If you're looking for that cozy, small-town feel interspersed with the excitement of a big city, then Wilmington is the place for you. Located in the northern-most portion of Delaware near the Pennsylvania border and close to the city of Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington has plenty to offer no matter what your age or interests. The specific neighborhood of the city that's best for you can vary based on your budget, but some of the more popular neighborhoods include Trolley Square (which is known for its beautiful architecture) and Bradywine Park (which is dotted with lovely parks and nature trails).
If you're the artsy type, you'll love visiting the Delaware Art Museum, located on Kentemere Parkway. Here, you can enjoy viewing work from local and globally known artists ranging anywhere from the mid 1800s to present day. Be sure to visit plenty throughout the year, though, as they're always featuring new exhibits and galleries.

Property Ratings at The Towers at Greenville
Uncaring attitude and confusing “I only speak with applicants” policy. If you’re trying to help a family member move in here, or even trying to get information for them, you can forget about being treated with courtesy. There is no reason for the condescending way they speak to people. They act like they’re paying you. Who’s to say I’m not a prospective applicant? Very bad customer service. This feels like the type of place that uses your need for housing against you. They had the nerve to ask “What you got denied somewhere else??” because I like to ask questions about the application process. Like why are you assuming stuff and is it even your business? Rude and unprofessional. Oh and on top of being a pain they only take check for your holding deposit and don't communicate the process or help you out. They make it 10 times harder and blame shift back on you.
Initially things used to be really great but management has had ongoing changes and in my opinion has really deteriorated. Maintenance requests take a really long time to get done including caring for the building itself. Communication with the office is difficult and staff is very rude sometimes. Our rent prices continue to increase even though services such as complimentary snacks in the morning (stopped through covid and never re-started). I miss the social events and Christmas gatherings they used to put together. These little "extra" things is what made Pettinaro different from the rest. I hope it can go back to being what it used to: prioritizing the residents above anything.

I have lived here for 2 years and things started great. The building is nice and there were nice amenities. Our contact person left or got fired a few months in, so we began having communication difficulties with management. The fire alarm goes off a lot. like A LOT. And no one ever clears us to go back into the building so we just kind of hope nothing is on fire this time. Amenities like the gym have been shut down since covid started and not opened back up, but the price stayed the same. I just wish they could improve their communication and treat the residents better.
