The environment in this community is peaceful and friendly. I feel at home here. The leasing office Hallie is always friendly and willing to help. The maintenance team respond to request quickly and resolves the issue.
Living here has been the best experience I've ever had. I like it very much here the thing is great, especially Hallie!!! She is very professional, always shows a positive attitude to solve my question when I need it. maintenance is great and the feeling of the apartment is amazing that it's quiet I love it.
here leasing staff changes very often and always with rude ones. and the end is waiting for you a surprise accelerated fee like me. I do not recommend this place at all. For moving cleaning fee charged twice.
We have been here since Last Aug. unfortunately when I hear “luxury” this does not feel like that. There are things we like about living here but things have also changed since we moved in. The pool is nice, everything around the front office is beautiful and resort style. I don’t recommend living in the building by the pond. We have been dealing with spiders, wasp nest, etc on our patio. I love the view of the pond but can’t really enjoy it on my patio because of the bugs. We have had pest control come out many times. They have told us their outside crew would come out and take care of all the wasp nest around the building along with spiders, etc. i understand living close to the woods and pond you get bugs but this is a bit much and should be taken care of better. Definitely miss the two maintenance guys that were here when we first moved in. We enjoy the car parking under the building except I’m always washing my car due to spiders and their webs. I feel like things get taken care of more towards the front around the office. Im tired of calling in for pest control. My son’s bathroom window keeps having bees and large flying ants. Pest control comes out but it’s just the same thing. That all being said I’m not sure if we will be staying here after our lease is up. For what we are paying here it’s not up to “ luxury” standard. It could be so much better and worth what we pay.
So first off i have to say that Amanda is amazing and my new Bestfriend!!! The grounds are beautiful the apartments are beautiful! The staff is super friendly and very attentive! I am so happy i found these apartments to call home! I move in on the first and for the floor plan i for you can’t beat the rent! I got an amazing deal on my place and Amanda walked me through everything and made sure it was in my price range. They aren’t pushy when it comes to the leases! At the very least come look at a new place you might just call home!
Great location, friendly people staying here, leasing office workers are there best and get the job done. My apartment is lovely, definitely will be getting the biggest two bedroom when my lease is up. Will be here for at least another 2 years. If you where thinking about moving here, definitely do it.
Be aware of this place. The office management is super rude and always handle work orders, paying rent, or simple questions like you're being an inconvenience to their day. I've lived here for almost a year and the respect they give their tenants is pathetic. STAY AWAY!
So, I rented this place for just 2 1/2 months, While I was remodeling my home in the Woodlands, this is the only place that it gave me that great option. I had an expensive rug and rug protection that covered the entire living room area. Then, I get this bill for normal wear and tear cost of $300 for the floor in the living room. I spent most of my day time at the house after work, only used this place to sleep in. I was surprise to see that a normal wear and tear cost was allocated to my bill without even photos to prove their claim. Plus, cleaning, when I hired a person to clean the apartment the same day that I left. I am simply outrage of this. I would not recommend this apartments to anyone. It is a ripoff. They should put good flooring before renting them out so the fact that you walk on it, it will not cause an issue when the person moves out. I will be writing in the Woodlands newspapers about this if they do not take the charges back. I will share this experience to everyone who reads our local newspapers and get out the word about this ripoff.
Its not what it seems,its all beautiful untill you sign the lease.. make sure you read the entire lease contract. Everything breaks down in the apartment. The apartment they show you it's soundproof but the one they give you,you can hear all the noise from the very busy fm1488 rd.It It takes you at least 20 minutes to get out of the community because 1488 is really busy at all times..??.. I don't even know why it's gated if everyone could go in as they wish at all times and the gates are always open... The business center's computers or printer never work..I could go on and on...
I saw 5 apartments in this area before selecting this one. I really appreciated the staff letting me know about the pros/cons of the apartments before moving in. My particular apartment (not all) doesn't have a pantry but has more cabinet space than normal. Here is my takeaway after living here for 6 months: PROs: -Private pond/park in the back with long track, Great gym (most amount of free weights and machines I've seen in a complex. Also TVS on all cardio equipment), Concierge Service (1 free a week), Starbucks machine in the lobby, Plenty of parking (I have my own private space too). Olympic sized swimming pool. CONS: -Road noise outside the complex. I fall asleep with TV so it's not a problem. Also note the traffic when looking at the complex. If you're not an aggressive driver you may have a problem turning left out of the complex at 9AM. That's why there is a middle lane. Bottom Line: These guys have been great. I do plan on moving into a house in a year but I'll miss living here.
