The Trellises Apartments

Been here for nearly a year and haven't had any real issues. After all of the monthly fees and such we pay a bit more than we were initially expecting, really wouldn't care too much if Spectrum wasn't just bad internet. Office staff has been helpful and very friendly and many community members are great. Biggest gripe would be the trash, not really the property managers fault but still obnoxious that people just don't care at all about other peoples living space.

This place is run down, sad, and full of dog poop. People’s things get broken into all the time. I wouldn’t live here if it was free.

We've lived here for 8 years. Julie is great; very quick to respond to questions or concerns. The maintenance guy Chris is always so nice and helpful. The pool and bbq grill is great. We and our pups love it here.

I have been at Trellises for a year and a half and love it! Maintenance is always handled in a timely fashion. Chris is a great guy that always make sure things are done right. Plus, we have community events all throughout the year and the office staff makes sure we are happy!

Definitely would recommend. Complex is beautiful, apartments are fairly spacious, maintenance and office staff are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. Lived here for 4 months now and love it! Chris made sure my apartment was ready to go and in perfect order when I moved in. Lots of residents here but its never too loud or crowded. Always get a nice spot right outside to my place. Trash removal is a blessing. Close to many businesses and stores but has a sense of seclusion. The storage in the apartments are unbelievable! Definitely consider moving here. I feel very safe in this community.

My Fiance and I recently visited The Trellises and we were very impressed! We are excited to move to the Florence area and would love to call this place home. Julie was super helpful and professional when we toured. The pool is of nice size and the property seems well maintained. The model they showed us was so spacious and pretty! I recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

Great environment, well kept facilities, beautiful Apartments and pleasant and wonderful staff. Well thought out apartment facilities and the location is also great.. within minutes of shopping and I-75. Staff is very willing to help from the start of your leasing process to your needs as a community member. Julie and the others are always very nice to work with.

This place is wonderful from the amazing office staff to the hardworking maintenance team. They go above and beyond here. Julie and Melissa are so friendly and kind and Evan and the guys have always been so quick to respond to any work orders. Thank you for all you do for your residents. I am glad to call this place home.

The Trellises is a great place to live. From the office team to the maintenance staff, I’ve always had positive interactions. Yesterday they even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Thank you James for recently fixing my dishwasher.

The office staff assisted me through the leasing process before I moved in from out of state and it was really smooth and easy sailing from there! Very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and didn't make me feel like I was bothering or asking too many questions. The property itself has so many wonderful and clean amenities , there’s plenty around! I used Google Maps to familiarize myself with the area. I met Chris from maintenance and he gave me some suggestions on things to do in the area. He was very friendly and so is everyone else that I have met. I Highly recommend moving in here and I'm very grateful for the smooth and easy transition!

I enjoy and love everything about the Trellises Apartments from the garage parking to the spacious living! All the amenities and details are really thoughtful and top notch. And, with the different floor plans there's something for everyone. The pool area gives a resort feel. The fitness center is the best I've ever seen for an apartment complex. I like that the apartments are centrally located which provides close proximity to Florence and Cincinnati for shopping and dining. My overall experience with management has been easy and comfortable. They truly care about your experience as a resident which made my move-in day very easy. Thank you to Chris and Evan for making sure my apartment was pristine and ready for me. I am very pleased that I chose the Trellises because it more than checks the boxes for all my needs and quality of living. So come take a tour and see for yourself "Luxury Living at its Best"

I love having everything just a few steps away. It's just a quick walk to the workout room and we also have access to a pool table that we enjoy using. Everyone that works here is exceptionally kind! I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Evan and Chris and they both took very great care of me. This is by far one of the best places I have lived that caters to my style of life!

Management and maintenance are top notch A+! They actually want to help you. Every interaction I have had, has been with politeness and a smile, especially with Chris...I love his accent! Definitely check them out.

I loved living at The Trellises. The apartment management and maintenance staff are friendly, quick, and do their jobs well. My year at the property was safe, comfortable, and convenient to both Dry Ridge and Cincinnati. The apartments themselves are modern and up to date. The pool was such an added bonus for relaxation. Truly a peaceful and comfortable place to live.

They are just amazing! , community is super clean, great facilities, amazing apartments, leasing office filled with amazing people and always keep communications up to date, winter storm was bad and they were all taking care of us all giving advices and letting us know ANYTHING we need to hear, Chris and other maintenance people go immediately to help you out, best community we haver ever lived in! You’ll love it!

Positively the best apartments. I'm very comfortable calling Trellises my home. Looking forward to warmer weather and sitting on my patio enjoying the sunshine.

Everyone that I've met here is so friendly. My neighbors are friendly. The office workers are friendly...and they make sure we're happy. I'm so glad we chose to live here. I met Chris from maintenance and he was friendly too. Looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors as the weather starts to get nicer.

