Everything was going Great until a neighbor moved in under me that has been playing music loud since day one. After multiple videos showing sound proof and multiple police calls nothing has happened. I just have to stay away from my place as often as possible because I can get no sleep there. I still have abit six months or so left on my lease and already have my move out date confirmed. Other than not being live at my place because they refuse to do anything about trouble renters, this place is great!
Terrible office staff, they are so friendly until you move in. Then they don’t give a dang about you. I wish I never moved here. I can’t wait until my lease is up!
The Office Staff are the best! All of my concerns are taken care of right away! Pet friendly, They host a ton of events for all the residents. and the property is very clean! I would say come check them out... I know myself and my neighbors all have the same experience! Come out and see for yourself!
Stay clear of this property!!! I’m not one to write reviews but all the horrible issues I’ve encountered over my year of living here && the front office complete lack of responsibility and action has me writing this review to warn people DON’T sign that contract!!!!! and make the same mistake I made. Majority of residents do not clean up after their pets, leaving dog poop on the paved cement. Elevators always smell like dog urine, food and trash left on elevator floors. Walls are super thin, I’m constantly getting woken up at 2 in the morning due to loud inconsiderate neighbors, residents are constantly leaving trash out in hall way all weekend so there is always a bad smell in the walkways . They always have ongoing issues like low water pressure, (that they can’t even give you a time frame to be fixed). as of now I’m unable to take a shower and receive the services I am paying for. My biggest issue is the complete lack of concern the front office staff gives. A sorry doesn’t resolve my issues. This apartment complex shouldn’t be able to use the word “luxury” when they market themselves. It’s overpriced for no reason. Counting down the days until my lease is up, couldn’t pay me to live here again!
I wish I could give negative stars. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. The phone service is terrible in these buildings because they are concrete boxes. If you plan on living here you will have dropped calls and calls/text that can not go thru constantly. Nobody picks up after their pet, there is poop and pee in the hallways, elevators, sidewalks and grass common areas. With rent this steep I expected a whole lot more out of this place. NOT WORTH IT. I will be moving when my lease is up that is for sure.
I do not recommend living here. I want to share my story so nobody has to be victim to this again. I wouldn't wish what has happened to me to my worst enemy. I have been having issues ever since I have moved into my apartment 10 months ago. These problems have been happening for TEN months. TEN. I am not the type to complain, but I can not take this anymore. I live on the second floor and my balcony sticks out further than those above me. My upstairs neighbor has been letting their dog pee and poop on their balcony and and sweeps the mess down onto my balcony. I wake up to hearing waterfalls of pee and walk outside to find dog poop on my balcony. This has been happening for MONTHS. I have brought up this concern countless times to my office. I have sent videos, I have taken pictures, I have went into the office in person to complain, I have been so patient with everything for so long but I can not take it anymore. This is unsanitary and beyond disgusting. My office said 2 weeks ago that they were finally going to evict him. I thought everything would be okay now... NOPE. On 10/10 I found dog poop on my front door mat. (once again, i do not like to complain... so i cleaned up the mess and carried on thinking it had to be an accident and didnt say anything) After being at work all day at work i come home at 9pm and see my door mat is COVERED in pee..... I take pics, throw my door mat away and go to the front office once again. By now they know who I am because I come in there so often to try to fix this issue. They tell me that the neighbor is still upstairs living there? Im so confused why he is still there and why he is doing this to me?? I dont feel safe. I pay WAY too much money to have to deal with POOP and PEE raining down on my life. When I spoke with the manager - she told me the same thing has happened to her!!!!! but they "fixed" the issue. This is happening to more then just me and that is shocking. Poop and pee covering your living space and poop and pee on your front door step... nobody should have to go thru what i have been through. POOP and PEE for MONTHS. Please help me. Every time I send a message to the office nobody replies or contacts me- i have to be the one to pester them and then they will make an effort to talk about it. They said the poop and pee is one thing and the poop and pee in the hallway is a totally different thing and they will "fix" it.... my question is how many times does this have to happen for them to let me move?
