Property Ratings at The Tower on the Park
Building is great, location is great. Unfortunately, Market Street Management (the HOA company) is HORRIBLE. They have an attitude and they barely give you enough information when you first move in (they don't even tell you where to find your own storage unit). Also, the Wi-Fi sucks here, due to the wiring in the building. Doesn't matter what company you use. I have had several electricians confirm that the wiring in the building is just outdated, and new wiring would have to go through all of the hallways just to fix one unit. BUT, the HOA says that it's still up to each individual unit to fix their own wiring.... even though the rules say we are not allowed to!! We are not allowed to go through the hallways, other units, or common areas with wiring... so basically, they know it's an issue, refuse to admit it's on them, and won't do anything about it. Also, if you have a concern that you want the Board to bring up at the next HOA meeting, good luck! They refuse to give out their contact information to the renters/owners, which makes you have to go through MSM-- this means, the only messages they actually get are filtered. Not sure how we are supposed to be represented by people who don't care.