It's nice living here. I've lived here a few years now and it's nice not having to worry about fixing anything. We have a nice group of guys that thanks care of things around here. Chris just helped me out with something and it was nice that I didn't have to worry about doing it myself. Keep up the nice work.

Location is close to highway which is great for me. James with maintenance is always quick to respond and the office team go out of their way to help.

I love living here. I've lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and I don't think I'll be moving out of here anytime soon. There are so many activities that we get to participate in. My lil one is looking forward to the Easter Egg hunt. Thank you too everyone that works here and helps out with events like this.

My family and I have lived here for a couple years now. We all love it here. I enjoy taking walks around the complex and my kids love the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. James has been doing maintenance here for all long as I've been here and he and everyone else that work here always go above and beyond for me and my family.

I recently moved in here. Everything in my apartment is updated and new. The workout are is great and a close walking distance to my apartment. Everyone that works here is so nice and friendly. I am especially thankful for the wonderful maintenance crew that we have. James made sure my apartment was perfect when I moved in. Everyone in the office is always so helpful and kind. I love everything about this place so far.

Everyone is so nice and friendly here. I've met so many wonderful new neighbors. The workers here are great too. James went above and beyond helping us with a maintenance issue. I love living here.

Joe and Melissa went above and beyond this last weekend to fix my furnace. Joe came out twice to look at it and Melissa helped me contact him. The staff here truly is so loving and caring for the residents. This is just one example of how homey the Trellises apartments are. Thank you for all you do!

I moved in last summer and love my entire apartment community. I love all of the amenities that our community has access to and can't wait for this summer so that I can use the pool again. I just put in my first maintenance request and Chris showed up and had the issue taken care of very quickly. I'm very happy that I chose The Trellises as my home.

We love living here at Trellises. Chris and the rest of the maintenance crew are always so helpful. Everyone in the office is also very helpful and friendly. We've also met some really great neighbors. On our third year of living here and no complaints.

Have been here for about 5 years now and love it! The staff is great and very responsive. ESPECIALLY James. He always fixes all of our problems every time and really goes above and beyond.

I've lived here for a few years now and I'm still happy to call this my home. I love having a gym to workout in right where I live. I especially love living here in the summer time and enjoy the pool and sand volleyball. Everyone that works here seems to love what they do. The office staff is always friendly and Chris and the other maintenance guys are always out and about getting things done.

This is by far the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. There are a lot of things to do here and everyone is always so nice. The workers in the office are nice and helpful. Chris, from maintenance recently addressed a small concern that I had. He was very quick to take care of it and I really appreciate everyone that works here.

I love living here. This community is top notch. Everyone in office is nice and helpful. Met Chris one of the maintenance dudes here one day and he seemed really happy about his job here. I see him and the other guys always working hard keeping this place nice and it does not go unnoticed. Overall pretty cool place to live.

I have lived here for over a year in two different apartments. I first moved into a one bedroom and then upgraded to a two bedroom. They have always handled any issues very promptly and the manager is always available when I need her. It's kept very clean and any issues taken care of immediately. Chris was quick to make sure my new apartment was ready to go I'm very pleased with my decision to move in here!

I love living here! There are so many activities for the kids with the basketball court, tennis court , sand volleyball and swimming pool. Life is so much easier when the kids are happy and I don't have to worry about anything. It's very nice knowing my husband doesn't have to worry about fixing anything around the house for me anymore. The maintenance guys are always quick to respond on the rare occasion that I've had an issue. Chris recently fixed a problem for us and he was very quick and very efficient. Everyone that works here is always nice and friendly. If I could rate everyone individually I would give them all 5 Stars!

So far, this has been a wonderful apartment community to live in and be a part of. I recently had the privilege of meeting some of the maintenance guys while I was taking a walk. I see Chris and the other guys out working hard making sure the grounds are looking good. I haven't had any maintenance issues yet... But I might look for one. But in all reality everyone here is so nice. Everyone in the office is always happy, friendly, and smiling. I'm so glad that I decided to live here.

We absolutely love living in this well maintained community! Our Son loves the basketball court and has made some new friends while playing ball. The entire team that works here is absolutely amazing, especially Chris, from maintenance. He responded very quickly to a minor maintenance issue that we had. He responded promptly and was very efficient in resolving our issue. I was extremely impressed. The team in the office hosts events for the community to get together and mingle with one another. We are looking forward to the next one!

The workout room is open 24/7 and is always clean and rarely crowded. The swimming pool area is lovely and the billiards room is a nice bonus!

It was a very great when i toured and i plan to move there it is very very nice.

So I have lived at the Trellises for going on two years and they truly set the standard! The women in the office are fantastic melissa and Julie are always quick to resolve any issues I have. Tyler had been great since joking them as well. The maintenance team is always friendly and wave when I see them on property and I haven’t had any issues needing them but they seem to be on top of their game here. I would recommend this property to my family in friends!!!

