Property Ratings at The Townes at Bishops Park
I'm sorry to say that my experience at this apartment complex has been incredibly disappointing. Despite the management's best efforts to put down traps for the mouse infestation, it seems that the real issue is not being properly addressed. While the traps may work, the stench of dead mice in my kitchen is absolutely unbearable. To make matters worse, the mouse infestation is rampant inside and outside the complex. We found seven mice just a few weeks ago, and today we found two more in our kitchen. We take cleanliness very seriously, especially since we have two dogs. We make sure not to leave any food out, and we prioritize vacuuming and mopping twice a day to keep our living space tidy. This is not only a major health hazard, but it's also completely unacceptable in a living space. I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values their health and well-being. The mouse infestation is not being handled properly, and it's only a matter of time before it worsens. Save yourself the headache and look for a safer and more hygienic living environment elsewhere.

We strive to make all our residents happy and to help our residents with whatever issues that they may have, including pest control issues. We have a pest control company that visits the property each month to address any concerns that residents may be having inside their townhouse. Currently live here now, rats inhabit our back patio rendering it useless to us. Community has placed traps but we have seen no change.
