I have been here for almost 2 years and the staff are very nice when I go into the leasing office to ask questions. The trash pick up hasn't always been reliable but it seems to be getting better.
It’s a solid living arrangement. They seem to be updating the area as well which is nice. The only issue is the bugs. They really take away from the quality of the apartments.
it has been good not bad only had a problem with maintenance that don’t know what they do. but overall it has been a good experience living here

I’ve been begging for pest control to come handle a mouse that’s been here probably before I moved in. It took a full month before they actually came, when they did they left 1 little trap. The mouse is laughing at this stupid little trap and runs around like he owns this apartment. I’ve lost over $100 worth of food due to the mouse and I can’t use my pantry unless I want to lose more food. I have a very unwanted housemate that nobody is doing anything about. It wakes me up in the morning and all thought the night scratching around in the walls and ceiling. I thought I was moving to a decent apartment complex but now I can’t wait to leave. Unfortunately I’m only 2 months into my 12 month lease. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the office staff is nice.

This is the first apartment i ever rented and now that i know better ill do better next time . My appliances have been breaking since the first week i moved in . Water is off every 4-5 business days yet we still pay 100 for it every month. No matter how much they bomb the place and how clean you keep your apartment the giant roaches will be back . Nothing about this apartment is luxurious just pricey. Only putting 5 star so it will pop up at the top. Definitely 1 STAR!!!!! NEGATIVE 0 STARS!!! worst decision i made this year !!!

The apartment complex is very old. Moldy windows, sink and toilets are constantly clogging. The hot water is in and out. Rent is overly inflated with a bunch of hidden fees after you move in

It’s been cool. The staff has been responsive when I submit work orders. Trash valet has been consistent. Quiet. Of course I wish rates were cheaper. Yet thankful I have a place to stay.

I've lived here since 1995 and have seen a lot of people, including management, come and go. For the most part, it's been a good experience - otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. I have great, QUIET neighbors, which I truly appreciate. One item which could be improved, the stairwells are looking a bit worn and could use repainting, and I don't mean what they did last time when they just covered over what was already there. Do it right this next time and it should last longer. Overall, I like it here! Management is responsive and helpful.

Will recommend to others .Units need repairs and I had major water leak and forced out where I had to stay with a friend but still pay rent month by month feb to jMay ...Only june they cud give another unit and jul back to my own apt . so I paid rent even though Alma gave 200 usd discopunt certain months. Still cant use bedroom due heavy spraying to kill molds from interior walls

Every month of living here I’m amazing at how cozy and convenient it is being placed to so many great shops without burning gas. Less than 10 minutes I’m buying food, grocery shopping, running errands, gas stations, etc. I am even close to downtown Dallas. I work in the airport so I hardly deal with traffic. There is night patrol which makes me feel safe. My one bedroom is spacious for the bachelor. Highly recommend. I can go weeks without seeing small bugs in my apartment due to my daily regimen. My neighborhood stays clean. Even when people pile their garbage around the disposal site, the garbage personal eliminate it all. I live on the second floor and the stairs aren’t that bad. There is a lot more to brag about especially the staff, but ima leave this here

My Floorplan is nice, I have spacious bedrooms and closets. I also love my stainless steel appliances, and the subway tile backslash. However, the outside does not match! I feel like the color scheme could be updated, the breeze ways need serious cleaning, the landscaping could use some updating, the tenants with pets need more enforcement on cleaning up after their pets, I hate that I pay for a trash service that sometimes doesn't pick up my trash, I hate that my significant other has to pay to park here, or I have to pay a fee to add them to my lease! There's also a lot of loud partying and hanging out that goes without consequence.

Move in wasn’t great a lot of problems. Office staff is nice but unit was dirty at move in, we found toys under the fridge, drain was packed full with hair. Unit stinks of cigarettes. Oh and the bugs……..

Trinity is awesome with customer service and maintenance. Staff and maintenance workers are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Karla for being freaking fantastic and fabulous ??. I feel safe with the on site security. I feel like my car is safe as well.

Apartment was not deep cleaned and had roaches everywhere my concerns seemed not important to the office. People drive crazy in the parking lots and loud music is always being played at night.

Presently I am ok and all water leaks behind me except last week water came from second floor to kitchen floor. I am using only living room and sleep on a small couch even though I have a nice spacious bed room but due to heavy spraying due black mold from water leak from outside to inside closet ...4 months work went on to kill mold and I get suffocated even now due bronchitis ...HENCE USE LIVING ROOM .Apartment still has many cockroach when person behind my unit left.

Sometimes trash doesn’t come when it’s supposed to. The units are nice but they have bugs and mice. I love that they always fix what’s broken in a decent time. The swimming pool is always closed because stupid people throw parties. Recently it’s been open though. I’m comfortable here. Plenty of neighborhood kids for my children to play with so that’s worth it all for me

They are above par at answering the phones but just like any other apartment, maintenance is a hit or miss. On my move in date my apartment was 86 degrees with no A/C and I had to wait 3 days to get it fixed, not to mention I have 2 infants & my kitchen sink is stopped up with water. I would definitely recommend speaking with Karla as she works so hard but can only do so much. Other than the couple things I need them to fix I feel this is great home. Will update later!

I like the neighborhood and public transportation close by. Things that could be worked on are the trash pick up (it's very inconsistent) along with trash around the complex and the bug problem.

Always a issue with hot water being turned off without notice. I've been dealing with a rodent issue since Sept that the complex could care less about! corporates doesn't care to reach back out. The staff changes every few months and continuously sucks. They never will answer your phone calls. You have to go down to the leasing office and raise hell to get anything done. My experience here has been awful. Its unfair honestly but theres nothing you can do about it. what a terrible feeling/ position you put people in while taking their hard earned money every month.

Apartment has had water come in from ABOVE 4 times in 7 months. Smells like cigarette/weed from neighbors in my kitchen. Roaches. Hot water was out for a week during Christmas. Repair to apartment above caused water to come down into my kitchen ruining my tablet and daughters toys but "they won't cover any expenses".

Move here if you like bugs and appliances they go unfixed for months. Water leaks and the water turned off in the summer almost daily. Trash and dog poop at your door step. The photos in the listing is only to lure you to get here , after you sign they don't care. Don't pay your rent and you will be evicted for sure. Sure, its pretty by the front office but check out the rest of the whole property especially on weekends.

Do not MOVE HERE !!! We just got our keys 4/15 . Move in 4/16 …… Apartment was not clean . Broken appliances….. A hole under the bathroom counter. Bathroom faucet leaking Later on the night took a shower water is leaking from the floor causing a flood . Toilet has been running for 20 min !! I haven’t been here for a week and this ridiculous. I know Today is Easter but first thing tomorrow I will be at the front office. Something has to be done !!!!
