The Timbers is a quaint little elevated community in Bon Air. The staff is extremely polite and responsive to any questions or concerns. It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. We tend to look out for each other, even if we've never spoken to each other before, other than occasional head nod as you walk passed them during the day. Couldn't be more happy with an apartment complex.

I was scheduled to have subfloor replaced on a certain date. When I went up to the office to let them know that the subfloor had collapsed further down, maintenance had come down right away and rescheduled for an earlier date. I just would like to say that the team at the Timbers is always professional, courteous, hard working, friendly, and always on time (sometimes there before the time) I appreciate everything the maintenance team has done to take care of the needs of the community. Overall I’m beyond happy with The Timber’s as a whole! It’s clean and quiet. The community is nice. The application process was easy and simple, they got to back to me so quick and kept me informed the entire process. The office staff is beyond kind and helpful. The maintenance staff works urgently and gets things done. So far I am so glad I chose here as my new home. No complaints!

We have been living at The Timbers almost 10 years now. The office staff has always been extremely nice. They have also made me feel like any concerns I have are important to them. (Not that I have had many) The maintenance crew is Top Notch! Everyone is so nice & very knowledgeable here. The guys are very quick about everything too. We have been very happy living here!!

The maintenance staff is honestly the friendliest staff I have ever had in my years of apartment living. I have two crazy dogs and they are so good to them. If I ever have a maintenance request they respond very quickly and they won't be finished until you're 100 percent satisfied.

Had a 10AM appt to view a unit this morning and was told a deposit was paid yesterday for that unit. I wasted my time going there there they could've at least called me and told me instead of having me drive out there. They took that $45 application fee fast with no hesitation at all.

My son & I have lived here at The Timbers for over 8 years & have been happy. We can walk our dog at midnight and feel safe. The have recently upgraded the outdoor lighting & installed new benches which are really nice.

So far my experience at the Timbers has been top tier, every encounter with the staff as well as my neighbors has been extremely pleasant. My unit is in great condition and still provides some privacy in an apartment setting. In today’s economy I definitely feel like I’m getting a great value. The convenience of the gym and the trash fairies just puts the icing on the cake. I truly love it here.

Overall lack of care and quality for work needed or performed inside the apartment. Subpar work from outside contractors and they do not leave your apartment as clean as they found it. Poor communication and lack caring by management and other staff.

Everything is wonderful with these exceptions; Loud music from cars all through am hours, never know if your device is charging due to inconsistently working outlets, hot water lasts 10 to 15 minutes, loud neighbors usually stomping around above our bedroom between 10pm and 730am. Everyone else there is wonderful

The management is incredibly rude, but maintenance is really nice and helpful. Charges come randomly from everywhere so read your lease carefully or save your money and go anywhere else. There are roaches before you even get there and no matter how many times pest control comes to spray, get used to them. During the summer you'll have nats. I don't know who they paid for their high review, but I am very shocked. They also have raised their rent by almost $1,000 over the past year. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

It might be the greenest and calmest apartment complex I ever lived in. Simply walking through the Timbers allows you to say hi to friendly neighbors and enjoy the nature that has been seamlessly integrated with the apartments. It is also close to many of the places you would be going to in North Chesterfield.

My apartment is very spacious and bedrooms are large. I really love the separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, I can honestly say I looked at a lot of apartments before finding my Timbers apartment. I have lived here over 5 years. Will I make it six, you can bet I will. I still cant find anywhere that offers all this living space plus being 15 minutes from just about anywhere in the area like the West End, Downtown Richmond, Hull Street, 288. Youre so close to Chippenham, 76, Powhite, 288, and Midlothian Tpk. The Timbers is located inside a beautiful green hill county that provides a quiet and beautiful living experience close to the commercial areas in North Chesterfield. The staff was responsive and provided great customer service for any problems I had. They were great at accommodating my 6-month lease requirement and provided a great living experience for the price I paid.
