestly say I couldn't have chosen a better spot in terms of the community. Everyone is kind, friendly, and truly look out for one another! As we network more, many of the members and I have gone out on outings together. I have moved quite a bit in my life and this is a community I plan on being apart of for at least the next few years! Lastly, the staff is amazing. From the building manager to the maintenance director, everyone is professional and prompt! All around, living here has been an exceptional experience and lives up to the luxury living that is advertised!
