A wonderful complex with plenty of amenities to offer. Leasing staff is super friendly, Maura can give you the lay of the land and keep a smile on your face! Maintenance is quick, and they answer all your questions with as much knowledge behind it as possible. I’d recommend this place to my entire family, honestly. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!

When you submit to get information on this apartment you have to go through a gatekeeper and the poor girl doesn't know any of your questions, her excuse is call the office then why have you sit their responding to emails when you don't know the answers. The cable and internet is done by Dish and Dish alone. Very poor guest services and the leasing team never calls you back or reply to an email.

We strive to make sure all experiences are above and beyond and I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to my attention. We are looking into the issue to ensure going forward that we can assist in providing everyone the correct information in a timely manner. We do only use Dish; however, for the Internet & 24 free streaming channels, your monthly payment is $75, which is about $50 cheaper than most cable and internet providers. But we also know some residents prefer other companies, which is totally understandable. We would love another chance at showing you all we have to offer at Springs at Foothills Farm.
