Feels like I live back in the projects in East Dallas sometimes. Which is sad for the amount of rent I pay here. Dog waste baskets are over flown all the time, people smoke in the hallways and I’m not talking about just smoking “cigarettes”. My husband got a part stolen from his car so there isn’t a gate or security here. People in the garage also drive reckless here - our other car got hit when we were coming out. People that live below always play loud music no matter what time of the day it is. Can’t wait to move out is actually an understatement. Maybe we just have bad luck living here? Not sure . Giving a one star only because the receptionist in the office is very nice and helpful, Management is okay and HEB is going to be right next door .
All the good reviews are from the last management, the current owners have run this place to the ground. Even the old management know this place has gone downhill since they sold it. If you're just in your unit, not using any amenities and under a rock, the property is ok. But if you have any rent discrepancies, someones in your spot, or just a concern, they will not answer your calls. We gave them a notice of non-renewal 60 DAYS in advance. They charged us a full months rent on the 1st when our lease was ending in 13 days. We've called them, emailed them, left voicemails. It's always, "we'll get back to you." and they NEVER do. It had been 5 days of non-stop trying to reach them. Two weeks later I'm not still refunded. These people do. not. care. about you.

My boyfriend moved into this apartment in June of 2021 and the old management was amazing- the place was always clean, great amenities etc. Then new management came in and ruined this place. For starters the common areas and floors are disgusting, covered in weird stains dust and dead bugs. The peloton in the gym says the membership has expired- so I guess this new management is too cheap to pay for it. There was a whole trash debacle where they gave everyone new trash cans and said that you couldn’t use the trash shoot anymore and had to leave your trash out at certain times- and then they said jk take your own trash out and left all the bins for their tenants to deal with. Now they’re trying to charge for parking and make visitors register using a QR code where you have to input your vehicle information that’s literally only good for 24 hours and has to be redone constantly and you can only park in visitor spots- um hello the apartment doesn’t even have visitor spots! It’s all one big parking garage with select few reserved parking spots that tenants used to be able to choose to pay for or not. Oh and my boyfriends AC has been out for 2 days, it’s 84 degrees in his apartment and no one has come to even look at it. It’s such a shame because this apartment used to be so nice, but this new management has run it into the ground. And yet they are charging the same, if not higher, rent. What a joke.

I absolutely love the place when I 1st moved in over a year ago the new management take over the apartments have turned to a DUMP! The hallways are beyond filthy! when we had the 1st management, they would at least make sure the hallways were cleaned daily and swept. There is trash, dead bugs, cobwebs, sticky flooring and food everywhere that is left there for weeks at a time. We get all these unnessary emails and text daily about wine down and ice kona but the hallways cant get swept or cleaned! the trash bin is beyond filthy . I will not be renewing my lease when its up this was once a beautiful property inside and out..

The apartments are spacious, and the floor plan is we'll design. The new management team is the best, I have felt at home since take over. I cannot wait to see what is in store. It has everything you would ever need in an apartment, and more. It is also in a very good and quite location that will make you want to enjoy the fresh sunrise. There are shops and restaurants surrounding this area. This is a great place to stay if you want a luxurious apartment in Frisco!
So, I'm very big on reviews so I'm writing to help future residents. The building is new it's just built making for very good installation not thinned walls which is a plus for me. The courtyard is a nice hangout area; one day I will enjoy it! The gym I love it because of the peloton bike, weights in the other room give you exercise suggestions, and it's not hot or funky in the gym either. The people living in the community are friendly everyone speaks. Well that's been my experience with the residents here. It's so quite it's very peaceful. I like it here a lot. Its free parking as well but some people drive crazy through the garage or park too close. It's modern and a decent size for a one bedroom. My only complaint is it gets very hot living on the top floor. Once you let the air run for awhile it cools off fast. I just hope they keep everything pricing reasonable and I'll continue to stay.
I will be moving in pretty soon and I am so excited. Ibraheem.
