Overall after one year it's been a okay place to live. I love the location, the building access, the use of the elevator it's clean. My unit received a lot of compliments because of the open concept very modern kitchen. The two bathrooms are big plus. There are things that vould be done better. The huge con for me is raising my rent and there is no outdoor space available i.e. No balcony No patio....rent shouldn't be this high.

The apartment is very modern I would recommend this to anyone
It's an alright place to live. The location is nice, close to the highway and shopping centers. The property is also pretty new. But I have some issues that people looking to rent here should consider: My biggest problem with this place is their unfair lease renewal policy. My husband and I were among the first to move in when they first opened in May 2017. At the time they were only offering 3 month leases, forcing us to renew in August when we signed for the 12 month lease. Now, a year later, they will only offer 12 month leases. We may need to move in May 2019, and if they had permitted us to do a 12 month lease right off the bat this would have been a convenient time to end our residency, but instead, because they forced us to abide by schedule of their convenience, they will have us paying 3 extra months of lease and refuse to make an exception for us, who have been with them from the beginning. We have contacted our lease office multiple times to discuss this issue, and been told they will "contact management higher up" but of course we have never gotten an answer from these mysterious higher ups. Still trying to resolve this issue but so far it seems no one at the lease office really cares to help. So, if you live here, be aware that you will be expected to adhere to what's convenient to them, not you. Their maintenance guys are very friendly but unfortunately repairs are not timely. We've had issues with the plumbing ever since we moved in and placed work orders several times. It would take many days for them to send someone, but the plumbing would continue to malfunction after they left, so it seems they did not truly fix the problem. Finally after over a year into living here, it was only repaired properly a few weeks ago. The front door has been broken multiple times over the last year, leaving me and other residents stranded outside, occasionally in the dead of snowy winter. I've called the office every time this happens for help to get in but every time it was a fellow resident who let us in and it continued to happen. Also, they have no recycling pickup. I drop off all my recycling elsewhere, but obviously not everyone is willing to do that. I've made the suggestion to the lease office but nothing has changed. If you're the type of person who tries to do your part for the environment, this place won't make it easy for you. For the price and what you get there are competitive alternatives in the area.

My apartment is lovely, and the kitchen is my favorite! In terms of noise, it can be heard from the hallway, but once I go into my apartment, there are no issues.
