Property Ratings at The Traditions Apartments
Loved living in these apartments. The staff is always helpful and responsive, and the location can't be beat. Super convenient to grocery stores, places to eat, shopping, and the freeway. The community itself is quiet and the apartments are spacious. I liked that the 2 bedroom units had the rooms separated by the living room, so even if you live with a roommate, you can have your privacy. Some of the reviews on here are so funny. I kept to myself while I lived here and never had an issue!
I moved out of state recently, but would’ve stayed living here otherwise. It’s a nice place with a huge laundry room, convenient location and really nice pool area. Staff are friendly and maintenance are helpful, and my neighbors were great and always gave my dog treats.
Lived here twice, loved the apartments layouts, made it really easy to live with roommates in the 2 bedroom. Convenient covered parking, relaxing pool and jacuzzi, and an up to date fitness center made living here really enjoyable. Staff was always friendly and patient, anytime something needed fixed in the apartment they were always quick to fix and went above and beyond.
The Traditions Management and maintenance staff are super responsive and helpful! The complex is relatively quiet and very pet friendly. We even have resident owls that nest and raise their young on the property! We have had a very positive experience living here and Michelle, Kristen and Luis are all terrific! They make the Traditions feel like home, rather than just a place to live.
I have lived here for two years and wanted to say how great the maintenance team is. They keep the property looking neat and clean and are quick to do any repairs. They even change our AC filters. :)
It's honestly a really hard place to live. From the nagging lady at the pool calling the cops anytime someone uses it, to the leasing office harassing me almost every week for some new problem that's popped up. So many things have broken and one of my cars has also been broken into. It's very unfortunate that almost everything's wrong with these decently priced apartments, but I can honestly say that it's not worth the money.

We don't want any unhappy residents here at The Traditions. Please come see the office to discuss the options you have to break your lease. Thank you.
I have been a resident of this apartment for two years now and I'll I can say is you don't want to live here! The leasing office and staff are very un friendly and unprofessional. On top of this they will randomly come to your door to complain about things like having shoes out side your door. I have gotten six separate eviction notices for thing as petty as having curtains up in my windows. I repeat AVOID at all cost
Property Manager at The Traditions Apartments, Responded To This Review
We take complaints very seriously here at The Traditions. We would like to point out that the curtains were on the patio not in the window as you suggested. The items outside the front door were an ice chest and rotten meat,in addition to the MULTIPLE pairs of shoes. Please come see me in the office if you would like to discuss lease break options. Thank you.
It is pleasant and I enjoy it. The apartments themselves are roomy and flow well. The apartments are updated. Its nice having different color walls inside. They are not just plain white walls. It makes it fun
I went to this property to inquire about the community. The male office agent could not be bothered to look up from his computer. I entered, greeted him and informed I was interested in their community. He asked if I was looking for an apartment. What else would I be looking for? He nicely informed me I could come back tomorrow. Thank you, I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else.
The apartments here are really spacious. Both rooms have big walk in closets, and there is also a laundry room that has lots of extra space to store things. It was the biggest laundry area I've seen out of any of the apartments I've looked at. This complex is really small compared to most of the others in the area, and that was a big selling point to me. It feels more cozy and home-like, and is very quiet. The property has lots of big trees that help to keep it pretty well shaded. There is only one pool, but it's really nice and doesn't get crowded. The 60 is very close by and there are lots of options for places to eat and shop nearby too. This complex is a really good value for the money, and I'm happy I live here.
The management is great. The maintenance staff is great. They have always fixed things in a very timely manor. The walls are very thin and not very energy efficient and the dryer needs to be run twice in order to dry anything which hurts you in term of your energy bill. The apartments are very spacious for the price. the parking can be a little tough and there is only one entrance for the entire community and it is in an odd place so you play chicken with oncoming traffic to get in to the complex. ( have almost gotten in an accident a couple times because of it.) The pool area is nice and usually well kept. In a pretty good location in terms of shopping to.
Love living here! It's a great location right by the U.S. 60 and only a few miles away from down town Gilbert. Smaller complex which means a quiet one!
