Feels like a touristy / resort vibe living here. People coming and going and lots of good energy and paces to shop yet it’s quiet and secure where I live which is a great feeling. 10/10 recommend living at the Tyler!

Actually the best complex I’ve ever lived in. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Gilbert! Staff is the best, and the quality of the complex is great.

The staff are very friendly, but the apartment building is built extremely cheap. Carpet, cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc. There are water leaks constantly that leak into the hallways that require repairs to flooring, drywall, baseboards, etc. and these repairs seem to take forever to get done. I think it’s a Greystar thing. Again the staff is great.

Love living here! Wish there was some more gym equipment/machine and they would enforce the leash policy. The people are friendly and apartments are nice!

The staff are great and exceedingly friendly. The shared communal areas have a strong aesthetic design. The fairy lights are a nice touch - we especially like seeing the fairy lights on people's private patios.

We just moved in and already love it here! All the residents we have met are very friendly. The people at the front desk are always very kind and helpful. We love our apartment and can see sunrises and sunsets! It is clean and welcoming and there are lots of events for residents! Very nice place to be!
