Wow, friend - we're blown away by your high rating! You made our day.
I really do love living here. The neighborhood is quiet , clean and overall a great place for families. The free events are fun, sometimes they provide free dinners for residents by having a food truck come in or food catered. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Maintenance needs are always resolved quickly and in a timely manner. Our kids love to play outside with other neighborhood kids. The only thing is that there is not a designated area for them to play (like a playground or splashpad) but there is a park close by so it's not that big of a deal . Overall , we are very happy here .

We love everyone in our community, the office ladies are amazing! Always here our concerns and respond quickly but issues are far between. Most thankful for treats and resident perks, kids love after school snacks and weekend events. Such a nice community in the best part of town. I really like living here at the Townhomes at Horizon Ridge! It's a really nice little community. The residents are super friendly. The management and maintenance staff are really nice and always super helpful. The amenities, pool, gym etc are very nice and always well maintained. The apartments themselves are nicely laid out and minimize sharing of walls well. The appliances are really nice and super energy efficient. Nicer than the ones I left in the house I sold! lol I really love the spacious two car garage, with roll up door and remote opener 'clicker.' Never had any issues receiving package deliveries no matter how small or large. And there are always fun events every month that bring the community together that range from food trucks, Bar-b-ques, pizza nights, pastry days, and even movie nights occasionally around the pool area that are super fun for families. I even won a $100 gift certificate in a "guess how many M&M's in the jar" contest! This really is a little gem of a community and I'm really happy I decided live here.

Very quiet community with friendly staff. Kayla responds to issues immediately and is helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and resolve issues and listens to additional concerns and resolves them as well. The ammenities are nice and well kept - pool, BBQ areas, gym, dog park. It is overall a nice place to live.

We really enjoy living here at the Townhomes at Horizon Ridge. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive to all requests usually responding within a couple hours and always in the same day. One of the things that we really love about this complex is the ability to walk at any time of the day or night and you feel completely safe. Theres a lovely dog park and beautiful pool area. There is also a really neat mini soccer field and corn hole game area to play in. And there are several bbq grills as well available for everyone to use. Its just a delight living here!

I like this apartment home because of the 2 car garage, close to a walking trail, nice dog park and lots of areas in apartment complex to take long walks. The inside of our apartment is nicely laid out as well!

I've had a great experience here and have plans to resign my lease. I had a relocation where my last apartment complex backed out days before I moved. This place saved me. They helped me start to finish and had a place ready for me to move-in. They have been phenomenal with anything I need whether it's maintenance or basic questions. We have events often which are hosted by the complex and really enjoy those. The resident portal they use is easy and simplifies my life. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best floor plans in the city; large and spacious rooms with very high ceilings; quiet and well maintained surroundings; personally, I have all the amenities of a SFH without the headaches of exterior upkeep and maintenace issues.

They will harass u and make up stuff so they can evict you. Seems like management is always changing and they are always raising the price. Our blinds have been broken and covered in some yellow disgustingness. Bought curtains for my bedroom so i could cover up the blinds. I have only opened a window less then 10 times in the past year and a half(only when cooking and smoke built up) because i dont want to touch the blinds. We were told they would be cleaned in week 2 days after we moved in. The sink in the master bathroom was broken and they "fixed it" and a week later it was broken. I've never stepped onto the balcony cause the blinds are so gross and broken. Never had a lightbulb put in the balcony light either. We have asked for any of this to get fixed but yet here we are. They do not care who lives here as long as you pay rent and dont complain or ask for anything to be fixed. Had drug dealers living next to us for the first 8 months so we put a padlock on our garage door (put it so the door could not slide on the rail)to prevent people from breaking in. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. Property management was very nice and professional. Pet friendly and a place to feel safe. I'm so glad I found this place to call home.

