only been 2 days but overall i’m so happy. besides the location of carports to building 2 i have no complaints. apartment was just like the virtual tour. everyone is nice, great amenities.

I want to be able to park in my parking lot, people for events park in resident spots leaving us to park outside the gates, this is something that should be fixed and fixed quick please.

It’s a good place to live. I love the pool and gym. Everyone is helpful and kind. I wish there were more places to throw away dog poop. There isn’t too much to complain about

Overall a good place to live, but the walls are thin and I constantly hear my neighbors and when I first moved in it took months to get my maintenance requests completed. I do not plan on continuing my lease, and honestly I would leave if it were not for the lease cancelation fee's.

Living at this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, our move in date was delayed because one of the contractors or something went out of business so they delayed our move in date by several weeks. When it comes to the property itself the staircases have been constantly trashed, with garbage and debris left everywhere, making it feel like a dump. The lack of security is alarming—there’s no sense of safety here whatsoever. The gates, which are supposed to be secure, are either broken or malfunctioning all the time. Some days I couldn't even enter the property because the gate wouldn’t open properly or wouldn’t open at all. Other times, they just remain wide open for anyone to walk or drive through. The management is beyond incompetent. Whenever there’s an issue, they either fail to communicate or completely ignore complaints. There was mold growing in the ceiling, and despite bringing it to their attention multiple times, nothing had been done. On top of that, the neighbors are excessively loud and have no regard for quiet hours, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To top it all off, car break-ins are a common occurrence here. It seems like no one cares about keeping the place safe or maintaining a decent living environment. Save yourself the stress and frustration and take your money elsewhere!

Disappointed, my apartment is infested with ROACHES. Property somehow refused to show me the apartment before move in. Not the best experience. Also, not enough parking, no towing company and gates are always open. Honestly, go with your next option if thinking to rent at this property.

In the beginning, I had a bug issue that I concluded was because of my new neighbors. Of course I went to the front office voicing my concerns, and the Assistant Manager,Kelli, told me that they were working on having it mandatory that every apartment gets sprayed at least 1x a month. Well it took almost a month before someone actually came sprayed, &since then I hadnt had problems until recently. Ive been to the office 2x in the last 2mo requesting to get sprayed,still nothing.Pest control either show up late & dont spray all units, or dont show at all. I get that this isnt the team fault; but, I would say to look for another pest control provider, one who can get the job done. It's frustrating bc now Im seeing bugs again, &my nerves are bad.I stayed home the entire day Wed, the day pest control was supposed to come, &they never did. This is a service that we pay for that is included in our rent every month; we should be able to utilize it and it shouldn't be this much of a hassle.

Convenient access to retail and grocery stores. New management is working hard to get things going, and there have been lots of improvements in the last few months. Maintenance repairs are done quickly. The pool is noisy during the day- if you WFH, don't get a unit near it. The actual layout of the apartments is a bit odd. The master bedroom/closet are smaller than the guest rm. There is only one light switch for the kitchen, by the entrance door. If you want to turn off lights from a bedroom, you need to walk across the entire floor plan. The bathrooms don't have hooks installed on the doors. Only one towel rack in the bathrooms, and it's in a weird spot. Only one bathroom has a cabinet for storage. There isn't a place to put a shoe rack/mat because of the unit design. No storage space in the apartments, unless you want to use one of the closets. You have to replace your own fridge filter, and they do not provide a new one upon move in. All little details but worth noting!

Good place with nice amenities and close to many stores. The location just needs more parking options and it just sucks a little that I35 is always under construction.

The rent is a decent price. I live in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The amenities are ok. The washer/dryer could be better for such a new apartment. The dishwasher takes forever to dry the dishes. But the apartment itself, the kitchen is beautiful, and coming from out of state those walk-in closets are amazing. My only negative is that it took me hunting down the leasing office to get approved and accept the lease. I didn't consider anyone else because I was on a time crunch in looking for a place.

Lived here since 12/23 and still love the place overall. Just wish they could get the pool/patio area under control, common for people to continue to use them after 10pm as well as trash the area. Always seeing glass bottles too. Otherwise the property as a whole is great, always kept clean, prompt maintenance, office staff is attentive and always pleasant and outgoing.

I have had a good experience thus far, staff was very helpful. Residnets seem very friendly and enjoy all the ammenities which I love to see. I can say I enjoy going to the pool and seeing younger adults hanging out shooting pool.

Old management made my living situation this past year awful… but the new management has really helped us tremendously. They really try to help alleviate the the issues we’ve been having that previous management did not take care of. We recently renewed for another year because of their help!

Apartment complex is in tech ridge area! There is food all around you and great commute to work (besides traffic because it is Austin). In and Out is near, the whole Roundrock is a 20 minute commute, DT Austin is 30 minute commute and it’s in a nice area! Super clean here and management have been very friendly.

I love the way Jamie is very thorough and detailed about everything in the building/unit. The pool community is very clean and seems to stay clean. I love how the apartments are close to any restaurant and retail stores that anybody needs, great location.

Haven’t been here for an entire month yet; however, everything is ok. There wasn’t a shower head in my shower when I moved in, but maintenance quickly resolved the problem. My ice machine still isn’t working, and when my air conditioning is turned off, it still seems like it’s on. Other than those minor issues, everything has been smooth sailing. I can’t wait until I have my place fully put together, I’m excited about being back in the Austin area.

Apartments are gorgeous but staff isn’t super responsive. If you don’t live in the area and can’t come go the complex to contact employees in person, it’s really hard to get a hold of anyone. Phones and emails aren’t answered or returned most of the time, however, staff are very friendly in person! Issues like balcony door not locking, broken stove burner, and stairwell doors being broken that haven’t been fixed despite maintenance requests being put in. Overall those are pretty minor things for me personally and I’ve enjoyed living here so far. Management seems to be doing the best they can and working the kinks out of things!

This place is not worth the money. It’s one problem after another after another. I cannot wait to move out. The management is incompetent. The apartments look nice but are cheap. The maintenance is not reliable. The residents are loud with music and disruption all night. The gates to enter the property are always broken. The stairwells are always trashed and residents don’t pick up after their dogs.