Let me start by saying I've rented apartments my entire adult life in both Austin and Houston with ease and satisfaction but living at The Towers Woodland was the deciding factor for me to purchase a home. This property at first sight may seem like a good attempt to mimic high rise uptown living but I will tell you it's truly poorly constructed garbage. I was living at the Parc Woodlands across the street and loved it! I however was intrigued by a brand new property and living in a new unit for the first time. I moved into the Towers Woodland last October and was one of their first tenants. The new quickly wore off once it became clear how poorly the property was built. The builder threw these things up so fast for profit that I'm surprised they haven't fallen down yet. There were cracks in my walls a half inch wide and feet long from the building settling wrong. My ceiling fan fell from the ceiling 5 times. My flooring came up in both my bedroom and laundry room. There was black mold growing in the Jets of the bathtub because water was leaking from roof behind walls into bathroom. My iron railing fell off of my 5th floor balcony where my little pug almost fell to her death!!! The patio door opening was not cut out right so the door would stick and take full body force to open and close. The roof was leaking in building two and they had to gut and redo a whole vacant unit. The rest of the occupied units (mine included) got lied to and told a humidifier was being installed in each of our units to reduce humidity but really there are major water leaks and no way to fix them so our apartments humidity level felt like we were standing outside in the Houston elements. The elevator was broken at least three times a month. So prepare to haul groceries up flights of stairs in the heat. The building lights in outdoor breezeways work half the time. So as a female it's not the safest feeling to walk to your apartment at night. Get used to feeling like you're living directly outside on 1488 because these buildings are so poorly built you can hear every car, horn, accident, voice etc. likes its right in your own home. The ducts to my dryer had to reconstructed because construction did not build the vent duct to code. So basically I had to hold my dryer vent tubing on with duct tape. Save yourself aggravation, disappointment, and money and research before you sign with this property. You will be sorry.
We moved in about 5 months ago, we loved it at first. However, there is no carpet in any of the rooms, all your furniture will scratch the floors and you have to clean them everyday. They don't email you until the middle of the night before they plan on entering your home if they decide something needs fixed. They also, have emailed me several times for violations we have never done. Granted, there are some perks like the excellent gym, pool and tanning facility. There is also no light at our exit onto 1488 (which is our only exit) and depending on the time of day it is a pain to get out of. You may even have to leave 15-30 minutes early to work. If you are looking to move into a luxury apartment there are plenty of other better apartments to look at.
I love this apartment. The staff are very kind and friendly and you can't beat the door to door trash service that is provided. The apartments are also very nice inside and out and they take very good care in maintaining the outside.
I have been living at this complex for about four months now and I am very happy with the experience. The unit itself is comfortable and quality with nice aesthetics, but the complex as a whole really makes the experience very enjoyable. Pros: - The units are comfortable and well laid out and I personally find them very attractive on the inside. - The amenities are top notch, the gym and private jogging trails are great and the pool is beautiful. - The staff is very friendly and helpful - The location is great. -Good cell reception in the units -Quality appliances and built in storage -Reserved, covered parking included Cons: I want to preface my cons, I am going to be somewhat nit-picky because I believe some of these issues are easy to remedy. - $35/month Convenience fee for online pay. This by far my biggest complaint. -No Washer/dryer in unit and no on site laundromat. -The A/C is noisier than it has merit to be. -Grass around jogging trail isn't mowed frequently enough- I have has close run ins with copperheads -Drainage runoff can flood opening to jogging trail -Parking assignments are somewhat nonsensical. As a 2nd floor resident who uses the stairs, it's annoying to have literally the furthest assignment from my unit under the building. It's a relatively short distance, but still odd. It would make more sense to put 2nd floor residents near the stairs on the same half of the building as their units and 3rd and 4th floor near the elevator. -Pool hours start a bit late in the morning. It would be nice to swim laps before work if the pool opened at 5 or 6 am. In conclusion, the apartment is very nice and a very good value. I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend checking it out.
Recently moved to The Towers and it has been great. My one bedroom apartment is huge, and I am loving the space. Had to put in a work order for just a few little details, then I left to run some errands. When I got back everything was fixed and it had only been an hour or so. One last thing...the pool is amazing!
The amenities will astound you if the actual apartment itself doesn't blow your mind first, from the 5 acre dog park to the 50 meter pool with infinity edge, elevator access, hiking and biking trails and even a fishing pier! How could life be so luxurious in an apartment? The Tower not only answers that question but proves that life is just better here. Extremely helpful and professional staff ready to answer your every question and make your life as easy and stress free as it could possibly be. The parking areas are well lit and give me a renewed confidence when walking to and from my vehicle that I just didn't have at other apartments. Located close to the interstate and shopping centers and they even provide professional concierge services for your convenience. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR!
I recently moved in to The Towers (woodlands) which is located off of i45 which is convenient for traveling to work or driving 5 minutes down the road to do anything on the woodlands. It is a nice part of town and is gated the amenities still aren't completely finished but are well worth the wait with a giant Olympic sized pool a gym, tanning beds, recreation center, stocked fishing pond and a large dog park is in the works. Management is friendly and prompt we had a water heater problem that was replaced within a couple hours of the compliant also took some off of rent for our hassle. Rent is in the same range as the high end living in the area but with a feel of getting more especially since they are all brand new! Spacious floor plans stained concrete floors, tall ceilings and granite for days. Places is beautiful and the other people who live here are socialites makes for a very fun atmosphere.