Although we only lived here for a short time, we really enjoyed almost everything that Townhomes at Horizon Ridge had to offer. Overall this complex has great floor plans, a wide array of amenities, and a generally good area/location in Henderson. Rent was decent for the price compared to other places in the area. We loved the large 2 BR, 2.5 BA with upstairs loft floor plan, including an attached 2-car garage and a balcony to the master. There were nice updated finishes from the modern kitchen updates to the gray tile-like flooring and soft carpet. For the finishes, style, and space, it definitely felt more like an actual 2-story home than a townhouse. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet and is very pet-friendly as well. Both the gym and pool were nice and updated. Only complaints I have from our stay are the following: - Additional parking surrounding the buildings sucks if you have family over or if your garage is full (Buildings are completely covered by fire lanes. Uncovered spots surrounding the outside of the buildings are first come first serve and the tow truck drives around often at night) - It gets pretty dark at night across the entire complex. (The area in Henderson was not bad at all even though the neighborhood is not gated. Also the dog park has absolutely 0 lights.) - Another initial issue we had was the inconsistency in communication from employees and management. (We saw so many faces come and go during the beginning of our lease, which began near the end of 2016… Everyone was always helpful and nice, but we were told so many different things from each employee and even the former manager. It did seem to get better as we were leaving and I believe there is a new team now, which shouldn’t be an issue. The owner himself was very kind and was always aware of our situation, which was nice.) Overall this was a great neighborhood and I would definitely rent again. The few complaints I had with this place pales in comparison to former apartments I've lived in that were way cheaper but 100x crappier in terms of both amenities and what you get for your money... Both the move in and move out process was very easy. If we didn't move out of state for work reasons, we would have loved to stay throughout our lease and would’ve probably even renewed it year too. I'm not sure if she is there anymore, but Christine was accommodating to our move-in process. Patrick was also very helpful, so definitely see him if possible!

Be Careful before you move here. Resident services is not helpful and a number of residents have had more than one rent check paid to the office come up missing. If you live here and noticed a recent staffing change, you may want to ask if that's why. I know of at least one person who has moved out because of their internal mishandling of resident payments. Also, if you would like your trash picked up, don't expect that to happen on a regular basis. There are no trash cans onsite to use for bulk items and when complaints about trash are given to the office, they tell residents to go figure it out themselves, and to call the trash service directly. Even though we have no choice but to use it because they make use it. Awful service

Each unit does come with a large trash bin and a large recycle bin that republic services picks up on a weekly basis. The bulk item pick up is a breeze every other Friday as you just need to place large items outside of your garage and the trash service comes by and disposes it for you. if you have any questions on this, please reach out and we would be delighted to help! We are happy to inform you that as of 2019 we are under new management and ownership. Our residents are the #1 top priority for us here. I just moved in a month ago and love everything so far! They are doing so much to the property and I can't wait to see what's next! Maintenance is the best always there when they say they are going to be. They are all so nice including the ladies in the office! They are always in a happy mood!!

When I first moved here from NY I loved this place, although there were about 100 crickets and water bugs in here but once I got rid of them it was pleasant. I still love the townhouse but the new management sucks. They don't honor their lease and the staff members are rude. The garage door fell on top of my car twice and when the garage was broken my daughter's hover board was stolen. I am trying to get out of my least because I'm not happy but they won't let me...smh anyways I wouldn't suggest anyone to move here. They are totally shady!!!

The neighborhood is excellent. you feel safe at night . The police presents is excellent. The townhomes are decent, double garage is one of the most appealing factors, and the fact that there is NO PET fee at all. but that also means that there are ALOT of dogs here and sonetimes its a dog walking nightmare. During the rush hours .. you have to be careful you dont turn the corner and meet the wrong dog. its just a pain sometimes b/c some people dont know how to secure there animals. Nor clean up after them soooo it can be trying. But over all people are nice its a good cultural mix and I like that ! The Apartments themselves are well weridly designed. Like there is an extra door at the Garage entry .... in the way. The design leaves alot to be desired. The stairs are vertical and very steep. NOT good The owners are shakll we say "Cheap" The cheapest everything they can get away with. Cheap Cheap! The carperts cant get cheaper when you walk on them ... you can hear a faint .. cheap cheap! I have a love which is cool. But over all ..... This place could be really nice but ... its just average .. below average in ementies. No GYM, 1 Pool locked ... no grassy areas.... Cheap. old blinds... If you let them get a away with it.. they would give you 1972 appliances. SMH I am the type of tenant that hold people accountable. So I get what I need .. most people dont. My neighbor has been her 8 years ... I move in I got "New -Cheap - Carperting" He asked me how did you get them to replace your carpet? I said .. I asked I took pictures of the old one. "MyMother said ask for what you need.! So its transitional housing for me I am currently looking for a new more luxurious accomodations at the end of my lease!
