It's my second year living at the Towers on Piedmont and it's been a really good experience overall. The Management and leasing staff is amazing. I have to give a special shout out to Clinton, he's always friendly and professional and makes you feel like no matter what, everything will get taken care of. Everyone is welcoming and it's so appreciated. The property is clean and the renovations are beautiful. And you're in the heart of Buckhead with beautiful views.

I visit this property often, I love how attentive the concierge is to everyone that walks in the building. I spoke with the property management team and they are truly very helpful and such awesome personalities. The maintenance team keeps the property in order and are very friendly and kind. The building is always very clean and smells amazing every time I walk in! They have amazing amenities and the views are TOP NOTCH! The residents seem to be very acquainted with each other and just an awesome atmosphere to be in! I would someday love to call this place my home :)

A family member is in the market to find a new home. I really appreciate Rickey for recommending The Tower on Piedmont. It speaks volume and lets me know that he takes pride in where he works! This location would be less than 5 minutes from the job so definitely a plus! The spectacular views from the balcony and bedrooms are breath taking! The layout of the apartments are spacious, lots of counterspace, nice appliances and I can't say enough about the open windows and great lighting they provide! The amenities are a "cut above the rest" my favorite is the outdoor theater! Thanks again, Rickey for shouting out The Tower on Piedmont!

The maintenance team as absolutely terrific; they’re professional and work quickly. The leasing team is welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a million questions, and all were answered patiently and with understanding. The Assistant Director Tavia is absolutely fantastic and Clinton provided we the a thorough walk through and mini tour of the surrounding area. Application and move in process were seamless, and the views are to die for.

I just moved in and didn’t know how to make a service request for an issue I had in my apartment and the management team ensured that maintenance came right away. I looked at this property some years back when I first moved to Atlanta. The building was nice but the property looked dated. Fast forward to 2023. When I entered the building there was a different vibe. I was invited by my Realator who was there for a networking event. The Concierge was at the desk greeting people, he showed us to the elevator and sent us upstairs. When we got upstairs we entered the club room we were met by the property management team. They were great… they were telling us about the difference in the property now vs. when they took over, I could definitely see the difference. Everyone was so relaxed. They had refreshments catered. I was expecting finger foods but not hot fresh foods they really went all out. You can tell they really care about the residents because of the time they put in. Every resident that came in it seemed they knew. Overall they were what I enjoyed the most. They wore all the hats at the event. Host, DJ (real DJ lol) and bartender. The plans for the common area are great, I can’t wait to see it. I’ve got a couple other places I want to check out but if I can get a higher floor this is top of my list

I had my tour with the lovely Tavia and they have some amazing apartment spaces! Large open spaces with all the views you could ask for, affordable pricing for Buckhead and plus they’ll be doing renovations soon that’ll make it even more top notch on top of what it is now. They definitely made it challenging to view other spaces.

The whole team is always ready to offer whatever supports residents need to relax at home. With Clinton sitting there in the leasing office, we feel like there’s nothing to worry, as he’s always helpful and comes back with right solutions. Been here 1.5 years and have never had a problem! Maintenance and leasing office are quick to respond and efficient and super helpful. Big thanks to Rickey & Sam at maintenance 5 star service all around. The building gym definitely needs an update and remodeling (machines are old and broken and lacking lots of stuff, went in today and someone recently even stole the 5lb hand weights) but that’s the only downside given there’s an LA fitness in front.

The layout of the property is immaculate. It has all the amenities you would want in this area and not that far from most of the entertainment in Atlanta.

After over 3 years living here I still really enjoy it: There are days I never have to get in my car - everything I need is in walking distance. The building has nice, large floor plans with great views. The monthly social events are fun - good food and drink and a great way to meet my neighbors. The maintenance team and leasing office folks are very responsive and friendly.

I can not say enough about how much we loved the space, beautifully updated and best of all location! These are amazing! The team was informative and welcoming and we greatly appreciate not being rushed! Cannot wait to make a decision on which will be the best fit for us!

Thank you for the review. Our renovations are shaping us into being one of the most desired apartment home communities in Buckhead. The floor plan sizes are very generous and the true value placed on our residents is top-notch.
The floor managers & maintenance of the high rise are great! They fix all of my issues (which are minimal) in a very fast and efficient manner. You will definitely be satisfied with their service! Marcus & Team are great!

Lived here several years ago and I was looking for a new place and saw they changed it to Tower on Piedmont. I saw a renovated apartment and it is Way better than I expected. Everything is completely renovated. Love the cabinets and counters. I hate mini blinds and they have new roller shades. Tavja and Jessica told me about the upcoming upgrades to all of the amenities and corridors. Can’t wait to move in. Disco Kroger is becoming a Publix.

This tower is so cool. I have driven by this building numerous times and always thought it was a hotel. I was driving back from Kroger and saw the signage that said Tower on Piedmont. I learned that it is luxury apartments and they are being renovated. Small community which feels upscale and cozy. The pool was closed for. renovations and will be done in a few weeks. I'll be back for a full tour in a few weeks. I am very excited.

This building is so pretty. It is under renovation and the finishes are so elevated. The higher floors have different finishes and will be fully renovated. I look forward to seeing the piano lounge in the new lobby. This is going to standout in Buckhead. Kudos to the team for offering such delightful service. 24/7 concierge

Beautiful renovations and the unobstructed city views are unmatched! I toured with Tavia and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Didn’t rent only because the floorplan of my choice wasn’t available for my timeframe, otherwise The Tower on Piedmont was my top choice.

Of all of the properties I visited, this team was extremely personable and made me want to lease on the spot. They made me feel welcome and not like I was an inconvenience. As soon as the apartment is renovated I’ll be back to see it. They are u settling a full renovation with a piano bar in the lobby and I was told about all the fancy resident events they have. The location is right in the middle of it all. Stop by and see it for yourself. The concierge was also friendly and professional which is unusual for what I she seen while looking around.