I’ve lived in apartments my whole life from the bottom of the barrel to high end luxury. This is the longest I’ve stayed in one place and it’s because the Trellises complex is the whole package. Clean, quiet, hidden but still in Florence. Maintenance is prompt. Property manager Julie is wonderful. 0 complaints. 5 stars. I have no plans on moving.

Let's start been here a year, packages stolen, car broken into, gas stolen from car, gun shots fired at night, Awful management no follow up. Dog barks all night long.

Requested an appointment and was supposed to meet for a tour on a specific date and time. Drove all the way out there and their leasing office was closed! The lady who made and confirmed the appointment would not answer while waiting in the parking lot.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere for housing in the area. The apartments are ok but overpriced. They are clearly poorly maintained (cracks in ceiling, poor paint job, eye(s) on stove broke upon move in) and the location isn't great (near interstate, substance abuse rehab center and factories). Parking is poor. Often on weekends it is impossible for residents to find parking. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed to death with fees and charges (pet, covered parking, washer/dryer). However, by far the worst is the management/ ownership. The ownership raised rents by over 15% in the pandemic. Also DO NOT come to a verbal agreement with agents / management. They will renege as soon as you move out. Agents on site are rude and unhelpful as well. I sincerely hope any potential residents will consider other living arrangements.

We where rushed to move in due to change in apartment availability and after we unload our move truck I sat on the carpets and discovered that they were covered in dog hair and now a week later my carpets are still covered in dog hair still and I am forced to clean in myself . Their efforts were completely useless , the carpet cleaners they hired where in our 3 bedroom for a total of 10 mins and did nothing, two days later they send someone with a vacuum cleaner and it does nothing at all . They made minimal effort to a carpet that need way more and they offered nothing for our loss of time in the apartment, we can not move in with the carpets in such horrible conditions.

I wish I could post pictures of the apartment we transferred into. Dirty black tubs, dirty sinks, mold in grout, caulking missing in tubs, rusted a/c vents, missing door stoppers, missing window screens, damaged doors, all cable outlets damaged, grease on cabinets, very nasty over hood vent full of grease, and a missing closet door that toke over a month to get because they said they had to order it. Well the “new” door is dirty not freshly painted and marked up. This complex promises things that will not happen. Not to mention the floors as paper thin so everything above you can be heard and don’t expect a solution to be made to anything the right way. Just expect a sorry and will look into that. I could go on and on and on. Like the lawn people parking in a blind curve and people almost hitting each other. Garage taking two weeks to get my clicker so I can open it like everyone else. I feel like a lot of places in Cincinnati might be like this but I have asked around with friends who live in Florence, half the reason why we moved to the area. The apartments here are way better then this one and cheaper all over Florence with the same or more amenities. I hope this has made your choose to live here a little easier. I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake, save your money, and spend you time asking around a little more then I did. Also alot of the issues that where present on move in are still not fixed to this day, over a month later now or where just fixed over a month later.

Lived here for a year and at first was excited for the apartment as the units are spacious for storage and bedrooms and it is a nice looking area. Despite the size we had a lot of issues while there, too many for how much we paid each month. The hallways and stairways have cracks in floor and ceilings and dried paint will drop on you as you go through. The grounds were covered in dog poop because no one picked up after themselves even though they do provide bag stations (I realize not management fault but was annoying to deal with). They say they have breed restrictions but we complained about a neighbors pit mix we had issues with trying to come after us and nothing was ever done. Our air system stopped working and was “fixed” twice but never actually worked right so we would have outrageously high bills ($200 !!)for an apartment even though we kept the air at the same temperature before it broke and only paid around $90 then. Our dishwasher also broke and it took forever to get maintenance to come fix it and it still never worked right so we couldn’t use it for almost half of our lease. The parking is terrible- if you get home after 6 you’re almost guaranteed to have to park a couple buildings away unless you pay for one of the covered ports. Ourselves as well as two other tenants we know of were towed from PAID PARKING SPOTS by the management. One neighbor due to their car having a flat tire but again it was parked in their paid spot, and ours they said didn’t have the car port tag in the window. We had to pay $220 to get our car from the lot and when we got it, low and behold the sticker was in the window like it was supposed to be. We called management and informed them and they would not reimburse any money from getting it back. They also charge an additional $140 a month on top of rent that includes water, trash and pest control and a $52 cable package through Spectrum that you’re forced to pay regardless of if you actually use the service or not. There’s no getting out of it. Unfortunately it just wasn’t as great of an experience as we’d hoped for when we moved in and because of all of the problems we had I would not recommend them.

Trellises is a great place to call "home". The management staff always greets you with a smile and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities staff work to keep the areas clean. The workout rooms are open 24//7 and the pool makes you feel like you are at a resort! We have a carport which is the best investment you can make! I love the safety of lit walkways and the beauty I get to see from my balcony. The rooms are spacious and the included cable makes it well worth the price!
