The staff are very friendly, but the apartment building is built extremely cheap. Carpet, cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc. There are water leaks constantly that leak into the hallways that require repairs to flooring, drywall, baseboards, etc. and these repairs seem to take forever to get done. I think it’s a Greystar thing. Again the staff is great.

The staff are great and exceedingly friendly. The shared communal areas have a strong aesthetic design. The fairy lights are a nice touch - we especially like seeing the fairy lights on people's private patios.

We love our community!! We wouldn’t have signed on for our 3rd year if this wasn’t true!! We love our even coordinators, Patience & Casey…. Since our move-in with Chloe as our guide so knowledgeable and helpful…. W love the entire team!! Let’s not forget our increeeeedible maintenance staff who work around the clock to keep our apt community in top shape and they’re so wonderful to get to know and are so helpful! The Tyler is the most gorgeous apartment complex with top of the line amenities. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of as a resident and they truly prioritize your happiness and needs. Chloe is the best and she made my move in process from across the country so easy and stress free and truly made me feel so welcome and happy in my new home.

Love the community of people that live here! The atmosphere of this residence is amazing. The Tyler is a great place to live the pools are kept clean and maintained by the staff. The amenities and having everything in walking distance is very nice also! Beer Barn is top notch and if you are a Padres fan it’s a Padres bar!
